1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about? What are your initial impressions? Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
It is a site that provide service that allow user to ask question and allow user to answer question. For me the site is trustworthy, I can find all the detail such as how the site works, contacts, blogs, etc.Â
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
It was easy and simple, i just need to type the question, name and email address. There is no part that is confusing for me.
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
Yes, i definitely will sign up for it because i think it is important to know what my site visitor thought and if they have any question they can ask conveniently through the plugin.Â
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
If the site is about selling products or providing some services, i would like to see the Q&A plugin so that I can conveniently ask my question and get the answer.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting? Which features would you pay for? Are there features that you think are missing?
I would pay for the moderators, as I think it is important. I think rating is also a important feature, which allow the visitor to rate the answer so that we know what we answered has answered what the visitor asked. Also, we don’t want any repeating of question asked, if there is people who ask question that already asked, it can notify the asker about the question he/she ask already has a answer. The system can check through the percentage of similarity in the question to existence question. You must show a big different between free package and paid package so that the user know exactly what’s the difference and they willing to pay for it.
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
The service you provide is very useful and convenience. i would intro it to my friends that has web site and it may help them out as well. I want to touch a little in your homepage, the layout design is simple and interesting, but the explanation about how your site works isn’t clear. I do not know what exactly the site is about at the beginning. I suggest you can add a slideshow in your homepage displaying how the it works with a step by step instruction. Or you can add the description about your site. I didn’t know that you are providing a plugin for the user until you told me to view other site that using your plugin. You should mention you provide an application that allow user to add the Q&A plugin in their site. It should be clear and straightforward. Also you can elaborate on how your Q&A plugin going to make the visitor willing to click on it and ask question. It can be a pop up box or a small notifier. Overall it is great and the feature you provide is very benefits for website owner. All the best and good luck.
1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about? What are your initial impressions? Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
I can immediately conclude from browsing your homepage that your site is about a plugin for question & answer. People can ask, and people can answer. I would say that the info is adequate but maybe a little more selling piece please? There’s not enough to “pull in” my attention and curiosity.
It does have a clean layout which looks professional but not boring.
There are too many questions in display for me though.. I think you should cut it down to 10 or 5.. and just display “next” button.
Of course I can not easily confirm that the site is trustworthy but it does not bring up any security issues for me..
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
While I was typing my question, there were suggestions of other related or similar questions.
I clicked one and read it.. then I wanted to go back to typing my question, which was erased when I clicked on the similar question.. Lol. Maybe the back button should take you where you were exactly and what you’ve already typed.
I also actually answered a question before I asked one.
Thinking that I could open questions in a new tab, I clicked my mouse scroll.. but it was javascript so instead a small javascript window popped up within the site.. That’s fine with me since it didn’t take me to another page.. But I was expecting that there was like a page dedicated for the Q&As.
Â
For me it was simple, fast and easy. I can easily get my question out there in the open ready for answers.
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
Well I don’t have any working sites yet.. But if I did have, I would sign up for this.
This is a fast, easy and hassle-free way for site visitors and users to get what they need and want : info.
And even if I wasn’t online, the questions would be public anyway and others could also answer.
Â
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
I, for one have questions when browsing blogs, online shops, or other sites and I get too lazy to contact them through email because I’d have to look for their “support” page and/or their email.
Plus, since the questions are public, it would be very nice to see what other people think about too.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting? Which features would you pay for? Are there features that you think are missing?
You offer a great free plan. The basic but essential features are there already.
But I would likely upgrade to the know plan so there could be more mods.. and also the Q&A search will be very handy for those that are really looking for more info.
The plans provide features that would be essential to my site (if I had one) and I can’t think of any more to add..
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
At first, I was annoyed that I had to provide my email address just so I can ask/answer a question.
Then I remembered that that was the way that I would be notified if someone responds to my question.. but for answering questions, why would they need that? What if I’m not interested in coming back again.
I have no complaints on the interface as it was concise.
This is a really handy tool for sites because it provides easy and fast way to clarify your doubts and also browse what other people’s concerns are.
another plus is if you’re the site admin, you won’t get as much emails asking for help..
We all hate overloaded inboxes, come on.. (it’s stressful)
With this degree3 plugin, Q&As are hassle-free for both the user and administrator.
thanks.

