  1. Visit https://fanminder.com Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?

The site is about connecting small business owners with customers or possible customers.

Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.

What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

What i found bothersome was the amount of detail and practical information as well as the not so visually inviting page design. Nothing wrong with detail and practicality but before those i think your applicants could benefit from a well and clearly stated purpose, nothing longer than two phrases, if the concept appeals to them , they will read further details.
I liked the fact that it’s free and easy to use, comprehensive and the start picture shows a preview of the application.

What do you think of the sign up process?

I think the sign up process is as simple as can be, for an application of this sort.

Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?

Sure, i would, a business owner in this case has nothing but to win, it’s free and it can also raise the popularity of it’s business by just being there and getting involved with fans, friends of fans will see it and potentially become customers.

Would you appreciate an option for Facebook Connect as the login mechanism?

I would, but i don’t think it’s particularly appropriate in this case, the info you would need would not be present in many cases , things like business info.

Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

I think i pretty much covered it, the concept is free , useful and from my projection effective.
It only needs to be presented as best it can be.
