   Well, I went through the registration process. Please explain how this is different from signing up for a free account? I think this needs to be clearly spelled out before signing up.

   Which app do you think would be the most useful to you?
   

   The Marketing App and Fund Raising apps sound the most appealing to me.

   Would you share this site with your friends?
   

   Not at this time. This feels like a beta site or one that is not proven yet. I would not share with my friends before knowing that your apps will provide quality service.

   I like the icons and website, but honestly it feels like a cookie-cutter site. I have seen many many sites that offer comparable services to manage businesses, and this does not offer anything different or unique that I have not seen before. You would have to do some major advertising and branding to differentiate yourself from all the rest of the generic sites like this. I don’t see how you offer anything unique.

   I like the testimonials area. The icons are good, but it seems like on the homepage, you have buttons/icons, then you have 6 more sections, some with pictures of real people. It doesn’t feel right. The icons are well designed, but give the impression that it is generic. The real people pictures give a personable feel and touch, but don’t compliment the icons. I think you need to choose one or the other for your homepage. Its like mixing cartoons with real-life. Doesn’t quite fit. The Earth globe pic doesn’t look that high-quality either.

   If you are offering this as a free way to run a business, how do you make money? I don’t understand your revenue model? If in fact it is not free after a trial, then your brand motto “The best free way to run your business” is misleading.

   It is clear that what the website do, page layout is somewhat right need to be adjusted (initially when loaded).Explored some links and understand about applications functionality as well as the site functionality. Video is good and clear to understand. To know the repetition I clicked on “Partners” tab and found it is not working properly. Similar case with “Technology” tab also.

   What do you think of the sign up process?

   Signup is cool, easy and user friendliness. At initial column, I though it was “First Name” for “Firm Name” and gave it similarly (as it is common in many cases). Please make it highlight so that we don’t get confused. Please separate first and second columns that are administrator column and the “It’s easy. Sign up to the world’s first free business management platform!.”. It would be clear help us a lot. It took sometime to get the activation link and it is absolutely clear what you mentioned in the mail.

   Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?

   Yes, have done and I will try to use it.

   Which app do you think would be the most useful to you?

   Really it is a tough question because each and every application has its own importance with respect of its domain. In my view to every firm not only the innovative ideas but also the discussions of the employees may help the firm to work efficiency and yields good results. So, “Innovation Management” application is the most useful one.

   Yet, I didn’t but I will definitely because some of friends owns small firms and businesses. I think this would help them a lot.

   Please make sure that home page is loading exactly. Please provide video in a bigger size though you provided options to enlarge it. In applications page the layout is not that much effective because the list and the displayed application are coordinating with each other. Please make sure that “Partners” and “Technology” pages are working properly.

   This site seems to be a one stop app shop for your business needs. Wow is all I can say seeing that you have an app for the smallest parts of business like fund raising to big aspects such as financial and human resource.
   What do you think of the sign up process?
   I thought the sign up process was going to be lengthy but within a couple of minutes I was done and received my confirmation email.
   Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
   I would prefer just to sign for a free account and it great up multiple firms using just one email address. I see that you have a refund policy section but I don’t see how and where that is effective in terms of accounts. It would be nice to see how that applies because am a little confused by that.
   Which app do you think would be the most useful to you?
   Being that I am hashing around the idea of starting my own business the marketig and fund raising apps are right up my alley. I also must add that I was just a touch disappointed that there was nothing under the investors section under the fund raising section. I personaly struggle with aspect of investors and could use all the help I could get.

   Yes I would definitly recommend this site to others. I would also sugges they carefully take the time to read all your inforamtion to really give it justice and to assure that they pick the right app for their personal needs.

   Your site is vibrant, colorful and has a very detailed in expressing each app and what it does. I like that mirrored look of the tabs at the top of the page. The graphic (pics) you chose on your site are very professional but add a touch of fun to the pages. At times it maybe hard to find human pictures for visual expression so your choices was greatly executed. I would suggest eliminating the scrolling from side to side on your site. There seems to be enough white space on each side of page for a user to not have to move the screen to see it entirely. I would like to have seen something on your homepage that gave me a concrete statment of what to expect from your site. I found myself a little overwhelmed with information at the onset of your site. You have so much information jam packed on the homepage its almost like where do I start first.

   There is a section under the investor leads that screen shots and it seems to me that it goes way to fast. I could barely look at one screen before it was whizzing off to the next page. I would have liked it go slower or had an arrows that would allow me to move back and forth. I see that you have the screen shots at the bottom look at but I think that you could pontentially cut that out with one of the above mentioned suggestions or something of the like.  

   The why Apptivo page left me a little confused and still wading through a ton of information. Your why page is still a giant list of features that your company does. When I think of a why page, I think of a several points/ bullets explaining why your company is better than the rest. I like that you have a list on the side of the page but again each tab boast alot of information to look through. A condensed version would be more appealing to me. Your about page is more what I was looking for, it was quick, detailed and straight to the point of what your company was about. Again another page was your partner program section and I like the incorporation of faqs in this section. the security page was really refreshing to look at and read. With so many user/ companies entrusting secure information it was nice to see that you went to great lengths to explain how your site can protect there information.

   Once I clicked on the free sign tab I looked at the technology page and it said it was not found. Also the why apptivo and features page did not load correctly displaying the graphics.