1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about? What are your initial impressions? Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
The site is about a Q&A type plugin or module which webmasters can use on their websites to help visitors easily find answers to their questions. At first glance it seems as though people are able to ask questions as well as answer them. Â I like that you are able to “Take a Tour” before signing up. Â I especially like the “How we help page” which uses both graphics and text to explain how Degree3 works.
I really like the look and feel of the site. Â At first glance it seems very professional and neat. I like that it is laid out in such a way that all information is pretty much one click away. Â I feel that the site would be considered trustworthy because of it’s initial professional appearance as well as links to an active blog and facebook page. Â I think that visitors would be very happy to sign up especially after viewing the “Take a Tour” page. Â I also like that it is free. Â I think people, myself included, are vary wary of signing up when payment is required even if they think it is something they could use. Â
The only criticism I have is that when you leave the homepage there isn’t a button at the top of the other pages to take you home again.  I noticed that there was a link at the bottom of the page but it would be nice to have one right at the top – Just a personal preference
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
The process was very quick and easy. Â Initially I didn’t fill in my name and email address so the question wasn’t accepted but once I filled out these fields the question was immediately added to the site. Â My first thought after submitting the questions was whether I would be sent an email once my question was answered? Â Would I have to go back to the site to check for the answer?
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
Yes, I think I would especially because it’s free – it’s great that you are able to test it without a financial commitment. Â I think it might be worthwhile adding a Q&A page for webmasters so that before signing up they have a quick overview of how the plugin works eg. Â Is this a wordpress plugin or can it be used on any site? Â Is a database used to capture the questions and answers? Â Is it quick and easy to add to your site or what experience is needed to add it successfully? Â If you get stuck installing it where would you get help? Are users able to search through previously asked questions before asking again? Â As above, do users receive an email when their question is answered? Â Are you able to moderate all answers before they go live?
I noticed on your “Best Practices” page that there is a Q&A for software developers. Perhaps this page could be more easily accessible with more detail given. Â Â
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
Yes, I think I definitely would. Â It seems very easy to use and as long as I get a timely answer to the question I think it would be great. Â I personally don’t like asking questions on forums mainly because I find it very tedious to have to go through the entire sign up process when all I need is an answer to a question.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting? Which features would you pay for? Are there features that you think are missing?
Wow, I think the free package that you offer is great especially for a small to medium website. Â I would definitely pay to have additional moderators and perhaps a way that certain categories of questions can automatically be directed to the appropriate moderators on bigger websites. Perhaps it would be nice if people could subscribe specifically to a certain category of Q&A. Â For example a visitor to a big lifestyle website might only be interested to subscribing to the Q&A for interior design.
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
As a whole I really like the website and I think that the plugin is great. Â As above I think it would be good to include information specifically for webmasters giving more detailed information on what is required to use the plugin. Â It would be nice to have this information before signing up.
1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about? What are your initial impressions? Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
This seems to be some sort of plugin for a client’s site, to give visitors an easy way to get answers to questions I assume are related to the site in question. I’m not sure how this would be much different then having a FAQ, though there is potential usefulness for more specific questions. My only concern is how long it would take to get an answer; if you’re waiting more than a day, then this is no better than an email query. The interface might make the submission of the question a tad easier though. The site looks very similar to a lot of recent startups, as far as graphical design, color choices, etc. I really like the fact that there are multiple obvious links catering to first time visitors. “Support,” “How We Help,” and “Questions” immediately left me unconcerned about being able to locate more details regarding the product. A greater sense of trustworthiness comes from the effort to make new users more comfortable and also with the obvious presence of support links.
Â
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
Yes, the process was pretty straightforward. I enjoyed being able to see older questions pop up with answers already there. I can see how this would be useful. I’m not sure where the overkill line would be drawn as far as how much help is too much help, but this seems to have potential for informing consumers more efficiently. I wonder, who answers the questions? Anyone? Or just staff? Or can you set it either way? What kind of questions can people ask? Could the wall be filled with totally OT issues? Will it be easy to find your question immediately, or do you need to search the wall. Would we be notified by email or some other way that an answer had been posted to the app? None o it was particularly confusing, but I do have the aforementioned questions.
