About Fits:
Fits does much more than an ATS. It helps you find qualified candidates leveraging the social web and from all those resumes you have ever collected. Don’t wait until someone applies, be proactive to fight for the talent you want.
Visit https://www.justfits.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
This is a website to help employers find qualified employees to fill their positions that they have.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
I like that you are helping employers to find qualified employees, but as an individual who has been looking for work, I don’t see anywhere on the website where I can sign up to be seen by an employer. I’m sure there is a place where this can be done, but its not very easy to find. In this economy with a huge unemployment rate, there could be a whole lot of very qualified individuals, including myself who may want to be considered for your service. Another thing I’m not sure I like is charging employees for the service, we are unemployed and probably don’t have the money to spend on a monthly fee. A suggestion, charge after the individual finds a job through you, say one month after they start working, sort of a finders fee, just as suggestion.Â
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
I would as an employee, however, money is tight so therefore I wouldn’t want to take the risk of being charged a monthly fee, so this is something that would hold me back from signing up.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com?
I think the resumator is a bit busy on its front page, in this you beat them, your homepage is simple, yet to the point of what can be done there. One thing the resumator does do is make their pricing per month pretty clear, I still don’t know what you charge per month after the trial period is over, which is something that I also wasn’t too happy about.
Jobvite does seem to have their different categories well organized, but I don’t see anything better about the service then what you are offering with yours.Â
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have.
I think you have a good service, but the question remains will someone use it if they are tight on funds. I have to be honest here, I will probably stick with job boards because they don’t cost anything to access or use. Which of course isn’t getting me anywhere, but still investing in money that I don’t necessarily have, when I fear that it could be another dead end isn’t something else that I would want to do at this time. You no doubt have a great program, but will anyone who is unemployed and short on funds utilize it, so is it worth it to employers to do so?
Visit https://www.justfits.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
Your site find qualified candiates going beyond the tradtionbnal ATS.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
I must say that I don’t even know what ATS is and that is problematic for me from the onset of your website. There seems to an assumption that everyone will understand the language. I think if your going to use an acronym that you shoud also put what it means. I also think that the language on your homepage is repetitive.
“Discover Talented Candidates in Ways You Couldn’t Before. It helps you find qualified candidates from places and in ways you never thought possible before.”
I guess I just am lef to feel what does your site do then. I also that the word “fight” seems a little aggressive language and it does’t need to be used in this area of content. I have to say what is the intended purpose of naming the genie and then attaching it at the bottom of the picture? I think that the very bottom of the homepage lacks the vigor of the rest of homepage and that the information is ill placed. That key information about what you company does is placed at the bottm of the page where some people rarely look.
I must say that I was almost turned off from contuing to read the why proactive hiring page because it was so short in it’s content. I have to say that I will find the language not to be to expressive and detailed on the benefts section. On the other hand the reactive solutions fail section had more detailed content. I would like to know what are your proactive hiring tools. Even if you didn’t give away all your features just reading a little taste of what you have would possibly encourage someone to sign up. I lik the picture featured on this page, it visually represents what your saying.
I really enjoyed your features page. It was visually eye catching and there was just enough content at the bottom of each graphic not to get bogged down with info. What I don’t understand is why you have a divide in your features by saying most popularand most recent. These are all features of your site and I find it uncessary to read if they are popular or recent, just that you have something great about your company to offer. Â
I feel that the pricing page opening graphic is way to large. It takes up the whole page making a person have to scroll down to see the pricing itself. I like that you can adjust your plan to fit your hiring needs. I like that you have a 30 day trail giving companies to test the waters of your company.
Nice support page.
I would have liked to see more than just an email contact page. The nature of your business is to complex that more direct methods of communication are a must. I also dont understand how come you down put a resources tab at the top the page with a drop down box instead of putting it at the bottom on the page.
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
Yes, I would sign up but as I stated before I would like to see some of those highering tools you mention.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com?
Compared to theresumator your site is more organized but they are have more developed content. I also like how they display what site uses there company, that gives them an edge of creditbility. With jobvite I like that they have testimonials and feature jobs that are hiring using there site. I think that you have better graphics as I am not fond of the drawing on there site. Again I think they have more developed content. I really liked there management page because you got to put an eye on who is in the company and what they do.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have.
