    > I spent about 10-15 seconds in the site and I felt like it will provide service to communicate with other people via chat/email/video (similar to skype) but it is web based. But after reading through the text, this is like an add-on or metawidget to a website. WIthin the website you will add a feature that will allow you to communicate.
    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
    > I think I am encouraged to sign up since I have my own website.
    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?
    > I registered and tried to create a link. But I do not know how it works. I thought when I create a link the bubble will appear in my website.
4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?
    > I was able to integrate or to add the bubble to my webpage. However, I am encountering some problems that I might need some time for me to figure out how to connect. I do not know how to start the communication. On my webpage it says “Offline” and I do not know how to make it online.
    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

    > I think the only feedback that I can give is to add more detailed instruction on how to use the service properly. This is in case if your target viewers are common home users. However, if your target customers are web designers then I guess you can leave it as is.
    > Another thing that I noticed is that the website is quite lenghty you might want to integrate pages instead of having the visitor scrolling up and down. Not all viewers do scroll down and up.
    > Over all the idea is good and innovative. However, as a user myself I am having a hard time making use of the service’s full potential maybe because of my lack of knowledge and or lack of information on the website how to use the bubble. Simply put, we need to add more information on the website and we might need to add links like “About Us”, “Contact Us” , “FAQ’s”, “Mission/Vission”. This will be a good start and I have the feeling that this will be big.

After viewing the initial landing page for roughly 30 seconds I gathered that this sites purpose is to provide a widget/plugin to be used on other existing sites in order to add video chat capabilities.  I like the vibrancy of the colors for the site, which seem very current.

    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
While most of the sites I administer already have chat capabilities, this is an intriguing enough service to consider its use for future projects.  Having a free basic version makes me much more likely to explore it further, though I am left wondering about what the non-free versions provide.

    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?
I was able to register a new account successfully, the process was straight forward and not overly complicated.  The ability to log in with Gmail and Facebook credentials is a definite plus.  Creating my first link was just as intuitive as signing up, made easier with the helpful tooltips in the New Link dialog box.

4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?
Initially I was a little confused as to what I was supposed to do after creating my link in order to actually make it live on the url I entered, however, the How To guide cleared that up and integration seems rather straight forward.

    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
I would reccomend making a link to the How To section more obvious, possibly placing it below the Create New Link button.  Additionally, I believe a short introduction video/how to tutorial could be useful for many visitors.

  3. 1. The first thing that captured my attention was the slideshow of screenshots of ContactBubble active on a sample web site. I was actually drawn to click on this slideshow, but that wasn’t an option. The second thing I looked at was the intro text, which clearly and concisely explained that ContactBubble is just what it sounds like–a live chat application that anyone can add to a web site. The third thing I noticed was the impressive array of languages that ContactBubble is available for, as evidenced by your sample “Contact us” buttons lined up around the slideshow. Then I scrolled down because what I really wanted was some more info about ContactBubble, but I didn’t see a navbar up top. Unfortunately, I didn’t immediately find anything else to click on even when I scrolled down. It took me a few minutes to realize that the screenshots under the question mark could enlarge also.

    2. I might be. Personally, I’m not interested in chatting with customers on video. If I had dedicated customer service reps, that would be fine, but I’m a one-person operation, and I like my anonymity. However, I’d be interested in a live text-based chat feature. That said, this does look like a useful service for people who want to do video conferencing or consulting or who want to offer very personalized live help. If I were one of them, there would only be two things stopping me from trying your service: 1) You don’t mention what equipment I’d need to get started. Would any old headset and webcam do? 2) You don’t clarify what you mean by “basic version is FOR FREE.” What is and is not included in the basic version, and if I want the more advanced version, how much are you charging?

    3. I clicked “Get It Now,” which took me to “Register.” From there, I attempted to follow the steps. However, after I filled in the registration form, clicking “Register” did nothing. I tried it repeatedly with no luck. Finally, I switched from Firefox 10 to Internet Explorer 9 and was able to register. However, I don’t like IE and never use it unless I have to. If I wasn’t reviewing your site, I would have left when I wasn’t able to register with Firefox. Interestingly, though, I opened your confirmation email while in Firefox and was then able to use the confirmation link to log in to your site while still in Firefox.

