1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see?
-I like the moving (fizz tablet) image – It totally caught my attention and gave the site a modern fun feel. Also the image brought up the “oh what a relief it is” thought in my head from the old commercial. And made me think – this product is a fix for the stress and headaches of managing a large sales team.
-The site seems well organized.
-The product looks to have plenty of helpful features.

-I wanted to find the cost of using Getscorecard.
– I searched around but couldn’t find it. I thought maybe by clicking on the free trial, I would also have the opportunity to just signup (and thus see a price) but that wasn’t an option.
3) Sign up for a free trial, was the process straight forward? How could it be improved?
-I clicked on “Sign up to our…” I think the more common “for our” sounds better or even better “for your”.
-The next page didn’t mention the “Trial”, instead it used the term “Registration”. I thought this was confusing -to call it something different here and it made me feel unsure if I had clicked the right thing.
-The actual sign up process was very easy.
-It did take a while to load up so I thought it was good that you had a message saying that. If it hadn’t been there, I would have thought something was wrong.
4) Go to search engine of your choice and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why?
I looked at zoho.com
Overall I prefer your site. Althought there was a lot of similiar information, Graphically yours was much more interesting. Zoho had little color or images to help get their ideas across.
-I did like that they displayed their price very clearly. And that I could order right then.
-But they didn’t offer a free trial – which is nice if you want to get a better feel of the product to see if it is a good match for your company.

One thought I had as I quick looked for a site to compare – most of the other crm sites seemed more customer focused in it’s features – where as Getscorecard seems to come at it from a more internal view of tracking and goals.

Hi, my initial impression of the site was very positive. From just browsing through the homepage I could understand that it has a lot of information and it was made very professionally. The option to leave a message appeals to me as it says that the company cares about the people associated with it. The only major qualm that I have about the site is the font size. The font is very huge and it reduces the interest level of a person when he sees so much information in a small place and with a huge font. This portion that I am referring to is the bottom of the page. Other than that it looks like a very good webpage.

I tried to create a premium account instead of a free trial but I could not find any information relating to the pricing policies of the company.After I used the search bar to search for the pricing information I got the information required via a link to the pricing page. I could see the 3 tables for three types of accounts. Basic, Plus and Premium. I found this page very impressive however I would’ve preferred another column for the free trial account and its features.
I did not find anything confusing apart from finding the direct link to the pricing page.
3) Sign up for a free trial, was the process straight forward? How could it be improved?
I tried to sign up in the company. The registration process seemed to be very simple. I found the direct link to sign up for a free trial on the homepage in red which brought my attention to the text. The free registration did not require much information just my name and email address and the process was complete within 15 seconds.
Instead of sign up for a free trial at the middle of the page, it could have been on the top right corner near login and the sign up could have been done in a pop up window on the same page instead of being redirected to a new page.
I liked the fact that there was an option for the free trial at the bottom of the page.
4) Go to search engine of your choice and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why?
The search for crm companies returned many results including one called vtiger.
The thing that I liked about vtiger was that it seems to be more modern in every sense. It uses more colours, better design and definitely a better interface. It has its own mobile app. The main this that I liked about that site is that it is very pleasing to the eye. It may offer lesser services but if both of these sites doesn’t cost money people would be inclined to use vtiger first.
5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
I think GetScored offers a lot of services probably more than other sites but it needs to have a better structure and layout to make it easier to use. One thing that bothered me was when I went to search, instead of the cursor appearing in the small box a different page sort of opened which was a little annoying.

I like the way the website looks. The presentation is very simple and modern. I like the colour choices as very bright and energetic colours like red, blue and white have been used, which goes well with the product which the website talks about. The white coloured text and the red “Free Trial” button just stands out and is very easily noticeable as it has been placed at a very accessible area i.e. the top, middle and the bottom.This makes it more likely for a person to notice and make use of it. I think providing a free trial option is always good as the word “free” always makes people want to know more. So, even if someone just stumbles upon the website, they will want to find out more as it is a win-win situation and they have nothing to lose. I also like the logo very much. The font size used on the website is too big, though. I always prefer a smaller font because it makes it look concise and easy to read. Little effects have been added to the website, like, the colour of the button changes when we place our cursor on it and the menu selection is highlighted with a red bar on top. I also loved the idea of a floating menu. The information which has been provided on the homepage helps in understanding what the website offers. The presentation of the information is just great. It is short and to the point and we don’t need to look for more explanation to understand what the website is about. The placement is perfect. The blue video which plays right on the top of the page displays exactly what has been written and I think that is really very unique and attention-grabbing. The layout of the website is quite good and it has a very professional feel to it. Little effects and animation has been added to the homepage which we can notice when we scroll and I liked that as it makes the website a little interactive. I also liked how the website just communicates through pictures and makes it much more easier to understand each feature. I also liked that many social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter, g+ etc. have been linked to the website as I think it helps reach a lot of prospective clients.

