  1. Do you think the site’s purpose and objectives are clear when briefly looking at the home page?

Yes, the highlighted (in blue text) explains it well, and the How it Works section is definitely a highlight of the home page.

I must say, however, for a website featuring designs, the home page is way too cluttered.  How about cleaning it up by putting a rotating banner at the top with image 1 being the highlighted blue text and image 2 being the How it Works information?  Image three could be the benefits.
What do you like about our site? What don’t you like?

I definitely like the idea, and it might be another source of income for me, since I’m a freelancer.  But, in my experience with 48 Hours Logo, it exploits designers, causing them to work for less than minimum wage in many situations – or working on many projects for no pay.  It’s a bit of a gamble.  I do like that you have minimum prices, however.

Also, I don’t like the money back guarantee.  Sure, it’s nice for clients, but it also allows them to look at many designs and perhaps have someone in-house create something similar while they can still get their money back.  Exploiting designers.

Is it easy to register and/or create a design project?

I liked the reg process very much, but I wish I could submit examples of designs I already like (for the designer’s reference).
    Would you use our service?

No, I am unable to purchase designs at this time.  Plus, I’m a designer – so I can do them myself 🙂
How do you think our site compares to sites like 99designs.com or crowdspring.com?

I must say that 99designs has a much simpler, more user friendly home page – and an absolutely great “how to” video.

The checkout process is similar, but 99designs doesn’t offer as many options (like the ability to highlight the project on Facebook).
    Any suggestions or feedback?

Hire one of those underpaid designers to do some work on the home page!   The logo… it really doesn’t have much impact, either.  Consider revising – again, consult your designers.

  2. Do you think the site’s purpose and objectives are clear when briefly looking at the home page?
Yes.  The purpose is clear and so were the objectives but they were hard to see at first glance.
What do you like about our site? What don’t you like?
I like the purpose of this site and I like the “How it works” insert with a couple of the tabs.  When I visit websites, I look at the bottom of the page for quick links to navigate to where I want to go but when I looked at the bottom of your site, I found fine print which as a user, I don’t know if I would want to spend time reading it.  I think that moving the fine print to a different area of the website and adding quick links would be good.
Is it easy to register and/or create a design project?
I didn’t register but I did look at that page and seems self explanatory and easy to use.  I liked the link options on the create a design to go directly to what you want.

    Would you use our service?
I am not designer but if I were, I would consider it. But I would also search on the internet to compare.  The site didn’t catch my eye enough to just stop at this site.

I don’t know these sites and could not compare.
    Any suggestions or feedback?
As I said above, I don’t know the above websites but one thing I can say is that the name of your website has the purpose of the site in the name compared to the above names.