Are there any cancellation fees?
Visit https://www.justfits.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about? It appears to be a job market site where you can find the type of candidates you are searching for to fill your job needs without the hassle of weeding out the ones that don’t fit.
Â
What do you find bothersome? What do you like? The first thing that I notice and that really catches my eye is the color scheme of your site. It’s bright, bold, attractive and FUN!
What I might suggest is to make the text font on the “WHY PROACTIVE HIRING” in bold. It sort of disappears under the bold black heading at the bottom of the screen. I like the font, I like the colors, but I would like to see it stand out a little more boldly.
Â
Next under this heading: Be Proactive in Identifying Talent, I would suggest instead of the wording: From the moment you want to hire someone, you can use our proactive hiring tools to start sourcing candidates that truly fit your job description immediately.  You might instead say, From the moment you decide to hire someone, or from the moment you decide you want to hire someone. The wording currently seems a little vague to me.
Â
I absolutely love the features on FEATURES! Great work, very bold, attention getting and attractive!
Â
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why? Absolutely! As an employer myself, I am always looking for ways to find potential candidates without the hassle of using sites such as Craigslist. I would be more than happy to sign up for a free trial and/or account. I think by offering a free account, you simply cannot afford to lose. Plus, it’s a great incentive for getting the attention to your site.
Â
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com? I like your layout, the ease and simplicity of your site. I think your color scheme and the general, overall appearance of your site MAKES me want to use it!
Â
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have. There are so many social networking opportunities out there right now that I feel with the right amount of use, you can really gain the recognition that this site so obviously deserves. Great idea, great theme, all around great site!
Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
I wasn’t quite sure until I saw the link that said “why proactive hiring” at the top of the page.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
the Genie is holding things and one of them is the letter “F” and then “in” what does that mean? It doesn’t sound good if you read it like street language. On one line it says “be pro-active to fight for the talent you want” I don’t like the word fight. I think “find “the talent you want would be better. also
Move the info at the bottom of the site that tells of how you provide your service, move it higher on the site so it can be seen. Move the graphics from the companies that use your service below this info.
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
as an employer I would sign up to see more of how you provide your service.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com?
Your site is much cleaner looking than thesumator but they seem to explain there site better on the front page. Only because you don’t have to dig to find how they do there job. Over all I do like FITS better.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have.
I would like to see on your site a place where someone could submit a resume into your system. there is a lot of unemployment out here and that would be a good place to address it.
Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
You’re a service that makes it easier for employers and recruiters to find job candidates. Just to make this perfectly clear, I’d suggest that you add the word “Job” to your headline: “Discover Talented Job Candidates…” Also, it took me a minute to realize I needed to scroll down to find out how the site works. I’d suggest you move your four selling points–Linked In Profiles, Resume Library, and so on–further up the page, as close to the fold as you can get them. You can afford to move the media endorsements farther down, but those selling points should be visible as soon as the reader lands on the page. One more thing: I don’t know what an ATS is. I’m assuming that your target market would know it, though.
Â
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
I like your genie. I guess he’s juggling the various social media sites that you’ll comb for resumes? Very cute! Unfortunately, as you get deeper into the site, you sort of drop him. The theme recurs on the Pricing page with the magic lamp, but the other pages might as well be a different site from a design perspective. I’d find a way to work in your genie logo on the other pages as well. He doesn’t have to dominate the page–he can be small–but the theme should be consistent.
Â
I really like how your site is organized. On pages like Why Proactive Hiring and Features, you have a good mix of copy and visuals. The copy itself is concise and well written. I love how on your Features page, I can see all the features you offer at a glance and then click each icon for a page with a fuller description. That way, I’m not overwhelmed with too much info all at once but can still access the info I need.
Â
I like that you bill by number of job openings instead of charging a flat monthly fee. This tiered system should make your service affordable to small businesses as well as large companies.
Â
What do I find bothersome? Well, I notice that throughout the site, you continue to favor a large image above the fold and push all the “meaty” info to the bottom. The resulting first impression is that pages like Why Proactive Hiring and Pricing are very short pages that don’t contain much info. If I wasn’t looking carefully, I might not realize that there’s more to these pages than what’s above the fold. I’d suggest making the images a little smaller so you can move the copy up even just slightly above the fold so that visitors can see it’s there.
