1. 1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see?

    I looked around the website and my first impression was a positive one, the website purpose was clear and what is more is that it was quite clear and not confusing at all. 
   2) Think of something you want to find on this website. Now try to find it. Did you find what you were looking for? Was anything confusing?

    I tried to find a song I wanted to sing and it was very simple, nothing was confusing, the search engine was very user friendly. I didn’t know the song I wanted just the artists and I was able to find the song I wanted quite easily. There were a lot of choices which was another thing I liked. 
   3) Are you encouraged to (create a new account, subscribe, sign up for a free trial, etc.)? Can you tell us why (or why not)?

    I liked the layout, and the simplistic approach so I really was pretty interested in joining or subscribing. I also liked the overall theme of the website, the baby blue seemed friendly and fun and the font helped as well. 
   4) Go to search engine of your choice and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why?

    I visited Karaoke Party and while I enjoyed your website much more than this other one because the layout was not as appealing and it just didn’t seem so user friendly I still saw something that attracted me. What attracted me was the option to battle, I’ve noticed among my friends who like to cover songs on Facebook that they have also found it kind of enjoyable to challenge each other….a sort of dual. It’s an option that was given at this other site but is missing in yours and I do believe it might be of some use. 
   5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

    Aside from what I pointed out I couldn’t think of anything else except perhaps having an option of uploading whatever song was covered onto Facebook. Share ones work in a manner of speaking, I think that could be of use.

   The first thing I notice is the color scheme, which is nice. However, the background texture gives it a cheap kind of feel. It would look way better if it was just a plain background. Also, the search box & “Welcome to the first real karaoke online” sign does nothing but make me feel OCD because it is uneven.
   Also, the random youtube video at the bottom is a bit strange, you may want to think about integrating a video software that allows you to better display your videos so that you can change the color/border, etc. to match your site.

   I searched for Sia-Soon You’ll be Found; I got a big list of songs by Sia, starting with what I searched for. I selected the first one it was a perfect match. Nothing was confusing, what I like about the site is its simplicity, but a adding a bit more features and detail would be great.
    
   3) Are you encouraged to (create a new account, subscribe, sign up for a free trial, etc.)? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
   Yes, I am, in fact, I love to sing, especially karaoke style and I actually always look for the songs through Youtube, but many times I get bad quality. Hopefully, your site will stick to good quality videos at the top of the list to save me some time.
    
   4) Go to search engine of your choice and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why?
   I searched for “karaoke songs free” on Google and selected https://www.puresolo.com/stores/karaoke/musicians/601-free
   I notice right away that this site has a way more professional, yet fun feel/appearance to it. The site is well organized, and has many types of displays (slideshow, blending ads, login, comments, etc.) that grab my attention. It also has an option to record songs, purchase guitar tabs, and even compete.
    
   5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
   It would be neat if you could add something that allows your users to be more interactive like record your own voice, change your voice so it is higher, lower toned, etc. I think things like that will help you attract the youth because it is a fun way to goof off with friends, at a party, etc. Also, the letters at the bottom are unnecessary and make the page look unlegit. If you could make them smaller, a different font, and neater it would improve your sites overall appearance.
   Lastly, I suggest a slide show of currently popular songs in the homepage instead of the random video, this will let people know you are up to date on the lates music and the display will also attract them and make them stay longer. The ad at the top of the page where the karaoke song shows up is also cheap looking and does not blend in with the websites color schemes, which is really distractig.
