    The overall usability and navigation of this site is pretty easy and it is a fast site. It is well designed and there is a lot of good information provided right from the home page.

    I find the pricing to be fair and would consider using the hosting for websites with this service. I feel this website is complete and offers plenty of information for its services and offerings.

    The information provided about the Wed Design services appears to be complete to me. I like that it is kept short, sweet and clear. The addition of examples is a great way to show off the designs they provide.

    Does Bluebird convey a strong Brand name? if not, what would you recommend?
    This depends on what you consider to be a strong brand name. Bluebird is a good name, but it does not really convey what it means with just the brand name itself. However, properly marketed it could turn into a strong brand name.

    The registration is pretty simple and easy to understand and use. Overall, this is a good site with optimal and fairly priced services.

    BlueBird’s homepage has a lot of visually appealing colors and icons.  I also like the WebHostDIR award for most popular in November 2010. 
     

    Do you feel that you would purchase hosting with us? If not, why?

    If I was wanting to purchase a .ca domain, I would seriously consider using BlueBird, not only because of your professional looking site, but the award builds some credibility and I would consider using Bluebird.

    I actually am seeing a complete site here.  Which was very surprising for a startup.  It looks like you guys have covered all the bases and it looks good.  But, I would hope that you have a professional site because that is your specialty.
    I like the testimonials as well.

    I like the web design and graphic design options that Bluebird provides, and SSL certificates.

    I think BlueBird is a strong brand name.  I can get a visual by the name and it works for you.

    I think the pricing section is very affordable and I really like the website layout and design.  I think you guys have a really professional looking site here that will appeal to prospective clients.

    I like the lay out of the site. I like the  the blue. It adds a nice touch and goes with the site name. I think the usability of the site is good. It doesn’t look too cluttered and it appears easy to navigate through the site.

    I like the fact that you have site broken in sections on the tabs. Domains, web hosting and so forth.

    I am not sure I would purchase hosting with you because of the features you have or lack of. For example, for the basic package, you get 5 emails and other hosting companies offer tons more. With your most expensive package you get only 30. Other hosting companies have up to 1000 or more.

    However, I do like your testimonials and the fact that some of the customers have been with you for several years, so I might be willing to try out your company to see how it went. I do like how professional your site is and the amount of detail you add to the site.

    I do like the about us section. It has a lot of good information that is beneficial to the services you provide.

    I think that the FAQ should be on the about page or should be somewhere else than at the very bottom of the page. I think FAQ makes or breaks the sales. If people don’t understand your services or what more info, they can go to the FAQ. Making it more visible is a great tool.

    Another thing is to provide a number for your services. I know you are able to email the different departments but having a number to call to actually talk to someone is reassuring to customers.

    I think you need some FAQ for your web design to answer any of the top questions you get. I like the web design page and outline but people still have questions that a few paragraphs won’t answer.

    I do like how you show some of your work that you  have done. The sites are nice and I would consider using you for designing a website.

    I do think that you convey a strong Brand name. The site is structured nicely and professional and you show the work you have done where it is needed. I think the site has very good potential to be a big hit.

    I think the sign up process is simple and easy to use. I think others will find it simple and will be willing to sign up and use your services due to the easy sign up process.

    I really like the layout of the website. You have all the necessary services highlighted well where your site is not cluttered and unprofessional.

The site is very user friendly.  It immediately caught my visual attention.  I was able to clearly maneuver around the site with ease.  It apears to be a very attractive and visually stimulating website.  The services seemed to be very competitively priced compared to other sites which offer similar service.
    Do you feel that you would purchase hosting with us? If not, why? Yes, I feel that I would utilize your service because everything I need is easily within reach.  I can find all my answers and needs within reach.    For just a small price, I could easily buy a domain and use the website hosting services you offer.
    Is there anything specific that is missing? eg: Other services or Information ? I cannot find anything specific that I would be requiring other than what is listed.  I feel that all my immediate questions were answered immediately upon landing on your home page.  Any additional information I could possibly need is easy to find with just a few clicks on the home page of the website.  I easily found the Contact information as well.
    Do you find the Web Design offerings complete? Did you find all the answers to your questions? I did feel that all the offerings were complete and that all my questions were immediately answered.
    Does Bluebird convey a strong Brand name? if not, what would you recommend? I do like the name Bluebird and like the way the name is contrasted very well with the colors in the website that are immediately displayed.