   I am a little confused to how access the app itself. I can only assume that will come with creating an account with your site. I would also like to have seen a search bar for quick access to app features on your site. I also noticed there were many sections where the overview, relevance to your business and features were coming soon. I find that to be a little damaging to app itself if you can’t explain the about mentioned sections. How would a user be really sure that was an app they would want to acquire.

   I was a great fan of the video but it was way to fast. All of the information seems to jammed packed together and it seems the voice over speaker barely took a pause to breath. I would have to see each section he spoke of a little slower. I wouldn’t mind one bit seeing multiple video’s on your site. I saw screen shots there that intrigued to want to see the into the information further but I could barely catch which app he was referring to. Obviously the video needs to be enlarged or one just wouldn’t be able to see the content clearly.

   On the homepage was the same graphic supposed to used for the SEO and the shopping cart?

   I would reccommend streamling the information where you could as not to overwhelm your users but that doesn’t mean removing key points of your site for the sake of quick reading. You have great site.

   From browsing around it looks like a place to mange all of the day to day business tasks in one place.

   I like that the Get Stared Button is not hard to find and seems to be visible on every page. I think there should be some more industries added to the listed in the industry drop – box other than that it’s pretty simple and fast.

   After I sign up I went on to check if this was a trial, or is it completely free, on the confirm sign up page the It’s Free link sends you to a page that is not found but, in the email you states it’s completely free which is good because most will wonder.
   
   I notice that I ran into some sections that were incomplete and had a coming soon message. I would suggest getting them up and running as fast as possible because, people don’t like being met with a come back or not found message.

   I like the icon I would suggest you stick to the icons because; they put you in this feel good mood. Also the colors and text font which is not the same old small little text is a winner.

   A1) The first question that came to my mind is – What does Apptivo mean? Does it mean Applications or something because it has the word ‘App’ prepended to it. To me Apptivo, the word sounds and looks more of a product/application than a company name. It provides SAAS (Software as a Service) which means – Apptivo follows a software delivery model in which software and its associated data are hosted centrally. Apptivo provides a platform supporting business applications including CRM, ERP, HRM, etc.

   The point that I want to bring to notice here is – SAAS is a well-known model and is the base element of Apptivo. The important keywords, “SAAS (Software as a Service)” are missing on the startup/index page.

   Q2) What do you think of the sign up process?
   A2) In my perception – The field ‘Last Name’ should be aligned and positioned under ‘First Name’ for consistency. (In design terms, it is a vertical layout pattern that is being partially followed here).

   The characters in the picture that are required for verification should be made ‘reproducible on demand’. This is for users who are unable to read or interpret the image can reproduce a different image on a click.

   No redundancy please – You can have just one check-box with a statement as following:
   I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Security Policy and Privacy Policy.

   Q3) Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
   A3) No I won’t signup even for free because I could not locate Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy documents (links are broken and are shown below). I received a ‘Page not found’ message on clicking them.

   A5) Absolutely I would share this website with my friends. I found Apptivo quite promising thus catering a wide range of application workflows for different businesses and ofcourse, not to forget – Apptivo is user-friendly, secured and cost-effective!

   A6) Well, in addition to the above essential feedback, I would say overall the website has a good look & feel, left vertical menu for applications provide easy navigation. The menu items under BLOG Menu do not have tooltips. Kindly fix it!

   Your site provides an online business center with apps to help you run and control all facets of a business. Instead of running your business on your computer using different software for all the different aspects of a business you use apptivo.com to run it online.

   Not bad, basic information needed to sign up for such an “all aboard” kind of site.
   Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
   Yes I would sign up. I believe in always trying new services. You never know when the next one will be the one.

   The website management system. Finally be able to keep it all up to date without difficulty.

   Yes I would. I think every business owner can get some help from this site in one aspect or another.

   The site is about providing applications to automate various business processes. It also provides services to make small businesses run more efficiently. The layout is nice. Users dont have to spend too much time figuring out how to work to work this site. The video is nicely made.

   What do you think of the sign up process?

   The sign-up button is clearly visible on top the screen. I like the sign-up form. The layout is nice. The overall process is hassle free. The form doesnt require too much information as well. The sign up process is easy. Putting the tabs on top of the page works well for it.

   Yes. The application looks very useful. I would also recommend it to others.

   The employees app is the most useful. Most small businesses have problems managing employees. This app will help solve those problem.

   -I like the get started button. The overview is self explanatory as to what the site is about.

   For the page layout, it is very comfort to view and the video is interesting as what it talk is the fact which is straight to the point. i would like to see a message box for visitor to directly type in their question from your site to you. This will be more convenient for the visitor. I also like the slide show in your homepage which give a professional feel to me.

   I lost the site for a time while moving from tab to tab on Safari.  Some links appears on the tab as “some description … | Apptivo” – couldn’t find Apptivo because the tab doesn’t show it.  For example, for the homepage, the Safari tab would show “SAAS software … “.  For the link ‘Apps’, the tab shows “Idea Innovation Management …”

   Easy but hard to read because font is too small.

   Yes, the apps look useful and it’s free trial.

    Timesheets! Timesheets! What a great idea to have everything at your fingertips.  Another feature I could benefit from would be WordPress.  Wow, I can create my own blog and advertise my business.

I did not see budget or comparison charts, which would add a nice touch to the financials section.  Also it seems the website is a work in progress, I saw a lot of “coming soon” sections. Hopefully they will be a adding a search bar. Overall the website is easy to navigate and has a lot to offer.