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
I can certainly see this as an effective tool to keep people interested in the site/product when they might have otherwise left with unanswered questions. I can also see this as useful for people who leave after asking a question, and then are drawn back with a notification that their query has been answered. It also helps that the client feels they are being personally engaged by the site owner. Of course, this goes back to me wondering who can answer what question, and whether someone would come back to the site and see some useless information that wastes their time. That would send off business rather quickly. It’s definitely good for both client and business owner. The business owner has the chance to develop a more personal relationship with consumers and perhaps pick up some personal and contact info, and build relationships that may pan out in the future, if not at that very moment. Yes, I could see being interested in this.
Â
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
I would need my previous questions dealt with so I had a clear idea about whether the app was advantageous to my needs or whether it was just a dressed up way to get the same questions answered in a different manner. I really want to know if there is a quick payoff in response, or if that all depends on the site, and if the owner is available/online. It Does seem to be a more simple process, and I believe I’d be tempted to use it instead of a forum for the ease of use, but forums have their own advantages as well. This feature obviously has privacy issues, but so do forums. Thus, it is not a complete replacement for other means of communication.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting? Which features would you pay for? Are there features that you think are missing?
I like that there’s a free version to test out, and that there seems to be no obligation to upgrade. There also seems to be unlimited use with the free version, which is another huge plus. Just be careful about leaving something truly desirable in the paid versions so as to entice those who are enjoying the free version. I’m assuming 95% of people will begin with the free app. You need each feature to be linked to an explanation of what it actually does, even the more obvious ones. A small pop up blurb would probably work best here. I was confused as to what some of the features did. “Answer Comments” seems to me the ability to … answer comments. Isn’t the point to do that? I figured that would be the #1 basic feature in all packages. Maybe I misunderstood. Perhaps add the ability to see if the site owner is online and the ability to engage him/her in direct chat during these times. Once they are in chat, the “available” link could go off until the conversation is finished.
Â
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
I like the presence of a blog. It gives you a more human element – something going on here aside from the product in question. I like that there are clear navigation links present in the pages I visited. It’s amazing how many sites neglect this. The signup is simple, as it should be. I dont need you asking my age, name of my cat, month of birth, etc etc. I was concerned about private questions, but now see that it’s been addressed. The rest, I’ve covered above.

Good Luck!
1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about? What are your initial impressions? Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
When I first opened this site, I thought that this might have been a social website, maybe competing against Facebook. I got this from “Social Q&A” seemingly leaping off the site, my eyes were then pulled down to the bottom of my screen, as I saw some Q&A’s scrolling at that very moment. Only when I looked up a few seconds later, did I realize that this was some sort of service for websites to have this plugin installed.
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
I thought the process was as intuitive as could be. I clicked the button marked “ask a question” that takes me to another page, fill in the question field, my name, e-mail and “ask question” button.
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not? As a site owner I would consider using the plugin.
It depends. If I had a social media site that people wanted to ask a simple question, sure. If I had a site, repairing cars for example, where you have to drill down through 10 comments before you finally see how to fix your car, no, only a forum would be able to fulfill that need.
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
I don’t particularly care either way whether or not I saw this particular plug in. I think that this product and a forum are built for two different types of sites, one being where you ask simple, easy questions (this product), and forums that get to the heart of something more detailed (computer repair, for example)
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting? Which features would you pay for? Are there features that you think are missing?
I think that the features that are most interesting are the FAQ Builder, and the Private Q&A. These are also features that I would think be worth paying for. I cannot think of anything that is missing.
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
The website has a nice hip feel. I think that it presents itself well as the “next generation of a forum”. I found this a little bit confusing, as I felt that the product I was shown today was also not in direct competition with the forum format.

What do you think the site is about?
Since I have a background in IT and use the internet on a daily basis, I understand the importance of Q&A on a website!! I love Q&A and have written plenty myself, so it is easy to sell me on the idea.  I also know that most people do not like to create or maintain FAQ documentation, so I am most interested in seeing how your products can make Q&A and FAQs easier for the site owner and site visitors.
What are your initial impressions?
My initial impression is that the site is inviting and well designed. It is simple and easy to use and visitors are able to quickly understand what the site is about.