When I tried to create a link, I initially got an error message, “the URL is not valid and cannot be loaded,” which then disappeared. To tell you the truth, I was unsure what to do next. I saw that the first field was for a URL, but I wasn’t sure which URL you wanted. My home page? One of my subdomains? Something else? If you can believe it, I completely overlooked the “help in the form of question marks” except for the very last one by the save button. I only found out about them later when I visited the “How To?” page. I think they blended in with the rest of the contact bubble, and I’m not used to seeing them on the left, which is why the only one I noticed was on the right. I’d switch them all to the right and maybe offset them with a color unrelated to the rest of the widget’s color scheme. Anyway, once I knew to check out the help bubbles, I was able to preview my contact bubble on my actual web page! I really liked that feature because it helped me to choose placement and color scheme. Creating the link was still not 100% intuitive–it was hard to drag and drop the creation widget, it took me a few minutes to figure out how to change the colors, I didn’t immediately realize I could click the preview button to see the preview bubble, etc.–but I played with it until I got it.

    4. I went to “How To?” to find out how to add ContactBubble to my web site. It explains which icon I should click to get the ContactBubble code to embed in my web site.

    5. Here’s my general feedback on your site and service:

    Site
I love how your home page looks above the fold. The bright colors immediately attract the eye, and you instantly communicate three important things: what ContactBubble is for, what the application looks like in use, and which languages it’s available in.

However, below the fold, you have…a very long home page and one that doesn’t answer all my questions. I suggest you add some informational pages to your web site and move the info below the fold there. Specifically, I’m thinking you might have: “What Is ContactBubble?” or “How It Works,” “Pricing Plans,” “About Us,” and “Contact.”

Most of the info currently below the fold could be moved to the “What Is ContactBubble?” page with the possible exception of the selling points below “ContactBubble FREE.” You could actually keep those selling points on the home page but move them up above or just immediately below the fold. Another option would be to give them their own “Why ContactBubble?” or “Who It’s For” page as the first tab in the navbar. Besides the info that you currently have, I’d also suggest that you add to your “What Is ContactBubble?” page the technical requirements for using ContactBubble (e.g., compatible headsets, mics, webcams, etc.). Also, is there any way to use it with just audio or just text?

The “Pricing Plans” page is something you need to add if it’s true that you have both a basic free version and a more advanced version that requires payment. If you don’t have a version that requires payment, then don’t imply you do by using words like “basic version is FOR FREE.”

As for “About Us” and “Contact” pages, I feel like all web sites that offer some kind of app could benefit from that, especially if they want people to pay for it. When I clicked on the screenshots below the question mark, I noticed that the examples involved a company called Bings Ltd. Is this your company? If so, I don’t think potential users quickly glancing at your site are going to figure this out. That’s why you’d do well to have dedicated “About Us” and “Contact” pages.

Some other points to ponder: I see you have a contact bubble right on your home page, which is a great way to demonstrate its effectiveness. But I also see that it’s “offline.” That’s disappointing if I’m thinking of installing ContactBubble and want to try it out live with your representative. Also, this is a minor point, but you should have a proofreader review your site. There are a few grammatical and spelling errors.

    Service
It bothered me that I had trouble signing up with Firefox. Since I don’t use IE too much, that would be discouraging to me. It also threw me that I got an error message when I first tried to create a link. Then because the question mark icons are mostly on the left (I’m used to seeing them on the right) and blend in with the color scheme of the contact bubble widget, I overlooked them and floundered around a little.

However, once I got the hang of it, it was pretty easy to create a link, and I really liked that I could preview how the contact button and bubble would look on my own web site.

Your no-frills dashboard is easy to grasp, and the “How To?” page offers additional clarification.

That said, I still have questions about ContactBubble: 1. If I install this on my web site, how do I get notified that a visitor wants help? Do I see a flashing icon or something? 2. How exactly do I chat with my visitor? Is there an icon for me to click? Is there a window for me to open? 3. Is there a way for me to turn off video chat and just use audio and/or text? I’d love to see more about how to operate ContactBubble on the “HowTo?” page.

That’s about it. It looks like ContactBubble would make a useful addition to a lot of web sites. If you expand your site a bit with some more informational pages and explain a little more about how to operate ContactBubble once installed, I think a lot of users may be interested in your service. Of course, I don’t know if you have competitors offering more, and I don’t know how people will react when/if you start charging for this. But it’s off to a good start! Good luck!

  4. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not?

