Note to Feedback Providers:
Please note that businesses are looking for in-depth feedback that gives them thorough, insightful and actionable input. A ‘superficial’ submission that does not add value, is not thorough (i.e. written in a hurry, with poor grammar, punctuation etc.) and does not offer any constructive feedback is not particularly helpful and will therefore be rejected.

1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see?
Looking around the home page, I believe that this is a site that will allow you to post surveys and get emails or specific users to test it out. Initial impressions is good, this looks very interesting and I would be very interested to to look more on this site to see what it’s all about.
2) What do you think of the value proposition? Does it appeal to you? Why or why not?
I think the price is just fine and it does appeal to me. You have compared your site and what it has to offer to 3 other sites and it is obvious that yours is the best for the money.
3) Are you encouraged to sign up? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
Yes I am encouraged to sign up because it is FREE to sign up!
4) We would like you to build one survey. How do you describe the experience? Would you recommend the tool?
Overall, the experience was very easy. I was able to build a survey with your step by step guide and had no problems in doing it. I would recommend this site to anyone,, regardless of their computer skills.
5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
I had a great time signing up and building a survey, but the only thing on that site I did NOT like was a little side pop up that kept coming up everytime I was too close to the right side of the screen and it was very annoying to keep seeing this,
( Welcome to innubu

If you could stop that side pop up, I think everything else is great.
1. My first impression on your web site was a good one. I think the purple color is pleasing to look at. I was not overwhelmed with the information provided nor was my attention pulled all over the screen with flashing pictures.
I like that you have a picture of a computer with a survey on it and you also state on the home page that you are a company that provides a survey tool, I am curious about this tool and want to look further into it.
2. The value proposition is good and appeals to me. There is a lot offered for free and it defiantly grabs my attention. I like how I would not have to make a commitment and it is my choice weather or not I choose to upgrade a survey. There seems to be a lot offered for free and that would be enough to get me to try out your service.
3. I want to sign up because I am curious what the free survey will look like. I looked at the survey sample and it seemed really simple to me, however I am left wondering if my survey will look professional enough and who decides on the drawing prize. I am also curious if I have to have a drawing prize?
4. I found making a survey fairly easy. I did have some trouble when I first started because I automatically hit the next button when I finished my first question. When hitting the next button I expected it to take me to another screen to add more questions, instead I found my self at the end of the process and I wasn’t sure how to get back to the add more questions screen. I think people would be less likely to miss the “add question” button if it was on the bottom of the screen (under the question that was just created). I also found the “next” button that is located under the question confusing. I expected the next button to bring me to another screen where I could add more questions, instead it brought me to the end of the survey. So I suggest changing the name on the “next” button to it will accurately tell users that they are moving on to another part of the survey.
I am not sure if I would recommend the tool because I am not convinced that my survey will look professional enough. I am truly on the fence. I am not sold because it seems to simple a process, I feel like I am missing something.
5. I think it would be helpful to show what a completed survey looks like. The survey sample that you currently have up is broken down into different pieces. I want to see a survey that my target audience will see. I want an example of a fully done survey that is not broken down.
Once making my survey I was unable to figure out how to get back to the home screen. I could not find any button or anything the even indicated it would bring me back to the home screen.
1. Clean and organized. The necessary information is available without being overwhelming or confusing. There is little doubt as to what services are offered. It is very helpful that a sample survey is offered and that there are suggestions for each step to make the surveys and responses useful. The side by side price comparisons also show the user that will be getting the same services at no cost. It shows confidence that Innubu sees themselves as a competitor against more well known companies.
2. The confidence that this service is comparable to top competitors, would make me choose this service over others simply due to the fact that it is free. Also, the sample makes it seem very easy to set up an account and get started. The process seems easy and gives the opportunity to follow up with survey respondents with offers that they indicated may be of interest.
3. If I were in need of the services offered, I would sign up. The site is easily navigated and is very to the point yet, gives an inviting feeling. There are no questions as to what is being offered or how to obtain it.
