Visit https://www.envolve.com/. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
At first I wasn’t sure what the site was about other then chatting somehow. As I read some of the content of the site, I started to get the jest of it.
What do you hate? What do you like?
What I didn’t like at first glance was how spread out the contents was on the homepage. It was a little confusing at first. And I didn’t like the chat tabs at the bottom. They blend in too much. What I did like is the concept of the page once you found the information on the page.
What do you think of the sign up process?
I liked how easy it looked to sign up for this product, however, I think that it should be noted before signing up that what is entailed when you are signing up for a free account.
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
If I had a website and a need for this type of software, I would think about it but wouldn’t stop my search at this website.
Other feedback?
The contents of the homepage should not be so spread out making it hard to find the information the user is looking for. Also, it was mentioned as one of the features when I looked at the different programs that if the chat software was downloaded on the user’s websites, anyone who signed into the website, there sign in information was imported to this software. I think this feature would raise questions about how secure is it.