It is a site that provide communication service between the owner and the customers in a website. It’s more like a support service for customers. i scrolled down to understand more about the site services. I am drawn to click on the ‘get it now’ button. At first i am looking for some button that could lead me for more detail about how the site works, such as ‘take a tour’ or ‘what is ContactBubble’ buttons. I scrolled down and I read through your presentation, it’s pretty clear about what is it about. So i decided to click on the ‘Get it now’ button to see how i can get it. There is one thing I wanted to note that when i scrolled down to the extreme bottom, it actually have a big blank space after the technical support section. It feels a little weird on it. Maybe you can adjust the space on it.

    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?

Yes. The signup is a free account and I can have a free trial. I would like to experience how the is the service. There is one thing that I wondering is about whether the chat in video calling is clear or not. To convince more visitors to sign up, you can explain about your video calling quality. It would be a another advantage for you to have more customers.

    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?

I registered a new account. During the registration process I faced some problem. I typed a wrong email without the ‘@’ symbol. When i click on the register button, it tell me there is an error but it didn’t tell me what causes the error. You should be telling the user what is wrong with the registration so that the user know where they should correct it,  instead of only telling an error occur.

I created a link, I know how to do it. I can edit the questions, colors, and the position. What i confuses is the popup styles. I do not know how does iFrame, popupWindow, Dialog looks like. I know I can test how the effect is by clicking on the sample ContactBubble you provided. Some people might not know that they can click on it to test how does the style look like. I hardly can notice that you have a explanation on what each of the section do, you can use a more noticeable color such as red or dark orange. Overall, the process is simple and easy.

4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?

Yes, I have done this before, but it’s different service. I click on the generate code button and I can copy paste the code into my website. You can have a short explanation on where we should copy the code and paste it at which part of our website coding. Some user might be a beginner of web designer, they might not know where to implement it.

    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

I like your homepage that provide a very interesting and useful information about what your site do. It clear and straightforward.  You’ve done very well in presenting your site.  You provide all of the details and information that the user need to know. The instructions of how to do it. I do not find anything that I dislike from your website. All the best to you and Good luck.

  5. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not?
My initial impression is that this has something to do with communicating to online visitors, and I’m going to assume it is a pop up chat window when someone is on your website.

I only speak english so I am not drawn to click on the 8 different language buttons, which only leaves the log in at the top, the Get it now in the middle bottom and the click to ask button.

    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?

No. I do not believe your site does a good enough job to convince me of what you do clearly, and why I need your service. I think you need selling points and you could get rid of:
    Where capabilities of your webpage
    end, ContactBubble checks in…
This means nothing to me and doesn’t help your homepage. Every inch of space is vital, and you need to get rid of stuff that doesn’t sell your service.

    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?

Okay. You need a “register button on the homepage” Just see Login options. It is annoying to have to click through several buttons to register when you could have a direct button on homepage.

For sites that have little to no brand recognition, it is hard enough to get new visitors to register. Having to confirm an email makes the process longer and more complicated. I recommend allowing users to log in immediately after registration to retain more visitors.
4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?
After registration and logging in, then it gives me the option of adding a link. I do this but then I’m not sure what to do. It would help if there was a walkthrough video posted of how to set up your account.

The How To link answers this question, but that information shouldn’t be a click away, it should be right here on the page to teach me.

    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

    i) Site colors are good. The Pink really stands out on the turquoise.
ii)Does this mean I have to be logged in to contact bubble to use the chat interface? Do my visitors have to register too? If they do I see that it is too much trouble.
iii)I tried clicking on the third button after registering my site and it said: no connection to existing server

  6. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not?
As soon as I entered the sight I was immediately impressed with the color choice, everything seemed to really stand out and pop. I liked the pull tabs on the sides of the main picture on the sight but I was a little diappointed that I could click on them. They looked as though you could click them to change the language on the site which I think would have been a impressive feature. Your description text of what your website is basic but well put. I would like to see that text at the top of the page instead of having it so low on the page especially being under the get it now button. Having it under the button is problematic becasue up until then a user doesn’t know what they are getting so why would anyone click until they are sure of what service your offering? Under the “use it for your” the word desk needs to slide over making it alligned with the rest of the text. In the next box I’m not sure what as in a branch means. Using language everyone can understand is important. I not a fan the side written text on the right side of the screen. Turning your head sideways might not be enjoyable to a user trying to read what you have to say. I think that the windows and mac bubbles needs to be moved over their titles making it more aligned with the text and making it centered with the rest of the text and graphics on the page. Not to nitpick but the three boxes under the contact bubble free are not all the same length. You say that the basic version on contact bubble is free so that leads me to believe that there is a more advanced version but I see that no where on your page.I think that if your going to mention it then it needs to shown somewhere on your sight before a user creates an account. The cost is also important factor which needs to be shown. What does it do that’s different from the basci version? If you have various version why not showcase them? Users aren’t scared off by the mentioning of paying for advanced services, just don’t make the price ridiculous and you offered a free basic versjon making users be able to use the service in general. The only button available is click on is the get it now button so in order to to possibly see what there is what I would be drawn to click on. Lastly under the tech support box why is there so much space at the bottom of the screen? Why not just shorten the homepage.