I have a website and I like free stuff, so I was interested in signing up to see what your Q & A product could offer. However, my site is for a hobby-business and I only make enough money to fund my hobby, so I do not see me ever having the money to pay for a Q&A product for my current site. I have an idea for another site and business and could definitely see a need for Q&A there and might even be willing to pay a reasonable price for a good quality product that has sufficient support.
Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
It seemed trustworthy since I can try the service for free and your site shows “Latest Q&A†from the network. I would not want to spend a lot of time or money implementing this unless it appeared to be something that was going to stay around. I think customer testimonials would be good to add at some point to help build confidence in the products.Â
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing? It looked very simple. I typed a question and then selected “Ask Questionâ€, but nothing happened. So then I backed out of the page and came back and tried again. I typed a question and then entered my first name, an email address and selected “Ask Questionâ€.  I did not get any confirmation that my question was received and did not see it in the list.  I initially tried at 3:29 am CST on 1/9/12. I tried again at 9:38 am, but it still did not accept my question. I can see examples of it working, so either I missed something or maybe you were making some changes to the site and it is just not working correctly at that time.  (By the way, I am using a brand new HP Pavilion dv6 and IE8)
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
I would, and it is free…so why not, but then I have an IT background. However, it needs to notify me by email when there is a question entered on my site or I would not purchase it. Also, for someone who has never done any programming, if they do not want to pay for someone to assist, then they would be uncomfortable with the plugin.  I can see that you provide instructions and support, but they do not stand out. Highlighting them somehow or pointing them out or re-arranging the page might be something to consider.
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?Â
I like the Q& A and as a visitor to sites, I would use it on any site as long as I got a response within 24 hours. If it takes too long to get a response, then it is less valuable to me.   Personally I would tend to use it before using a forum.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features.
Which features are most interesting?
I would be most interested in the FAQ Builder and Q & A Search.
Which features would you pay for?
If I was going to pay extra for something it would be Q&A search. The info is not useful if it cannot be accessed quickly and easily.
Are there features that you think are missing?
Looks like you have a great set of features, but just need to provide more information on each (which I am sure you plan to do). I am not sure what FAQ builder offers, but content maintenance is always a challenge. So it would be nice to have some features to help ensure the FAQ content stays fresh.  I believe FAQs also need a good search capability.
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
I like the caption used “Give your visitors answers, or someone else willâ€! Also, I think all the information you provide on why every site needs Q&A is compelling. Very Nice!
I hope my feedback was helpful.  I plan to add the Q&A to my site as soon as I get a chance and will share the info with others I know with websites. Good luck and best wishes for much success in the future!!

1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about?
What are your initial impressions?
Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
At fist glance I had no clue. Your website name does not say what your site is about. I had to slowly read ?degree3 and left my mind for a moment to come up with a answer, but nothing came. I scrolled down and only when I read Social Q&A for your site did it become more clear. If I did not have my own site it still would not make any sense. When looking at all the general questions asked, it gave me a feel that anyone is welcome to ask anything. The invitations to try out the question tab on the right is a very good idea cause it causes a new visitor like myself to interact with the site. Thus getting involved and seeing how it work and also can work on my site. I like the idea that it is free to sign up. To colors work well with the simplistic design. Great idea to put the sign up button right at the beginning and also at the bottom of the site. Also all the words that is telling you to take action is really sharp. Like Sign up, Answer now, Add Q&A, try out. It truly gives a welcome feel that this people who designed the website really want you to grab hold of something neat and will be there to help you. Trustworthiness is a difficult one to bring home to any new visitors. The facebook plugin is always a safe choice and does a good job. With time and more likes it will bring people to trust you much easier. For all who have a facebook account and not shy to share their thoughts and believes I think it is great, but for the shy people who is very private I guess they will not easily trust your sight as a place to ask questions. In all I do not see any treats to ask questions or provide answers.
The take a tour button is were I saw the real value of your site and give it enough pointers to let me want to sing up. It also created a sense that if I do not have this on me sight I would miss out
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
It was pretty straight forward. I liked the way it is set up in that you first ask the question and then have to put in your details. I was not sure if my question was accepted cause it did not straight appear with the other questions. Guess there is a filtering process for any foul language or vulgar questions. You get a lot of sick people out there. No part were confusing and I like the simplicity. That is the name of the game when it comes to be user friendly. The only thing that hindered me a little was when I click on the boxes the text did not disappear and I hande to first delete it before I could write in it. Also the color is very light and I could hardly see what I wrote.
