Hi.Â
1. When I landed on your website, I was immediately drawn to it. The slight confusion that had initially been caused by looking at the main graphic also disappeared on looking at the ‘How It Works’ steps. The idea has been put across very effectively on the main page and within a few short minutes I explored the whole of your site and gathered all the necessary info.
The design is clean and simple and overall I find it pretty cool. Although, I personally feel that the ‘features’ can be better explained through some accompanying graphics.Â
Overall I would rate the website quite highly owing to its simplicity and user friendliness, and can personally say that most users will click the buttons and/or sign up on your services (as I did).  Â
2. The plans seem quite reasonable and would be OK for most companies. You should highlight the hidden costs or important fine print (if any) to avoid further confusion.
3. I was definitely impressed and tempted to sign up on your site. The only reason I didn’t was that I am currently not affiliated to any company/website for which I would sign on, but I would definitely sign up when that happens. I passed the link around to a couple of friends who were really impressed and said they would sign up after consulting their bosses.
4.Â
The chat feature is also a good value addition, but whenever I came to the site, it showed the ‘Away’ status. This may turn off a few users(just saying).
One misleading link that I found on your site was the “Get Started” link located on the bottom (footer) of your site.
It takes the user directly to the payout page which features just a text box and no other links. Since I had already explored the site I knew where to head on from there, but inexperienced users may end up getting unnecessarily confused. Maybe it was intentionally made so, some links or description on that page might help.Â
Lastly, I would like to add that it is one site which I have noticed after a long time which doesn’t feature Social Media sharing icons. Adding those would get you some extra attention.

Very impressive homepage, it caught my attention as my job is related to multimedia contact center solutions. The upper portion with a few words and picture clearly explain what it is all about. Love the look of the call button.
When look into ‘How it Works’, a unique calling service: from web-initiate button, putting on business web site, for example, call to specific phone number, for example company’s tel number to take orders.
Clicked on both the blue button and black button, the ‘Type your number to see your payout rate’ allowed me to find out the call rate immediately, supper, at 0.0141$/min to HK cellphone or landline.

Will i be able to identify the calls are from Fast Buzzer on my cellphone or is there any caller number id (CLI) presented when ringing?
I definitely will test out the Free plan on my newly built website to try the voice quality. The call rate is very competitive to Skype at 0.186$/min to HK cellphone or landline.
On the Pricing page or Faq page, some write-up on the Advanced & Premium Plans will help potential clients to understand more on the content of the plans.
3) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
Yes, will sign up for a free account to test soon.

After looking at how to use the code generated from the ‘Get Your Code!’, a few comments:
a. I realized i can’t upload the code into blogger account in wordpress.com, it was removed by wordpress.com. It means i will have to full control on the site to do it, which most likely not the case. It will be good to have a test button at this page for your client to test the code, calling directly to the client’s phone number setup. Some forms of control, like restrict number of test call or duration, can be introduce to prohibit miss conduct or use of the test button.
b. It will be good to provide a few examples on How-To use the code, either in the same page or in FAQ. Besides paste it to web site, if the client is not the administrator or doesn’t have one, can the code be embedded in those popular email clients or webmail via browsers, or embedded into fb so that friends are permitted to can my cellphone?
c. An apps for smartphone or mobile devices to access a specific client button to make call to client’s cellphone will be a plus point to the service.
d.  I’ll like to see an affiliate program for this service be available for people like us to help promoting it and make some $!
