Visit https://www.cloudjolt.com. What do you think of the site? The design of the site is simple, professional and useful.  The first impression of the site was that it does have a different start than most of it’s competitors.  However, that does not give me any information on the site that I am looking for.   As a result, I quickly forgot about the “giving/big-heart” business and start looking for the information I wanted.  Although it is great the let the user know your unique differences (Give to charities)  It is also a good idea to let them know how your difference affects your product.   This should be displayed in a creative way on the homepage.  Because I did not see immediately how Giving back through charities had anything to do with the product, decided to immediately click on “See Packages”
Comment about the “Packages” page. How is the price? How is the price comparable to our competitors? The prices are absolutely great!  I have seen a lot cheaper hosting services, but after seeing that you really meant 25% will go to charities by restating it, I begin to feel the company was more genuine and not just any hosting company.
What do you think about the check out process? The check-out process is helpful in the sense that it is step-by-step, however, I would highly suggest the price arrangement is changed or the prices that are on the check-out page should also appear somewhere on the packages.  My first impression was that the $5 per month package was month to month.  It is only $5 if you sign up for 1 year.  That is misleading, and brings down your score.
What do you think about the idea? What can be done better? I think the idea is brilliant.  I think that if you put the same price arrangements on your package page just like your order page, it will not be confusion.

I also think one of the most important pages on the site is the “About” page.  The about page really begins to state the difference between you and your competitors by educating the user on how the concept of giving has anything to do with your product.

What do you think about the affiliate program? The affiliate program is awesome.  It gives the user the opportunity to have residual income.  I think the affiliate link should not be hidden at the bottom of the page.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have. I think this site is truly what it is.  I like the fact that it does make a difference on how people think when searching for a host.  The free trial feature is also very useful.  The site was well thought, because the homepage provides just enough, but not too much information so the user can be motivated to explore more.