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
Yes I would because all people want to feel part of your site and without leaving it to go the facebook or send a email seems like hard work. Most questions people ask would also better qualify them to what their needs are. I see it as a great help and will try it out to see if it would not help me build my list. It is also more friendly than to subscribe to a website. Not sure if I can use their email to put them on my mailing list. Guess a few short emails wont hurt and can build more trust
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
Definately would be great to see this plugin. I would like to use if before a form as most of the time if I am not fully into a topic I do not have to be so involve by going on a form. It gives me freedom to ask a quick question and see it there is any quick response. We all want to be part of active website full of buzz. If I use it on my own site it would be a great tool to quickly respond to questions and build relationship with my audience.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting? Which features would you pay for? Are there features that you think are missing?
Question locking looks interesting but i do not have any idea what it would do. Suggest you put a link with a short description of what each future is about. Would take the guessing away.
Pay futures is always good cause it is a way the developer earns money and that way can have enough recourses to further inprove their products and services. Which one to pay for is more difficult to determine. I guess we all want our websites to run on auto pilot with as least maintenance as possible. Pay futures normally takes the donkey work out of it. If I use this plug in and get loads of silly questions that does not have anything to do with my products or services I would easily pay someone to only send me relevant questions to my sight. 5 questions a day is manageable but just imagine 100’s of silly questions. So a pay future to either get someone to go through the questions or a small program to establish wether the question is relevant. Also a auto responder to thank the person asking the question and shortly explain due to relevancy his question cold not be answered and that He/She is welcome to try again.
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
I see big potential for this site and believe with time and testings it can go really big. I believe the success of the plug in depends on the amount of value it gives to the website holders and that will put a price to it. By first giving it away for free is the best starting point. I would consider a simple training video to show new people all it can do for them. Also to explain the paid futures and the benefits that would be gained through them. Would suggest the take a tour botton to be bigger and also include a short video to make the new people more familier with who is behind the plug in and that they are with good people. It is always nice to see the faces of the people who develope these kind of plug ins.
I bestow you success and a bright future 🙂
1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about? What are your initial impressions? Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
The site seems to help those with websites retain customers by giving them an outlet to ask questions and seek answers to common inquiries. My initial impression of the site is that it had a very clean layout and was not cluttered by a bunch of ads or unnecessary information. I did find the site to be trustworthy, there were no grammatical errors which is common with fraudulent websites and there was a link there to connect with those on Facebook who like the site which was an extra reassurance that the site could be trusted.
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
I found the process of asking a question very easy. The design of the Q&A board was very sleek, no clutter to confuse the user which is always a plus. I did not feel as though the process was intuitive however I noticed that after the question was asked you could sign in on Facebook and share responses through there which was nice as it added that extra touch to the social experience.
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
I would absolutely sign up to use the plug in if I were a site owner or business. The plug in is very simple, has a clean and easy to understand interface which would enhance the user experience. The only thing that I’m not quite sure that I like is that it opens in its own window and greys out everything in the background, I think the plugin would be better if it stayed on the same page instead of opening on its own.
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
I think I would rather see the Q&A plug in than visiting a forum. Most forums are buried deep within the website that your visiting and can be difficult to find for users who are not familiar with where to look. Granted the Q&A plugin could be the same way depending on where the business decides to put it but the interface is much more user friendly than the typical forum layout.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting? Which features would you pay for? Are there features that you think are missing?
I think the Facebook registration option is the most interesting since this is the best way to get users to access the site. Many sites require an additional user name and password to join but having everything centralized will make this process much easier. The features that I would pay for would be the moderator and email answer notification features. I think it is very important to have a moderator on a Q&A plugin to ensure everything stays clean for users who may be new to the site. The email answer notification is also helpful because it will let the user know when their question has been answered instead of having to check back for updates. The feature that is listed on there but says it is unavailable that I think would be most helpful is the Q&A generator. Some users like to take things into their own hands when it comes to posting things on their site instead of relying on someone else to do it for them so I think this option would be helpful for those who would like to do so.