Â
I’m confused by the buttons on your Features page that say, “Sign Up Free.” It looks like I can sign up for all the features listed free of charge. However, when I click on specific features, I see that some of them are free and others are only free with a 30-day trial. That makes me feel somewhat misled. In addition, I notice that you have a few screenshots, but I’d like to see more. Maybe you could have a tour section with either screenshots or a video or both. It would just be nice to see your service in action before I commit to registering.
Â
Regarding your Support page, I like that you have both FAQs and a discussion forum. But since this is a paid service, you really need to offer live support as well, either via phone or chat. Second best would be to provide a tech support contact email. Also, as I browsed through the questions here, I noticed that some of them would seem more appropriate on an FAQ page than a tech support page. Questions like “How Do You Charge?” and “What if I already have an ATS?” have nothing to do with technical problems. These are questions potential users ask when they’re considering signing up. A tech support forum is really for users who have already signed up. So I think you should round up these non-tech questions and create a separate FAQ for them, then add the tab to your homepage navbar. One more problem with the Support page: there’s no link back to the homepage.
Â
Re. About Us: Would love to know more about the background of your founders since you’re advertising yourselves as recruitment experts.
Â
Re. Our Blog: I’m surprised that your blog isn’t integrated into your website. Blogspot isn’t generally a site I associate with professional blogs. Your blog posts are well written, and the topics are relevant, but I’m also surprised to see that they’re geared toward job seekers when the target market of your website seems to be employers and recruiters. And, again, there’s no link back to the homepage.
Â
Now that I’m looking through the other links under Resources, I realize that they’re all aimed at job seekers. Hmmmm. And Job Seekers and Resume Samples are basically the same page. I’d suggest you combine those two. Ooops–wait–Discovery Tool, the last link under Resources, is once again aimed at recruiters. Well, that’s confusing. First of all, this Discovery Tool needs to be listed on your Features page. It shouldn’t be down here amongst the resources for the job seekers. Second, if you’re also planning to target job seekers, you need to be more upfront about it. If I was a job seeker and landed on this page, I’d immediately think it was for employers, and I’d head elsewhere. I wouldn’t take the time to scroll all the way to the bottom and dig around through the little links there. So if you want to target job seekers, you need to create a tab on the navbar that says, “Job Seekers.” Third, I don’t see any mention of pricing for the services you offer to job seekers.
Â
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
If I were an employer or recruiter, I probably would. It looks like you can get a lot of bang for your buck with your service. However, I’d really prefer to see some more extensive screenshots or a video tour beforehand. Nevertheless, it’s a 30-day free trial. Yeah, I’d probably try it out.
Â
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com?
The Resumator seems to be a very comparable site. A few things I think you should take note of: 1. They offer a demo (in lieu of, say, a video tour). 2. They keep their FAQs and their tech support separate. On the other hand, I don’t like their homepage as much as I like yours. There’s something in-your-face about it that I find somewhat overwhelming. Also, they lay out all their features on both the homepage and their tour page, which probably isn’t necessary. It was hard for me to get a handle on all their services at a glance because they went into so much detail, but it seems like what they offer is very similar to what you offer, and your prices are a little better. In fact, you offer something very attractive that they don’t–the customized company career page.
Â
My first thought about Jobvite was that it took a long time to load. It does, however, have a much simpler homepage layout, more akin to yours. I like that they have testimonials and case studies, and I like that they’re very upfront about who’s behind their company since they’re advertising themselves as experts. However, I don’t like that you have to register to take a tour. I can’t tell much about their tech support–it’s members-only. More importantly, I don’t understand why they offer two different but very similar services. Why not just offer one service and maybe allow users to opt in or out of certain features? I found it confusing trying to compare and contrast these different packages with your service, but again, their features seem pretty comparable to yours. I can’t tell anything about pricing because they don’t reveal that, which implies that it’s very expensive, probably much more costly than yours.
Â
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have.
