About 3rdPLACE:

We are an independent consulting agency that accompanies its clients through change by not only providing specific skills but also the professional and cultural support needed to adapt the internal organisation to the new scenario.

Our team consists of professionals with long experience, experts in the development and management of innovative digital marketing strategies integrated with the use of the most effective planning tools (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display advertising, Mobile, etc.) and with a deep knowledge of the rules of Web Design and, more generally, the User Experience.

We pay the maximum attention to your industry of reference, first analysing the actions of your competitors (both domestic and international). This takes place through constant monitoring and benchmarking. It emerged from the great friendship of its four young managers who, for many years now, have been working side by side, participating in the start-up of Google in Italy.

  1. Please visit http://www.3rdplace.com, What is your 1st impression veiwing the website. Do you like it?

First impression is that it looks semi-professional.  I would like to hear the reason why you want your images to be “shaky”  The initial scrolling through the intro banner seemed like it was going a little fast for me to catch all of what you were trying to say.  Could you make this transition slower?  I like it but that doesn’t mean your site is going to get calls to action.  It doesnt make me want to knock down your door trying to get your services.

Do you feel that it is a site of a professional company?

Yes, for the most part, it looks professional.

What kind of company do you think that we are, without reading the content in detail?

    Consulting for digital marketing.

Do you feel that the content is only for sophisticated professionals?

Not sure.  I mean it looks like anyone with internet can access it.  Are you asking if I think your target market is only for sophisticated people?  Not sure.

What do you suggest in order to improve the user experience?

    Actionable suggestions:
    1.  Not have arrows and map with compass “shaky” it makes them look nervous.  Do you want to project that your brand is nervous?
    2. Capitalize the o and a and use a colon in Our Approach:  and continue the continuity for all categories.
    3.  It seems like your site talks about theoretical results.  I would like to see a testimonial section