The sign up process was extremely easy, so that the lay person could easily understand all that is offered and the choices one would make.  Payment is extremely easy and efficient.  All screens opened very promptly and without flaw.
     
    I would definitely recommend this website to my business colleagues.  It seems the website is very easy to use with little problems.

    The usability of the site is very easy to follow. I must say every tab looks like it was done with precision. I really like the vibrant color choices, of course the blue goes with with the name of the website. Posting the award on the home page was key because it gives your company creditibility and a show of quality service.

    I would certainly consider hosting with your company. The prices as great and your websites breakdown was very nice. I really liked the tab of the detailed plan comparison. If  I did have questions there were answered there and with the 30 day money back guarantee what’s there to lose. I also like you have the features on the right side of the web hosting tab and  that you take it a step further and give me details towards the bottom of the screen. Great that you offer various payment options.

    I would have to say that this a well designed website. Loads of great stuff: easy to follow website, testimonials, blog activity, award, detailed contact page (very important), so no I would not change a thing.

    I found everything easy to find with just a few clicks of the mouse.

    I think the branding of the company is fine. Smart color choice keeping in line with the name. It’s nice how no matter which tab you hit your companies name and logo are always there.

    I think the registration process was very easy and I like how you have a language option available.

    Keep posting awards and add testimonials people like to see feedback from everyday people. Nice job, your website looks like it can handle the average joe or someone who is tech savvy.

    I like the blue and white theme throughout the site.  It makes it easy to read and gentle on the eyes.  The tabs at the top of the page are great.  I would like to see a 1-800 number in the top right of the page.  It makes me more comfortable to see that if I have questions I can contact you without searching your site for the “contact us” tab, although it is visible after the “about us” tab. I appreciate your three  plans and their monthly costs pictured directly below the moving services box.  I like that you changed the next three boxes to white.  I’m confused by the “50+ Free Script”.  I’m not familiar with what that entails, but I feel it’s always good to have an award shown on the homepage because it instills great confidence in your services. 
    Do you feel that you would purchase hosting with us? If not, why?
    I would purchase hosting with you due to the competitive pricing and different plan options.  It’s clear from your site that registering a domain is only the beginning and I would be interested in looking at other services like email plans and hosting plans.

    I really like testimonials.  I noticed a great testimonial on the “about us” tab at the bottom left.  It would be great to make those more visible or even their own tab.  Again, I would prefer a toll free number more visible on the home page.

    I really liked the designs that you displayed on the “website design” page.  I only wish that I had been more confident that I was clicking the right tab to find design examples.  I clicked “Read more…”  Maybe you should consider, “ See our work”, or “Review Samples”. 
    Does Bluebird convey a strong Brand name? if not, what would you recommend?
    I like your logo design and implementation of the blue bird.  But I’m not sure that I relate creativity and security or confidence with a blue bird.  I would suggest using a subject that invokes more strength, and protection.

    I liked that once I clicked on the Client Area that the Registration was in a bright green in the top right corner, maybe a little larger?  I felt that the registration page was typical of most registrations.  I liked the password meter and security question selection.

    I liked the blog option and the topic of making a button in Photoshop will be valuable to a new customer hosting their site for the first time.  I do not like it that you cannot call directly and speak to a human being.  Submitting a ticket is so impersonal and beginning a website is so complicated to most.  I know that questions will be flooding their minds and submitting tickets is time consuming with no guarantee of a quick, thorough answer.

    I think that the website has a good look to it.  Its easy to read and see any information that you are looking for.  I think that the colors look good and can pique the interest of a potential client

    For me, I would not use your hosting service because I live in the states where the rates are better and offer more services.  However, if I lived in Canada, I would use your site because it is very comparable to other hosting sites in Canada.

    I think that you have everything needed for a potential customer to make a decision on whether to use this site.  You have the blog, FAQ, and Testimonials.