    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
I would not sign up only due to the fact that I am not in need of your service product. Someone with their own site would probably jump at the chance to have contact with thier customers in a more personal fashion. This kind of service takes customer relations to a different level.

    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?
I clicked on the get it now button and it sent me down the page to the register button. I’m on the fence about that expecting to be taken to get it and not pushed down the page. Having more than one button to get into the sight site as a new user is essential. I also see how that could work to your advantage making sure users see the rest of info homepage if they have not done so and are interested in your product. Registering for an account was easy. I used your login process to see how it worked. Having the option to use previous login is great making it easier on the user not to have to remember more login info for another site.

4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?
When I clicked on the creat link button it said the web page was invalid. I’m not sure what that means when I see the contact bubble text on the page to create a link. That was confusing and definitly needs to be fixed. After I completed the info I was unsure as to what to do next. I was curious and clicked on the edit button only to find the page was loaded correctly and I could see text in the back in another language. I wonder is that info I would need to read being that its there? To integrate into the pages seems to be done by clicking the generate link code and following the directions listed.

    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
Under “it’s simple” it would be nice to see the alteration of the green and blue bubbles instead of having one bubble green and the rest blue. I think that your site a tuturial on how it works. I feel like I had to figure thing out on my and that was a little off putting. I also thought that after registering for your site I would see more info on your another version but I might be wrong in thinking you have another version to begin with. I was also confused when it said you could customize the bubble but it made me login and I don’t see how it can that is done logging in to what seems like the bubble itself. Are you referring to the editing done under the intial creation info? Testimonials would be a great addition to your site proving to users that this product is worth having. I feel with your site I would just have to try it might myself to see if its really great insted of being shown how wonderful your product. I think that users need to be taken to the how to button before they are ready to create anything making it easier for the user to understand the process of site. Your product seems wonderful to any user but your webite lacks that personal touch you say your product provides.

  7. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not?

I immediately want to click “get it now”.  I don’t even know what it is but I want to get it.  The layout and colors are positive and feel happy and good.
    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?

    Yes I am.
    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?

used the browser based app to communicate with myself.. pretty cool.
4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?

    Yes I do.
    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

would be really cool if I could plug it into my facebook timeline and replace the terrible facebook interface.

  8. 1) My first impression is, I must be in the wrong place! I have no idea where to start because all the buttons are in a different language! My first inclination is to click the ‘Get It Now’ button, but I have no idea what I would be getting. So, I’m looking to find a place where I can learn about what this website will offer me. I clicked the ‘Explore Me’ button but I almost have to turn my head to read it, and it looks a little out of place. It takes me to the next segment on the webpage, where the ‘Speak See Chat’ links are almost cut off. There is a large question mark at the bottom of the page and I’m thinking if I click it, it will have some website FAQs or something, but it is not clickable and it runs into the 4 image links. It is not immediately clear what each of the 4 links that are available for me to click are about.

The page is very long in size and, unless the user realizes the ‘Explore Me’ button is there, he or she might think that they have to scroll pretty far down to see the registration link and the technical support button – I do not like that at all. I would like for all the website’s content to be accessible without having to scroll far at all. The caption at the top of the page, “Where capabilities of your webpage end, ContactBubble checks in…” My reaction to that is, “lol, THIS webpage never ends”. It’s almost a joke.

The main frame of the website is very colorful and engaging but the registration and technical support area at the bottom are dull – it seems as if this part of the website was simply thrown together at the last minute.

    2) I am enticed to sign up for a free trial because I can test it out without any commitment.

    3) While going through the sign up process, I am not quite sure what the check box “News subscribed” is. I think it may sign me up to receive a newsletter, but the wording is a little funny. And “Licence” is misspelled – it should be “License.” Instead of a new tab opening up for the registration and then a new tab opening up for the license agreement, it would be nice if a pop-up window opened or something instead of having new tabs created. Other than that, the Registration process is pretty straightforward.

