  1. Visit http://www.bartab.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think of the site? Do you know where to begin gifting a drink? Fist, I think “A real drink? Or is this one of those stupid, send a fake drink to a friend?” It takes only a few seconds for me to realize that this sends real drinks–Awesome! It was easy to see where to begin; the “get started” button is large, bright and unobstructed in the middle of the page.

What do you find bothersome? What do you like?Is it easy to find a list of bars in your area? What do you prefer, the map view or the list view? I didn’t like that on the homepage I had to scroll down to see where to choose other cities. There is plenty of white space on the right side of the screen to add this. Seeing the real bars listed helps to show that this is a legit site. I like the clear, easy buttons that show each of the bars. And between the map view or the list view, I can choose one over the other. I like that you have the option. If I lived in that city, I would probably prefer the list. But if I am visiting the city, it is nice to have the map so that I can find something close to my hotel, etc.

Is it evident that Bartab is an iPhone and Android App? Please explain. Yes, the statement “Don’t have an iPhone or Android? We’ve got you covered.” makes that evident.
Would you be more likely to use this service if you did not have to connect through Facebook? That is a tough question. Some people that have their facebook on their phone are more likely to get the message via fb than by their normal email. However, I am still concerned that the two friends I sent drinks to will think that this is another one of the apps on FB that sends PRETEND drinks to friends.

Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have. This is a really cool site and I will definitely use it again. I like the way that the business and the consumer both benefit.