    I was unable to get any questions answered because I was getting an error everytime I clicked on the tab to view the web design offerings.  I was getting a 404-Article #0 not found.

    I think that the name Bluebird goes very well with the way the website is set up.  I don’t think I would change it.

    I think that the sign up process was a very easy process.  I also like how it let you know how strong or weak your password is and then lets you chose a security questions.  This makes the process of resetting your password a little easier.

    Where is the phone number to contact anyone.  Sometimes is a little easier to talk with someone on the phone then to chat with the support department.

    Thank you for your great feedback and I am happy that you like all of the services we offer and the layout of our website.
    Concerning the Hosting packages:
    This is a difficult topic as many Hosting companies these days offer unlimited or very high amounts of space or bandwidth. You have to think about this, could Hosting companies really handle all or most of there customers using large amounts of bandwidth or using up vast amounts of disk space? In the real world I don’t think so, that might put them out of business. So alot of these companies are probably misleading consumers.
    We tried to stick with a traditional method and set some reasonable limits without overselling our servers! Our main focus is reliability and performance. We are certainly open to reviewing our packages and perhaps try to be more competitive.
    Concerning FAQ:
    You bring a very good point! thank you. I think adding a FAQ link to Sales questions in the About page would be good.
    An FAQ in the Web Design or Web Services is also a good idea thanks!
    Phone Number:
    We are aware of this and it is a concern we want to address. Being a small company we currently cannot offer a full time person to answer calls. However we are personally available if a customer requests to speak with us. In fact we do that often with Web Design customers.

    Thanks for the great comments! Yes for the Hosting page we wanted to show people as much as possible about what is included, in fact we intend to refine this and add a bit more info without being to clutered.
    Thanks for noticing the Awards and Testimonials. Were going to continue adding testimonials and showing off awards. We also have alot more exciting web design projects to be added to our Portfolio, were very busy!

    When I first got to the website, I noticed the bright blue used for the moving billboard of services available on the site, which provides good information at a glance. The usability of the site is quite simple and its easy to navigate with all the tabs labeled for reference on the homepage.

    Yes I would purchase hosting with your website. I really appreciate the explanation of all the features such as: the control panel, statics, support and monitoring servers, and the price plans are very good. I believe everything that one may need or want for web hosting is included in your services.

    I cannot find anything that is missing. Your site is very informative, has great FAQs that may answer any questions that someone has, and its just built very well.

    I am glad you like the them of our website and that you would be inclined to try our services!
    For the 800# If you read higher up I explained why we currently dont have one. But there is a place reserved at the top and where you indicated. Rest assured we will have one in the near future. I am glad to hear this is an important factor amongst you.
    Concerning the 50+ scripts. Those are basically free web applications like WordPress Blog or osCommerce shopping cart etc. When you click on 50+ it brings you to a page that explains what it is. Perhaps we need to improve this page or make the link from the main page more evident?
    For the Web Design page you are not the first to mention this. I think we really need to make this page easier for everyone and have more info available. Thank you for your suggestions on this subject.
    Concerning the logo and Brand. We thought about this long and hard and I understand where your coming from. The door is not closed, I suppose a Bluebird drawn as a strong bird would convey more power and confidence.
    Thanks for noticing the Blog. Our intention is to provide as much info as to what is going on in our world and providing useful info to all our various customers.

    Concerning the Hosting packages. Yes the USA is a very big and competitive market and rates can be less $ however I still feel we offer all of the same services. I would like to hear from you as to what kinds of services we are missing?

    I wanted to reply and let you know about what was missing.  For you company you offer  a package for $3.99 a month and get 5 email accounts and 500MB disk space.  Now if I go to a major company (not sure if I can mention names) and for $2.99 a month (but I have to sign up for 36 months), I can get 100 email accounts, 10GBSpace and unlimited bandwidth.

    Now I did try and go back into the web design and still got the error.  On the home page, where you have a moving advertising of Hosting Services, Domain registration and website Design – that is where I hit the view more tab and got the error.  I was able to get in and look but had to go thru the web services and then hit read more under website design.

    I hope I was able to answer your questions and let me know if you have any additional questions.