    4) When I tried to create a contact bubble, I got a message that said “The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.” I had no idea what that meant. The creation screen was very plain and boring. I am not exactly sure what the “Text” textbox is for…what do I put there? The creation screen was cut off at the bottom of the page and there was no scrolling capability. Creating a contact bubble and integrating it into my webpage seems pretty straightforward.

    5) I incorporated many of my other comments into #1.

  9. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not?

The portion of the screen that appears first is colorful and inviting, but there are some issues:

    – the multi-language “Contact Us” call-outs next to the flashing computer screen appear as if one should click on to visit their native laguage, but when I clicked on one, nothing happened.  Confusing.

    – where the screen cuts off on my laptop is right across the middle of the “Get it Now” tab. This is distracting.

    –   I was not drawn to click the “Get It Now” tab as I had yet to read/learn more about the service. The description comes after the tab.

    – I was compelled to click the “?” tab, which I did, but nothing happened.

    – the tabs  after the “?” are clickable, but they show the same things that scroll in the “pink computer”above.

    – the “demo” in the pink computer and the tabs under the “?” don’t provide an active visual or audio representation of the product, which is strange since the service being offered is to provide life/interactivity to ones website.

    – in the description, suggest taking out the “a” after “…video chat in…”.  It should read “…video chat in real-time…”

    – offers a free basic service but no explanation of the “non-basic” service options and their costs.  Also, does not describe what is provided in the free service.

    – recommend changing “Contact Bubble basic version is For Free” to read “Get Contact Bubble basic Today For FREE” and i’d make make ita clickable link.
    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?

I was more curious than encouraged.  I still had questions about the service after reading the site so was curious to get them answered more than anything.
    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?

I registered.  It was pretty clear.  What was confusing was the “News Subscribed” box.  Wasn’t sure what they were asking me,so I did not click.
4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?

Don’t have a webpage, but I do have a few comments:

    – after I registered, I received a confirmation email that did not thank me for registering forthe service.  Basic customer service to thank customer and possibly share a line of encourage/ excitement about what they will soon have access to

    – also, somewhere there should be some comment about showing if person is “online” or “offline” to interact.  Webpage owners who have no or limited staff may be concerned that people will click on app at all hours of the day and night and no one is there to help.  This will lead to losing or frustrating customers.
    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

    – the writing on the side of the page “explore”, “what are you waiting for” etc. is distracting since you have to turn your head to the side to read.

  10. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not?
My immression was a retro looking babies bedroom with modern drop shadows and confusing information and navigation.
The only button i saw was “get it now”, and the description i first saw: “Simple web application for live communication online” is not enough information to explain what i am getting or how much it costs. This is the description I believe needs to be seen right away: “ContactBubble is a free web application built into your webpage. The client clicks on the ContactBubble icon, the application window opens and the communication through a video-call and/or chat starts.” That encouaged me to click the “get it now” button and even so i still had to scroll up to do that.

    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
No i didn’t feel the website is immediately descriptive enough to click ay buttons right awy.

    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?
Sign up is very easy and after clicking “create a link” i was very impressed with the software and the configuration options. The ability to see it on my webapge and configure it to match the look and feel was amazing and simple. I know many people who would benefit from this.

4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?
Intergration is simply copy-and-paste into the webpage’s HTML code, and i found easy to follow instructions while getting the code.

I feel the contactbubble is a good tool for any small business, the webpage could be more descriptive when it first loads so the visitor doesn’t hit the back browser button so quickly.
    Replace this:
“Simple web applicationfor live communication onlineWhere capabilities of your webpageend, ContactBubble checks in…”
    With this:
“ContactBubble is a free web application built into your webpage. The client clicks on the ContactBubble icon, the application window opens and the communication through a video-call and/or chat starts.” And you will have a winner!

  11. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not? As soon as the page pops up I’m in sensory overdrive due to the colors and simplistic design, which is a very good thing. I loved the colors and the overall design of the site, it is very much my style. It was very easy for me to see that the intent was to let visitors know what the ContactBuddy will cater to a variety of people in several different language, so that is very user friendly. However, initially I found my self actually clicking on the un-clickable ‘Contact Us’ tabs that surround the pink computer screen graphic, they looked clickable and I assumed that it was providing visitors a way to contact the web owners in different languages, so that can lead to a bit of confusion.