I like your service, and I think you could definitely compete with the other sites you mentioned. I already brought up some aspects of your site that could be improved for better presentation of your product, but I think the product itself looks like it could be a winner. You seem to offer an affordable, comprehensive service for recruiters, and you sell it in a simple, user-friendly way that compares favorably to a site like The Resumator. My main suggestion for the future would be that you continue to expand and refine the services you offer. My suspicion is that some of the analytical services that are part of Jobvite may be more sophisticated than yours (can’t tell for sure, but this is a guess), and I think the more you can offer, the better. Good luck!
Visit https://www.justfits.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
For the first few seconds i cant really understand what your site about when i read the ‘discover talented candidates’ then i read the sub description i just clearly understand that your site is about helping company to find a suitable worker and also provide job opportunity for the public.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
First i dont like the animation that displayed in the home page which does not show any relating sign between the service you provide with the animation. It make your site does not look professional. I suggest you change it to a more related pictures or add a slideshows displaying how your site works showing the step by step concept with picture( which is related) and also a short description on it. In this way, it will look more professional and also create a intersting view for the visitor. Then i would suggest that you replace your main description with your sub description. As i think your sub description should be at a bigger font size which allow people to see it directly when they first visit your site. it give a clear sign of what your site is about. I like that you have a sign up for free button directly on the main page which is conveniently for visitor to click it and also you give a free 30-days trial. Your page layout is simple which does not look interesting. you can design a more color with more picture about your service which could make it more interesting.
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
im not looking for a job right now, so the answer will be no. but if im looking for job, i will sign up for a free trial. it’s free to try so why not? maybe i can find a job from your service.Â
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com?
For me, their site look more professional than yours. As they provide a well detailed about what their site is about and how their service works for the visitor to see it. But for the site ‘theresumator.com’ it is informative but the homepage make me feel a little complicated which is too much information in a page. so keep it simple and clear. I suggest that you could make a login box for the user in the home page. Then add a listing of why people should use your service and what benefits it provide. This is important as when the visitor see it they will agree with the facts that you stated and this can make them register for a free trial. Also the slideshows is useful for displaying how your service works for them.Â
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have.
i think i have mentioned most of it above. I like your concept which really could help people. I like that you allow people to start a discussion which is good as they can share and ask any question in their mind. There is a small problem when i view the page in your site which is that it does not fit to my screen. i have to scroll to left to view the login feature. I think this can change by setting the fit to screen in the html script.

Â
What do you think the site is about?
I appears to be about finding a job position.
What do I find bothersome?
The fact that you have to pay to use the site even though you are receiving a trial period to test out the site.
What do I like?
Well I like how the categories are written .The information clearly tells what each is about.
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
I would sign up with an open mind just to see what it was all about and depending upon whether I liked the rest of the site or not would determine whether I remained there.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com?
To me they are quite similar in what they offer.
In closing the only other thing I would say is to make the site more inviting by perhaps more vibrant colors that are inviting.
Â
Visit https://www.justfits.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
The site is about a place where employers can find extraordinary candidates anytime and anywhere which is represented by the Genie juggling twitter/facebook/internet/email/etc icon.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
It looks like there’s not much going on in the home page. I mean, there are so many free spaces in every page.
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
Yes, why not? It’s free anyway.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com?
Compared to other sites, they maximized the use of the page. It’s not boring.

FITS:
Since you already have a lot of great reviews above, let me just give you what usability I see can be improved, and what I really like about your site.
First, what I like:
Your cartoon rep, Nash the Genie looks great and really gives you credibility as far as having a well done mascot. High-quality. (But I think you need his name in Cartoon or bubble letters as well to keep the consistency). A font color of green or blue would look good.
The brands you partner with also gives you credibility.
As far as what I really wanted to see – I really wanted a FAQ section on your homepage. Because it would appear that FITS works for the company to find a good resume that you have collected at some point in your history of collecting resumes. Does FITS offer services to the job-seeker? I think your concept is great.
On your homepage, I would really like to know what ATS means. You have it in your paragraph above the sign up button, but I have no clue what it means. By the way, I do not recommend a paragraph of anything on your homepage. You need to use key words to sell. I really think “Discover talanted candidates in ways you couldn’t before” says a lot and you don’t need the paragraph underneath.
I wish there was a short video clip in the space where the paragraph is showing me quickly how it works, because the concept is great and gets me wanting to see how it works, but I don’t see that. Would like to see this before actually signing up. Have signed up to many duds and it is a let down.