4. Establishing a survey is very easy and while self explanatory, there are helpful hints to help you along the way. The survey can be as simple or extravagant as needed. I think it is great that there is the option to give a welcome and thank you screen to entice the survey taker as well as show appreciation for their time. It is great that there is the option to reach out to an employee if needed. The ability to write your own questions and add your own photos do not limit the creativity of the user.
5. I think this is great. It is very well organized and easy to maneuver. Innubu has their services laid out and offers help along the way. There are no complaints and I would use the services if I ever have the need.
1. My initial impression is positive. It’s nice and clean, not cluttered. The colors are attractive. The “it’s free” stands out to me, and that’s something that would attract me.
2. If something helps me get 10 times more responses, I’m interested in learning more. I also like the idea of real time results. I like the chart on the Pricing page. Information laid out like that makes it organized, easy to find out the information I’m interested in, and gives me a positive impression of the site. I also like that there is so much offered for free, but that you can get more for a reasonable price.
3. Yes, I’m encouraged to sign up because the information, so far, has been easy to find. I’d like to know more, though, before I decide. So I clicked on Sample Survey and Tour.
4. I think the questions on the Sample Survey page are good in that they would appeal to a large variety of places that would want surveys. So they’re good to get a person thinking on specific questions. It’s a good tool to use since it gives some good, basic suggestions. The biggest strength is that it reminds the person to be sure to get demographic information. This is so important for a business to know. The thank you at the end is also a nice touch.
I really like the survey analytics that would be available. It’s great to get the information, but to get it organized like that definitely saves time and adds value.
5. One thing that would be nice is if there was a Home page link at the top with the other links. I knew to click on the logo to return to the home page, but it’s nice not to have to think of that and just have a home link handy.
I prefer paying for things with PayPal, and I noticed that isn’t an option. I realize there are probably good reasons for this – just saying that as a consumer, that’s my preference.
Overall, my impression of the site is positive!
The initial impression I’m given from the page is how easy it is to get started. I appreciate the white font on a dark background, yet the background color isn’t overpowering as black might have been, it is a calming purple that once again reflects the ease of the site. There isn’t too much too read, I immediately understood the object of this site. The picture is a great tool as well, I love how you give an example of what they might do, and that is also basic enough to comprehend easily. Overall, I had a very good first impression, and I am thoroughly encouraged to try it out because I feel as though it will help a lot with gathering information.
After building a single survey, like the site even more! It is quite simple to use, very comprehensive, and has great design.
The only thing I personally would change is the final product page. The home page is simple and encourages you to jump right in, but the final survey has quite a lot of scrolling for the limit of content. Also, sections would bring a nice quality to the final survey page, or perhaps if the title, survey, and “thank you” comments were on separate pages, separated with a “Next” button. Finally, the pictures are helpful, but they are very plain, and there are not many options on variation. Hope this is helpful, overall you have a wonderful site!
1) My first impression is that it’s clean, uncluttered, and free of ads. The minimalist design is appealing. The colour scheme and logo made me question if this was a website catering for women. The logo is not very effective at conveying what the site is about. Some of the text is too thin and hard to read though.
2) The value proposition is very attractive as it looks to be both free and offering great value compared to competitors.
3) The large green button is very encouraging. The fact that I do not have to provide credit card details is a plus.
4) It was frustrating that image size is limited to 500kb. Was pleased that there were lots of options when creating questions. Was impressed that I can have images as answers. I would definitely recommend this tool
5)
-There is a vertical scrolling issue in the home page. I thought there was more information, below, but it was just black space.
-The buttons of the right side of the actual survey are small and hard to press, and give no indication about what the specific question is. Titles for the questions
-When using the buttons on the right, the animation takes a long time. Should be sped up, to increase responsiveness.
-There is no quick way to go back a question. There is a forward button, why not a back?
1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see?
