I liked the clean look to the main page. There were two things, however, I found that could be better. There was nowhere to click to immediately create an app without scrolling down the page. Also as I rolled my mouse over the initial page, I wondered briefly if the “loading” on the phone was actually loading something for me to see on the site.
Once I found the link at the bottom of the main page, downloading the app was straight forward and I found what I was looking for. However, the main focus of the dowmload page was the iphone screen shots, rather than information about Appatista and downloading information.Â
Appatista seems like a great tool to have, but the website didn’t give that impression. It needs to be “talked up” a bit more. Give me examples of what I can do with it!! The most impressive thing to me when considering using Appatista were the cutomer reviews, but I had to click around to find them. They are convincing and I would like to see several of them, with a direct link to the rest of the cutomer review, somewhere in the main page, or atleast the download page.
The site looks very professional and the information is very detailed and to the point. As far as downloading the app was concerned, I found it a bit confusing, as it talked about itunes download and so on which I have never used before so I found it to be not straightforward.
Â
I would love to use Appatista as I want to explore all possibilities that it has and since it is a revolutionary concept.
I did not see too many customer reviews as it would have been great if more people talked about it.
All in all, it is a good site and worth a try.

I appreciate the streamline, simple look of the home page, but there could be something a bit more intriguing about it to make me want to try Appatista. I think visual examples of what is possible to give me an idea of what is being offered would help. (Sample app icons linked to webpage possibly.) As far as downloading in the iTunes store… the only thing that would make it simpler is to include the word DOWNLOAD on the Free App button. I looked for something that said this first before I tried out the Free App button.
I think this is a very cool app possibility. It seems like a great way to make iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad experiences more efficient and personal. Once I was in the program on my iPhone, I was a bit confused about the Submit button at the bottom and the need for the custom app url option, but I would most likely understand these things more as I worked with it. But these are the things that I thought could use a bit more explanation. The share option is a good one also.

What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to use the Appatista app? Why or why not?
The website has an appealing sleek and modern design.Â
I have an IPad, so I was immediately interested, especially when quickly noticed it is free.
Everyone likes free stuff!
The home page does NOT say “No Programming Experience Requiredâ€.Â
I have some programming experience, but if I did not have programming experience, then my first impression might be that I am not knowledgeable enough to do this.
2) Download the Appatista app.
Did you find what you were looking for? Was the process straightforward?
I found it difficult to find the download option, but otherwise the process was easy and straightforward enough.
3) Are you encouraged to use Appatista? Why?
Yes, it is quick and easy and can be shared, but I think the average person may need some creative examples so they can really understand the benefit of creating their own apps…so those should be easy to find.
4) How do you think the site compares to other app creation services?
I do not know of any other good app creation service that is free and easy, quick and simple. This is really cool!!
5) What additional features would you like to see added?
The main suggestion I have is that you may want to provide a little more detail in the instructions. If a person does not have much computer and/or internet experience, they may not totally understand.Â
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
I found the IPhone screen shot to be helpful – a good visual. You may want to have something like somewhere on your home page…shows how simple it really is.
I hope my feedback was helpful.  I added Appatista to my Home Screen on my IPAD so that I will be able to find it again easily. THANKS!
1) Visit https://appatista.com/. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to use the Appatista app? Why or why not?
I think that the page is simple but elegant. It has a mysterious feel in it. One thing though, the download links for the app under the “Get Started” column is not so clear. Maybe you could highlight it using a different font color or place buttons for the link for emphasis.
2) Download the Appatista app in the App Stroe. Did you find what you were looking for?Was the process straightforward?
I was looking for the download link for the app at the bottom of the page. I thought the download button on top is for itunes and not for the appatista app. I only realized it was what I was looking for when I pointed my cursor on the button and the address showed.
I tried clicking on the “I have iTunes” button and Firefox says it is not associated with any program. I also clicked on the “itunes 10 For Mac and PC” but it doesn’t do anything. My cursor turns into a hand when i point it over that area so I clicked it. Maybe you should fix this.
3) Are you encouraged to use Appatista? Why?
Yes because it looks simple and easy. I like things plain, simple and straightfroward. Your easy 4 steps will encourage the average user.
4) How do you think the site compares to other app creation services?
It’s comparable to other sites with the same content. I haven’t been to many but your site looks good in comparison.
5) What additional features would you like to see added?
Maybe you could add a simple tutorial of the app that can be downloaded or browsed for the beginners who would like to try your app.
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
My overall impression of the website is good. I only had problems with the download buttons. Maybe you could improve on that.
I went to the Appatista website and the website is attractive nice colors. I did get confused because where it says to click her it doesn’t have a button to click on. I clicked on the download Appatista to the Apple Store and it took forever to get to the next page, so right away I got frustrated and I did not download it to the Apple Store. I do not get encouraged to download Appatista because for the simple fact that the site was so slow I will not use it again. The only thing I would change is the quickness to get from link to link.
