 1)Look around the home page – what is the initial impression of what you see?
   My first impression of this website is that it is self explanitory.That is, the company is in the business of helping to refund credit card purchases. However,its not very detailed to explain how it works. For example, there is no option to click a description about the company. There is no “About Us” to click and read in detail. There’s no indication where the company is located, how it was founded, or a number to contact.
2)What do you think this website does?
 While the concept may attract some consumers, others may be reluctant to submit information due to lack of detail.
3)Would you provide details of a payment dispute you had to this site?
 Honestly, inspite of my skepticism,I would be willing to give details about a payment dispute.I think it would be worth the risk for the chance to be refunded if I felt I was cheated by a merchant. Whether or not I thought this service was gauranteed,I would be willing to take a chance to be refunded.
4)What would worry you the most about using our service?
What would worry me the most about using your service, would be the idea of not being helped as the website promised.

 Overall, I like the service the company offers.I think more consumers would be more comfortable to work with the company if the website was more discriptive.

Very professional feel, I like the choice of colors and fonts. The 4 step instructions are very clear and the submission form is straightforward and easy to understand.Â
You provide links in the footer that allow site visitors to easily navigate the site to contact you or learn more about the company. I actually do like that you do not have these links in the top menu as that would distract consumers and delay the process of them filling out their information.

I think Chargeback allows consumers to dispute a charge they have made for a product or service that they have either not received or that has been not as described.Â

3) Would you provide details of a payment dispute you had to this site? If not, why?
Yes, the site seems trustworthy and you have a Privacy Policy that doesn’t turn up any red flags, so I would feel comfortable to enter all of my information.
I will certainly return the next time I don’t receive something I paid for or it is significantly different than described.

4) What would worry you the most about using our service?
The only thing I may get worried about is that the site may be compromised by an upset business and all of my personal information may be stolen. As a consumer, seeing a security seal in the footer would definitely minimize this worry.

I love the little illustration on the “business” tab where businesses can check whether there have been any claims against them for chargebacks.