I like the way the website looks. The presentation is very simple and modern. I love the colour choices. The shade of purple colour which has been used is very nice and the white coloured text and the green “get started” button just stands out. Little effects have been added to the website, like, the colour of the button changes when we place our cursor on it and the menu is underlined. The information which has been provided on the homepage helps in understanding what the website offers. The presentation of the information is just great. It is short and to the point and we don’t need to look for more explanation to understand what the website is about. The placement is perfect. The heading is enough to catch your attention and the part which is in bold, enough to understand the website. The layout of the website is quite good and it has a very professional feel to it. Placing the “get started” button by highlighting it in green and also adding “It’s free” is a good idea in my opinion as it will definitely catch the attention of the user even if they happened to stumble upon the website and might influence them to find out more. The word “free” alway makes people want to know more, as it is a win-win situation and they have nothing to lose. I also like the logo very much. I also liked how the website just communicates through pictures that we can use this service on the computer, laptop, tablet and also our phones.
2) What do you think of the value proposition? Does it appeal to you? Why or why not?
The pricing page was extremely easy to find and understand. I loved how the compare chart has been put up. The features have been listed and then the competitor’s information has been provided in black and white and the there is Innubu. The Innubu column is coloured and just stands out. Against each feature it says “Free”. This looks really appealing and will definitely attract more people to the website. Although the table is enough to understand what features are being provided free of cost, scroll a little, and we find the information in a much more detailed manner. There is also a Pro option which costs $14.90 per survey and provides more features which again has been explained in a lot of details. Pictures have been added against each feature detail and that makes it a lot more interesting, visually and at the same time, helps understand the feature better. So, yes, it does appeal to me as the website is providing a lot more than it’s competitors for free and is also providing a option to go pro and have more features. I also find it appealing as it is charging according to survey and not for a particular period of time, that way we can make the best use of it.
3) Are you encouraged to sign up? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
Yes, definitely encouraged to sign up. It is because I find the website to be trustworthy and useful. It seems to be an excellent tool and is providing a lot more features than it’s competitors and especially, because it is free. I have nothing to lose. I can just stop using it if I don’t like it or find it to be of no use. It is a win-win for me. So, yes, I would sign up.
4) We would like you to build one survey. How do you describe the experience? Would you recommend the tool?
The sign up process was really quick and the survey page looks really amazing. The steps have been defined and displayed really well. When I started building the survey, I did not really expect instructions at each step but the website has provided a lot of information which is really helpful in creating a successful survey. The process was really fast and easy to complete as the instructions were very clear and the website was extremely fast! We can also preview how the options would appear to the respondents, when adding a new question and we can preview the whole survey before the last step. Overall, the process was very simple and intuitive and required absolutely zero efforts. I would definitely recommend the tool to others.
5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have
I think that the website has provided enough information. It is very easy to understand and use. The free sign up is definitely eye-catching. I think that a feedback/support/chat tab should be added to the website as it will help know what it is that the customers are having trouble with or what their wants are. This will also help with the trust-factor. Overall, I really liked the website and I think that it is perfect!
I’d like to thank you for providing me this opportunity to help you. Good luck with the website! Thanks.
1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see?
A quick look at the home page already gave me an idea of what service the site offers. The written text is easy to understand. I like that the image also gave me an idea that the surveys are compatible for different devices. The key questions I might have thought of are already answered in this one page which is really great.
I like the simplicity of the homepage. The colors and layout makes the page easy to read and follow. This makes me think that the process in making an account/surveys etc. is simple as well.
2) What do you think of the value proposition? Does it appeal to you? Why or why not?
I find it appealing. For one thing, the service is free and this seems to be a really helpful tool in getting customer feedback. I feel like I have nothing to lose if I try this out.
3) Are you encouraged to sign up? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
Yes. I like the service Innubu offers. The info I’ve seen at the homepage makes me curious about it. Also, it looks really simple to setup so I think this is something worth trying out.