Downside: If a company started using FITS, how can it sort through hundreds of old resumes? I mean, would a company have to go get all of the old resumes and enter them into your system? I would think these old resumes are trashed or shredded. Or are you searching through your own database of resumes to find a candidate? Would really like more detail on this.
Visit https://www.justfits.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
This is a site where employers can be proactive by searching for the best candidates for their job openings using different methods such as using social networks like facebook.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
Bothersome: Im not sure if its also for employees to search for jobs. Also if an employer wants to use this site to post and look for employees and they are not familiar with the lingo it wouldnt make sense to use abbreviations such as ATS.LIKE: The look is interesting and the character is entertaining in the idea that finding the right employee for the job listed is like the site grants your wish…
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
If I had a company and needed to hire employees I would use the free trial just to see exactly how good this site really is. The site makes me curios if it can live up to the promises.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com?
In my opinion justfits does the work more for you and the other two sites just supplies tools so you can do the work for yourself. If this is true then justfits is a much better site and employers will want to use this site more than the others.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have.
I think more information should be avaliable on the home page.
Visit https://www.justfits.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
Justfits.com, it is a site where helps employer to reach out to qualified candidates from areas which they never thought which might be possible.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
I personally find that it is quite bothersome if I do not know terms like ATS, Fits, if i’m just someone who bump into this website to find qualified candidates, i might just close it as there are not sufficient information on the website itself until I find out that there is other links which bring me to the Company (about us), terms & privacy policy ,etc.
I will suggest this place at a top or somewhere visible for it to be easier to spot.
I like the fact, each of the areas are summarized in detail and everything are straight to the point and the cartoon character on the homepage, which makes the website more attractive, more of this will be good.
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
I will sign up if I’m someone who needs to find potential workers for my work area.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com?
Background of the websites are rather plain, probably you can add in more color to brighten up the area. Or even add in videos link for users to know what they expect from this site.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have.
I will suggest adding more different colors brighten up the background area, shift the bottom links to somewhere on the home-page which is more visible for people to see. Or even add in information onwhat will happens when they sign up for the account, and what to expect from it(like benefits, etc)
Â
Thanks much.

What do you think the site is about?
From the looks of it, your website is about finding the perfect “fit” between employers and potential employees.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
I have to be honest- I always find something wrong when reviewing a webpage. BUT NOT THIS TIME.
I was very impressed with the layout, the features, and how easy it was to navigate throughout the site. Everything impressed me. If I weren’t happily self-employed I would have signed up right then.
Would you sign up for a free trial/account? If not, why?
As I mentioned before, I most definitely would. I like how the pricing was easy to understand, and I liked the obvious security meseasures that were taken to protect not only the employers information – but all the info of possible job seekers as well.
Well done.
How do you think the site compares to others?
It doesn’t. I’ve come across similar sites – but nothing like this. I truly think you’re offering people something new and original – and I can respect that.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have?
I wish I’d found your website when I WAS on the job hunt – seriously. Does it offer help for job-seekers as well? I might have missed it.
If not, that’s not a bad thing. Your webpage may be ONLY for employers and there’s nothing wrong with that 🙂
Thanks for letting me review your site!
What do you think the site is about?
This site targets businesses who hire on a regular basis and gives them the chance to focus on thier company instead of worrying about sifting through hundreds of resumes to find potentially great employees.
What do you find bothersome? There could be many excellent potential employees who don’t use social networks. There should be a way for employers to send walk-in applications to the company to be researched.
What do you like? The reasearch being done is on the employee as a person not a credit score number or what they did years ago before they were mature adults.
Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why? Yes, as a manger of a small martial arts studio, I would certainly like to focus on my students and bookeeping, while someone else weeded through potential employees.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like theresumator.com and jobvite.com? Compared to others, your site was very informative, easy to navigate and I loved the “real” words in your Privacy Policies. Easy to find answers to questions most emploer’s would ask.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you might have
I believe this site could really take off. If you get one or two big name company’s to try your services and they are willing to give you a quote. Your site would really take off, just having an ad on a social network may not scream “legitimate”. I love that you are reaching out to everyone not just the normal limited area most companies seem to target. I know quite a few business owners who may be interested if they knew you were there. Over all I really think this company could make it to the top.