The site layout is very clean and I did not find myself distracted by blinking ad’s or popups which was a huge plus. I felt as though I could rely on this company because everything was neatly laid out and there were no visible grammatical errors that I found. My best advice would be to keep the website operating smoothly like this and to not become one of the many service sites to bother their users with unnecessary ad’s or clutter.
1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about? What are your initial impressions? Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
I love the color scheme of the logo right off, but the white rectangle with the rounded edged just below the logo is annoying in that it cuts through some of the blue logo area.  To me it looks like a placement error.  The site looks professional and well maintained, but I feel like the white on off-white of the main body is a little visually off putting.  The solid logo and top portion of the page coupled with facebook likes, blog entries, and testimonials makes me feel as though the site is a legitimate business.
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
The process itself is intuitive, but when I clicked the “ask a question” button my first thought is “Am I asking a question about the whole site, one of these individual articles, both, or what?” Â After the post I could immediately see my posted question and the process to answer other questions or post more was very easily solved.
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
It would depend on the type of business that I was running on my website. Â Something like a blog or DIY site, for example, seems like a great fit for this. Â On a more formally styled website the Q&A sidebar might look a little out of place or tacky
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
It’s an interesting idea. Â For general questions involving the website I’m on I might use this system, especially if there were quite a few questions already answered by other users. Â For in depth analysis and commentary I would probably head to a forum specifically involving the subject matter at hand.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting? Which features would you pay for? Are there features that you think are missing?
The moderation and FAQ builder both seem interesting. Â I think the ability to answer questions myself would be worth paying for. Â It seems as though both the Know and Share options are basically the same except for the moderation. Â Why are some features not offered with any plan?

Overall the site looks great and very professional!
My first impression is a question and answer site. A second look is it is a question and answer app for your own site.
I went to the site and clicked ask a question. It is extremely clear as to what to do. You could not make it any easier to ask a question.
I would definitely use this plug in. I always read sites FAQ section and sometimes my question isn’t there. Also questions always get lost in blog comments or forums and never get answered. This is a really good idea.
I would pay for a FAQ builder, and to answer questions. You could add a way to organize questions. People could post questions in certain categories. On a tech site it could have a computer section, tablet section, cell phone section etc.
1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about? What are your initial impressions? Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
Looks professional, it looks like a site about a widget for websites that add a box for users to add questions and answers. I like the idea and the software looks pretty good. Yes it looks trustworthy.
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
It’s pretty intuitive and simple, I just would like to be able to do so anonymously without the need to login with facebook or providing an email.
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
Yes, it’s free, it seems to be a pretty nice idea, I don’t see any  annoying ads coming up with it, so it looks like 0 disadvantage.
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
Yes, I’d probably do, but I don’t think it can replace a forum.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting?
Search of course
Which features would you pay for?
API Access
Are there features that you think are missing?
Letting the user decide if he wants to be mailed in case someone answer his question, I assume this may be implemented already, but I didn’t see any explicit mention to it, if it’s there, letting the user know would be a nice feature.
6) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
Another feature that may be nice is to show the name or even the facebook picture of the person that made the question, as it’s facebook linked and it aims for page retention, if the user sees someone he knows or interests him it may keep him in the page for a little more.

1) Visit https://degree3.com. What do you think the site is about? What are your initial impressions? Do you find the site to be trustworthy?
The site is a very clean and fresh looking site. The site is for people to ask questions and to answer other people’s question if they have the answer to it. This site seems very trustworthy.
2) Visit https://joeldowns.com/, a site that is using the Degree3 Q&A plugin. Click the ‘Ask a Question’ button and ask a question. Is the process intuitive? What parts were confusing?
I went to the website and clicked on “Ask a Question” button. The process was very easy to understand and I had no problems asking a question and getting an answer.
3) As a site owner or business, would you sign up to use the plugin? Why/why not?
If I was a site owner or a business owner I would most likely use the plugin because I think it would be a useful tool to have for my business.
4) When visiting other sites, would you want to see this Q&A plugin? Would you use it before using a forum?
Yes I would use this site before using another forum. I think this is more helpful then other forums that I have been too.
5) Go to https://degree3.com/plans and review the features. Which features are most interesting? Which features would you pay for? Are there features that you think are missing?
When I went to look at all the features I was really surprised to see how much the site offered. These features are great and I would not change anything or add anything. I think the features are more than enough.