    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why? I was definitely interested after seeing/reading all that this script could do, and when I saw it was free I immediately signed up to try it out. Just from what I gathered from the website design, this ContactBubble has video chat capability, and it can be done in several different languages. I also like the simple and clean design for the buttons used and its pull-down window. I haven’t seen such feature before. The best thing about ContactBuddy is that it’s basic version is ‘free’!

    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you? The registration process was so simple and very easy, nothing at all confusing about it. I always like when I don’t have to give so much info and promise my first born just to sign up for something. I really like having the option to register using the Google account or Facebook account I already have set up, that is very convenient, and so I used my Google acct.

4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next? WOW! It took seconds to create and test my chat/contact box and it was so nice and I can’t say enough just how simple and easy it all was. I was able to integrate it into my website so quickly, in fact it took longer for me to log in and find the folder containing the webpage I integrated it in.

I really like this contact/chat box and I know it will be a great addition on my webpage.

  12. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not?
VERY COLORFUL.  Page is kind of long.  Did not realize I had to scroll down for additional information.  The information describing the website’s purpose was found after scrolling down.  The page loaded very quickly.  The colors and graphics are attention grabbers.

    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
Yes.  The website activated my curiosity and desire to subscribe so that I can see how it works.

    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?  Registration was very simple.  I like the fact that I have the option to use my google account to register.

4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?
Yes.  Kind of nice to communicate with my friends on my own website rather than logging in to Facebook.  Also, this is a very good tool for businesses to communicate with prospective clients.

Very good site and product.  I would suggest to shorten the home page so that pertinent information is not overlooked by those you are only doing “scans” on websites rather than reading in detail.

  13. 1)Upon entering ContactBubble splash page, I was immediately delighted; the colors & the site’s design is very pro, also hearing about new live chat software is awesome & it was presented very nicely. The colors are gorgeous & soft on the eyes so it pulls the visitor in plenty. Navigation is sweet & light, where the major & most important features & actions stand out as they are the only ones worth looking at.
2)Definitely would sign up for a free trial, always looking for great tools for communicating with friends & team.
3)Not hard to register at all.
4)No i don’t know how to integrate into webpage but wouldn’t, as for referring to personal friends yes. Sharing thru facebook or twitter, yes.
5)The site is great, but it needs more info & direction to sway most visitors away from other live chat software. It needs more of a back-end for it stand out & become something people in social media can speak about. It needs more of an attachment than just being the run of the mill live chat software. The app itself needs to embody more of a personality & its on its way, just missing that defining feature.

  14. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not?

Really simple, It explains which icon I should click to get the ContactBubble code to embed in my web site.

I think the site is great, the homepage captures users attention. The bright colors immediately attract the eye, and you instantly communicate three important things: what ContactBubble is for, what the application looks like in use, and which languages it’s available in.

  15. 1.Contact bubble what i liked about the site was it is user friendly. Its easy on the eye and very easy to sign up with the colours you are not lefy bewildered you know exactly where to go always a plus.
2.Yes you feel you want to sign up you almost get the sense of there is no force to sign up you just feel like you want to sign up.
3.This is a bit confusing in that i dont aways want to sign up with my facebbok account.
    4. this is a bit confusing all i see is the help feature.
Overall the website i would give a six they should give you more options to register

  16. 1) Visit https://www.ContactBubble.com. What is your initial impression of what you see? Are you immediately drawn to click any of the buttons? Why or why not?

My initial impression is that the colors are good. I really don’t care for the people on the website. It is like hey dufus this website is great. I was not immediately drawn to click any of the buttons because I was just figuring out what the website was all about.

    2) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why? If I were in need of the product, or course. A free trial is great. No risk and if someone provides this, it is more likely they believe in their product. And that it is probably a product that works. Or else the consumer an easily cancel and the company is without a customer. So they are counting on a good experience that will create a demand.

    3) Register and create your own link of Contact Bubble. Do you know how to do it? If not, what confuses you?
Yes I was able to register but could not create a link.

4)Do you know how to integrate it to your webpage? If not, do you know what to do next?

No, the website would not accept my password after registration.

    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

The site indicates that it has multilingual capabilities. I did not see how this is accomplished. The site is also too long with empty space. This could frustrate the web user. Also the bullet list is not aligned.  The word ‘desk” should be in line with the word “your”.

The words: where capabilities  of your website end, ContactBubble begins. This could be worded differently.

Another concern is the navigation of the site. It seems like maybe you should have an anchor at the botton since the site is so long.
