What are your thoughts of the design? Design is very good. Great color scheme, easy to maneuver around the site.
Is the site clear? Yes. I found all my questions to be answered in the FAQ section. Very well written Video is good.
Is it easy to use? Yes. I clicked around on some requests and found them very easy to respond to. As well, it was very easy for me to post a request.
