About BizBrag:
BizBrag is a social marketing application for small businesses that allows them to reach the same level of social coverage enjoyed by large organizations by working together with other small businesses.
The Building Blocks: Users create stand alone web pages called ‘Braggits’ which contain their news / deals / press releases / youtube videos etc. and these Braggits are instantly posted to their connected accounts. (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tumblr, Blogger, WordPress, E-Mail Contacts) They are SEO friendly and ready to be shared!
The Power: BizBrag has created a social network called the BragForce that allows complimentary, local, or related businesses to instantly share each other’s news acrosss their networks. Mike’s Bike Shop and Jake’s Bike Adventures can connect to each other and share Braggits across their networks. This allows them to reach new customers, and to have interesting and relevant content created for their social accounts.
Here is a short introductory video about BizBrag:
After visiting the site, is there anything about our platform that you had difficulty understanding?
Not really.  The concept is very good and could really help a lot of small businesses who may or may not have social media expertise just yet and need a service to make it as streamlined as possible.
Is there anything we could do to better explain our platform to someone first visiting the site?
The What is Bragforce video really did a great job on how the service works and gives a great way for small businesses to reach out to one another to create a larger, more diverse customer base that is increasingly using social media in their everyday lives.    I would have liked to have seen that video in a more prominent place on the website because it captures exactly how and why a business would want and need to use social media to reach their established customer base while getting exposure to potential future customers.
Any other suggestions?
A store/partner store locator based on the type of product/service would be a fantastic as well as offering businesses a referral program in order to create more links and potential customers for Bragforce.

After visiting the site, is there anything about our platform that you had difficulty understanding?
The latest Braggits section did not exemplify the qualities of your website or the usefulness of the service, the information was just too abstract or lacking, an outsider couldn’t understand what those Braggits were about.
Is there anything we could do to better explain our platform to someone first visiting the site?
Yes, the information is too abstract, not practical enough , things business orientated people usually appreciate (practicality).
Â
Aside from presenting the general idea, i think practical information (what it does, how it does it, what you need to do), and a few examples of what can a member gain from your service would be helpful in attracting your target audience.
Any other suggestions?
I think the name can alienate a part of your target audience, if it’s too late to change it, my opinion is that you can make it into a sort of childish joke, that way it becomes more neutral to your audience.
Â
First – I want to complement you on the Logo. Â It is fantastic and it is captivating. Â Actually it is so good as I was scrolling to choose what site I would work on you logo stopped me in my tracks.
I then spent time to watch the video 2 times. Â I love the visual part of the video but the sound is not very good and could be classified substandard to professional sound quality. Â Aslo there was a loss of excitement in the tone of the moderator. Â Now if the video was just for me, no problem, but it appears to be on you tube and i would consider improving those two item.
Before I begin the questions, the site is very beautifully designed and I can see a lot of work went into the visual effect of it.
After visiting the site, is there anything about our platform that you had difficulty understanding?
I had an extremely difficult time on perhaps the most important page.  I was on the pricing page and all three are 29.95.  I saw some language below each.  Also a lovely comparative chart but if your going to have three tiers are the same cost I think more explanation is needed to help understand that and quickly after or prior to seeing the prices.
Also, it would be hand if when you go to contact you did not loose the sidebar.  Additionally on contacts I have at time gotten so frustrated with sites using the pic with letters to insure against spam that I just didn’t bother with my comment.  Just a thought.
Is there anything we could do to better explain our platform to someone first visiting the site?
Your concept is truly cutting edge and it expounds on a proposition I have talked about in the business community for years.  We get so wrapped up in competition we loose site of how it could benefit business to create alliances.  You do a good job once you hit learn more.  My concern is that someone might not get to that point.  Introducing your video on the home page might make that difference.  Just an Idea.Â
Any other suggestions?
I gave a lot of thought to this question.  One thing does come to mind.  I have not researched it.  I am a big fan of watching you tube videos as a reward for myself.  In doing so I often get VEVO videos that have advertising.  Let me tell you, for those who enjoy you tube this is a great opportunity.  Here is why I hesitated.  If I were running my own business, which I have it consumes you and I am not sure you would be watch you tube.  So I do not know if this is good advice or not, but I offer it for what it is.
I love the site, i think it is very navigable. Â Well organized, Â to be honest, I did what most of us do when I hit legal, I went yeah yeah yeah – next tab.
I love that you guys are using social networking to do just what social networking ought to do, it ought to help us to share not only about ourselves but just like here, our client base.
I am happy to answer any followup or be of any further service,
Great JOB!
Sincerely,
Christopher D. Everingham, Sr.
HopeJones72 – Thanks for the advice, we will try to figure out how to replace the video. I agree we absolutely should revamp our search feature, and a referral program is in the works!
Feedback_provider – I’m not sure what you meant about the latest Braggits section. It isn’t meant to be descriptive, it’s meant to display the latest posted Braggits in newsfeed form a la foursquare.com or even Twitter or Facebook. How would you change that section to maintain the newsfeed format yet be more descriptive?
As far as the information, this is something that we struggle with regularly. If you try to type in a whole lot people just don’t read it. That’s why we ended up producing the two videos. We are hoping that some people will try the platform and like it enough to tell their friends.
The name is set, sorry! Thanks for the feedback.
chriseveringham – Our designer will be pleased to know how much you like his logo! I know the sound quality on the videos could be improved, but we’re doing our best with a startup budget!
The pricing question is something we’ve heard before, so we need to figure out how to improve that. The idea is that everyone pays the same price per account. The platform is slightly different for Franchise and Enterprise users because they are automatically connected with their parent company and the Braggits behave a little differently. We are trying to show that there are differences between the account types, but the price always remains the same per account.
I hear you on the captcha thing to send comments. Unfortunately that is a necessary evil. If we don’t put that on there we get inundated with spam!
Thank you for taking the time to give us all of that constructive advice, we’ll try to incorporate your ideas as well as we can.

Concept is very good but written information is still lacking may be some information in bullet points should be there.
Is there anything we could do to better explain our platform to someone first visiting the site?
Your punch line (Your Social Strategy is simplified) have some scope of improvement as the casual on lookers would attract when some word or Phrase which shows them that one can grow your buisness by developing the social page on the website.

The Small tag (System-wide solution of enterprise & Franchise) should be written somewhere at the top.
