Thanks for the comments Latasha. What do you mean by this comment?
“I would like to see a darker color contrast on some of the text  boxes. Example would be the try it free box, you can barely tell that the color is different.”
Do you mean that the field labels should be darker? or the text inside the boxes should be darker?

    Hi Sierra12346,
Thanks for the comments. We do have a privacy policy and terms of service page. The link are on the bottom of the page. Where did you search for them? How what page were you when you wanted access to them?
Good point on pricing. We will think more about it.
Thanks for all the other comments.

Visit http://www.alsamarketing.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?

After spending 5-10 seconds on the site, it’s not entirely clear to me exactly what services you’re offering.  I work in marketing, so I would imagine that the products allow me to track inquirers, or other leads, through their click rates, activity, and interaction with our site, e-mails, and other outreach.  Certainly what you have would lead me to click on, especially given the nature of my work.

The picture on the homepage is crucial.  It speaks a thousand words, and helps me, as a consumer, understand what your services can do for me – even if I don’t know what they are.  Without this, not only do I not know your services, I don’t know what they can do for me, and I move on to the next site.  Nice job with this.

Additionally, you’ve done a nice with your visual brand.  The colors, logo, and overall design are clean, clear, and easy to follow.

One thing I might recommend is adding a “Current Clients”, or “Testimonials” tab when you get a few, as it will add great credibility to your product, your site, and your business.

Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?

Yes, I’d certainly sign up for a free trial if I was looking for this type of product.  I currently have similar software at the company I work, but I imagine you’d find great success in marketing to small businesses and startups.  Perhaps you could target your outreach efforts towards associations and groups focused on helping entrepreneurs, new business owners, business students, etc.

What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

There’s a lot of information on your “take a tour” links and pages.  It’s great if I have the time to read and click through all of the pages, although, more likely, most readers won’t have or take the time to read this extensively.  It’d be really helpful if there was some sort of overview summed up on one page.  Many sites that I visit have sort animated videos that outline their “big picture”.  I recommend you define your overall message in an elevator speech, and put these words to a video that can be played from the home page.

I’d like to know, and this wasn’t made immediately clear to me as a viewer, whether your products will allow me to track specific leads, (i.e. through names, or e-mail addresses) or, does it simply allow me to track which marketing tools (i.e. Facebook generates the most site traffic)?  Some of your tertiary pages hint towards the fact that one will be able to target specific leads, but it’s not clear how.
Please share any additional feedback/comment you may have.

Your site is well put together.  You offer a white paper, links to social media, and the layout is visually appealing and seemingly well thought out.  The advice I offer above is supplementary to your existing site, but please don’t be mistaken – I think you’ve done an excellent job with what you have at this point in time.  My biggest piece of advice is to add the video feature that runs through your services (“see how it works!”) – before making any purchases, or even signing up for a free trial, I need to see this to make sure it’s worth my time and effort.

As I said, great job overall.  It’s a fantastic start – best of luck to you as your business grows and develops.

The Tag line could be stronger.  “Marketing Automation” requires that you then provide a tab explaining what that means.  Overall, I think it’s a very intuitive site.  However, you could spend a little time making things a little bit more simplified so your potential customers don’t have to find explanations for the few items that aren’t so intuitive.  Your tag line should be something that explains exactly what the company does or at least be more catchy. Examples: (at the risk of sounding cheesy) “Marketing made easy” or “Your one stop marketing source”  or “Cold-calling just got warmer.”
