About 72dpi:
The volume of information is growing, but sometimes we lack the means to save it. This is when file hosting and file sharing services are useful. By using these services you can not only save information, but also share it with others by giving links to download it. At the moment the most popular service of this kind is DropBox. Although there are other options, like 72dpi.cc for example.
This site has all of the standard features for information sharing. Registration will only take you 5 seconds after which you will be able to login, upload a file and create a link to share it – its that easy and you will not be bothered with any advertising. Files are saved with no time limit, but there is a file size limit – 2 gb per file. And, of course, you cannot upload files that are illegal – these are deleted as soon as the service receives a notification.
With two clicks you can upload images, documents, zip files, etc and generate short links that you can share with other people. They will be able to view your files in browser or download it.
This startup is planning to offer paid accounts with more features this year, although the pricing has not been announced yet. Meanwhile, the service is absolutely free and has a simple interface and nice design.

This Website is all about big size files sharing
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
Name of the website is very complicated easier name may attract much more people as concept of the website is very good.
Content could be more elaborative on the Home Page.
Colour used on the Home Page is good and looks nice to the eyes.
When Clicking Register tab 3 boxes came up but nothing is written what to be filled into these boxes  i think it should be clearly mentioned the subject of those boxes.
Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
I Would as looks on the home page reflects less complications.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like dropbox?
Account Opening is easy to understand in thier case.
On thier Home Page they have About us and Customer Support Options which are missing on your home page.
Elaboration through video is a good option, you can also opt for the same.
Again name of the website is easier to understand as per the application of the website.

Support & Contact details should be there on Home Page.
A Video Description could be better advertising idea.

Opening page gives impression that it is a filesharing site. However, it takes a bit more then 5 to 10 seconds to really grab that, as about 10 seconds are spent looking at the two blank text boxes for signing up and trying to figure it out.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
Bothersome: The front page isn’t very attractive or informative. A bit more advertising on what your page is about would help.Â
in registering, the blank text boxes do not have any references to their purpose. We are not told if we need to supply our email address or just a user name, or a password. I only know that i need to answer what 2 + 3 is for one of the boxes.
Let people know that the first is for a user name, the second for a password.Â
Couldn’t upload anything. I was able to select a small file (2MB) to upload, but it never did, even though I had during that time uploaded nearly 100MB onto DropBox.
Like: The simplicity. The site was easy to use once logged in (though it didn’t work as planned–the uploading issues).
How everything is divided up, and being able to sort by images, audio, video, etc.
Also, having statistics available is nice..
Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
Obviously, I signed up for a free trial, But if I was just drifting onto the site, and not curious about testing it, the register page, with its complete lack of direction on how to sign up, would have put me off.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like dropbox?
It is not as attractive in appearance of Minus.com (which using drag-and-drop uploading). Â Minus, however, is more for file sharing (and does not allow privacy for your uploadings).Â
Dropbox requires a download to use, and seems to have a more ‘secure’ upload setup.Â
Dropbox also has a better explanation on how to use their services.
Both offer mobile device connectivity.

Generally a good concept. Need more information on the main page and better instruction on signing up. Customer support!!!
Visit https://72dpi.cc. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
>A site who emphasizes its function as a file sharing platform who caters up to 10 gigabytes maximum file size and 2 gigabytes shared files.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
>The Domain name is very complicated. I prefer “easy-to-remember” domain names.
>Registration page is might be complicated for basic users. NO caption for the username text box and password text box.
>The SITE BACKGROUND is annoying!  clear color might be more appreciative.
Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
>YES, since it caters free accounts and the process is just too easy.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like dropbox?
>Convinience wise, dropbox is more convinient since they got a software for all platforms and architectures which enable the user to use their service easier. But, when it comes to web base service, they almost got same functionalities.

>A better control panel for the site will give more comfort for the user.
>NOÂ “Forgot Password?”.
>Site Design Improvement : BACKGROUND
>NO “User Profile”

Â
This is a file sharing website.
Â
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
Â
The name of the website is a little bit complicated. But the website is simple and ads free.
I like the website’s simplicity.
Â
Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
Â
No. I am not encouraged to sign up.
Because the sign up process of this website is not helpful at all. There is no password recovery system and almost no basic information about this site.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like dropbox?
The site lacks many things.
#1. Register/Sign up process for this site is not informative at all. But similar sites has more informative & helpful Register/Sign up process.
#2. This site has no ‘password recovery’ system while many similar site has it.
#3. This site gives no information like ‘About us’, ‘Who we are’,’ Customer Support’, ’F.A.Q’. Which makes this site less trustworthy. Other similar sites has these information.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
I think this site owner(s) should really improve register process & add About us/Who we are/Customer Support/F.A.Q.