4) We would like you to build one survey. How do you describe the experience? Would you recommend the tool?
It was very easy! Making the survey was simple to do. The controls were not complicated and the available options (like reordering the items, uploading images) are a huge plus. I will definitely recommend this tool.
5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
The simplicity of the website is very nice. Everything was direct to the point.
The sign-up process and building of the survey is also quick and easy to do. The control panel is also very neat and easy to navigate around in.
The surveys being available across platforms makes we wonder if this also true for the user account panel.
All in all, I think the site and service is great. I didn’t find anything confusing. The simplicity plus the available features makes the experience really good.
1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see?
I like it is simple and straightforward. However, The font and the color of the text white on purple was harder for me to see. While I like the colors, I would change the theme of the font and especially the color of the font, if you go with a darker color you will need to lighten the color of the page. Also the links at the bottom are hard to see as well, they need to be larger. Another thing is that you have a picture of a phone and tablet with the computer, what is this image implying? do you offer surveys that can be taken on a cellphone? Why not just come out and say this as well? Otherwise if it is just a picture, you should change the image to one that helps to make a point about this sites features and advantages.
2) What do you think of the value proposition? Does it appeal to you? Why or why not?
It does, but I would need to know why you would be successful in gathering data and what specifically you are providing. Are you giving the client a choice about what data is gathered? Also why is this data that is gathered better than the cookies a website can use? Answering this question and pointing out the advantage could help convince a client to use the paid tools.
3) Are you encouraged to sign up? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
Yes, but I would be more encouraged to sign up if I knew on the homepage what the advantages are for using this site, instead of the computer and phone and tablet picture, you should add a chart that gives a quick list of what your sight can do for the client. also adding testimonials could add credibility to the sight. Also another advantage is that a part of it is always free. By telling someone how it works, you are more likely to get them into the system and use the paid tools.
4) We would like you to build one survey. How do you describe the experience? Would you recommend the tool?
It was fairly easy and user-friendly, the only thing I would change is the size of the image you add to question, if I am trying to get someone to give feedback on an image, it needs to be larger for them to see, many images have a lot of details. I found that the image was too small. Other than that, I would recommend this tool.
5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
Your home page should have information that will provide the information that will encourage someone to sign up, if sharing more details about what you do accomplishes this, and then you need to find a way to include it without cluttering up the page. When deciding on what information to include on the homepage, ask yourself, what advantages will a small business find the most useful?
1) When I look around the home page I see a very clean and simple page. The homepage is very informative in terms of telling the customer exactly what you have to offer. At the the top of the the page I also see links like samples and pricing that will be helpful to the customer because they will be wondering how much this service cost and and exactly how does it work. I like how clean and simple the homepage is and the information that is provided. I also like how this company puts three different devices on the website to show that you can use this with any type of device, which makes it more convenient especially for busy business owners.
2) I think that the company is trying to offer something that very fast and efficient and is uniquely based on this particular company. It also states that getting started is free so maybe that means I can get a free trial. I would say that the value proposition most definitely appeals to me because the results of the survey is said to have responses in real time and in only a few seconds. I think the response time is most definitely makes me want to learn more about the company and see how every thong works.
3) I love free things and it says that it is free to get started so It cant hurt to sign up. The company is also promising fast response times which draws me in.
4) I like how before I begin to build the survey the steps are actually outlined. I like how you can also tell some basic information about the company you are creating a survey for. This can also attract some survey takers to my business. The step that tells me to create a sweepstakes is actually easier than what I thought. The next step is to create the survey questions which is different then what I thought. I thought that there were going to be default questions that I will have to choose from. I like the idea of creating my own questions that I can customize with pictures and what form I want the question to actually be answered. This process is very easy, simple and fast but is very detailed. I can even create a thank you page, preview the survey, and customize.
5) I think that this particular survey option is different and easy. I love how the company actually had the customer in mind by creating a fast and easy method to create the survey for busy business owners.