I tried to find four things and found three of them. First thing I looked for was the About Us page to find out more about the company and I found that easily. I found the About page on the menu by clicking on Features. I did not expect to find it this way as I did not expect the menu to change when I clicked on Features, but I found it easily, so I am not complaining. Second thing I looked for was the Contact Us page to find the ways I can contact the company if I face some issues or problems. I found two ways to do that. We can either use the “Leave a Message” button on the bottom right or go to the Contact page and fill up the form. I did not find the Contact page at first, but then I used the search option to look for it and found it. Third thing I looked for was the Pricing page and found it in the same way as the Contact Us page i.e. by using the search option. Fourth thing I looked for and was hoping to find was a Video Tutorial to help understand the product from your prospective and to get a more clear understanding of the product, as I have found tutorials to be very helpful in the past. But I could not find it. Nothing was confusing as such and I found almost everything quite quickly.

The Sign Up process was pretty basic and quite simple. I liked that I got a message which asked me to be patient and wait for 15 seconds as that gave me an estimate of how long it might take. It took more than 15 seconds but I don’t mind. I also loved the fact that the login details were already filled in when the page changed after the registration was successful. It was really user-friendly and saved a lot of time. I also liked that after signing up, the page opens to a tutorial and the presentation of the tutorial was really very nice. I don’t think there is anything that is needed to be changed about the Sign Up process as it really was very easy to follow but after logging in, the page which appears, lags a little. So, maybe that can be improved.

I googled CRM softwares and found a website http://www.sugarcrm.com. I liked their website a lot. It is very modern and has a very appealing look. I loved the slide show they have put up on the website as it catches your attention and at the same times uses very little space to give out a lot of information. It talks about what the company offers and also displays comments from some of there customers i.e. testimonials. I also liked that they have put up a bar which displays some of the companies which use their products. They have also provided a contact number on top of the page. I think these really help build up trust. Demos and videos have also been included on the homepage. The website looks quite organised and sorted. I definitely liked the presentation style of http://www.sugarcrm.com better, but overall, I prefer http://www.GetScorecard.com as I found it to be much more informative and simple to understand.

I think that the website has provided enough information. It is very easy to understand and use. The free sign up is definitely eye-catching. I think adding a video tutorial, some testimonials and decreasing the font size would make the website even better. I also think that the Contact Us, the About Us and the Pricing page should be added to the original menu. Overall, I found the website to be helpful and simple.

My first impression was, this is really going to be helpful, mainly because of the word ‘painkiller.’ It looks really credible and conveys the message that they are professional, tried and tested because of the brief information I have seen in the homepage, 40 years experience and talking about million-dollar sales. I love the features being highlighted, especially the drag and drop, that is a definite timesaver for me, rather than looking up where exactly I put some of my files, as I am already in that window, I could conveniently just put it on this app. I believe this product should make me become more organized and boost performance. The free trial is appealing, so I could try it myself and find out if my money will be worth it if I decide to buy this product.

I would like to find pictures of what it would look like if I install it. Yes I did find it, there were screenshots and samples all throughout the page. I just needed to scroll further down. No, nothing was confusing since each was presented in its own category like targets and commissions.

I did sign up for a free trial, and it took awhile for the page to load. Anyway, it was fine because what I saw was good, this app was a lot more colorful inside and it seems I got a lot to explore here, showing a lot of functionalities that I think would really be helpful in the long run.However, I did not know where to start, I have already clicked on some categories myself for awhile before the ‘Welcome to Scorecard showed up highlighting to click the free trial. It would have been so much helpful if I have been guided right away. And the problem is, once I clicked on it, it logged me out and everything disappeared. I would have wanted to see more of those examples to see if I’m doing the right thing and more or less how it should look like. It would be helpful if this had a user guide or something like arrows guiding me where to click.

I saw Bitrix24 and it seemed like a more enhanced version of this. I liked the mobile app which means I could easily access it on-the-go and the pictures show that it has a good, proper layout for mobile. The pictures that were a lot more attractively presented, showing graphs, being able to hold online meetings, the charts and e-learning really got my attention. It showcased a modern design and more helpfulness factors.

This website is good, though after seeing the other similar website, I have realized that there are still a lot more that can be improved. Like adding a lot more pictures which would attract more possible customers, highlight the benefits not just by the written paragraphs. Have a user guide, tutorials and links to sample results. Have pictures of employees like the other website, not necessarily the same but maybe could be made unique and different in some way, maybe even better.

Looking around the homepage, I thought the design was simple and not distracting. It looked really nice.
The big blue banner is eye catching and I thought it was a nice touch. It was great to see the main features noted at the top of the page – though I wish it had something like “page” numbers to it. I though for a moment that the reappearing text was new/additional information when it already looped back to the start.
As I scrolled down the page, I find the layout easy to follow. The images are a huge plus. I like that I could see what the user controls looks like.
The big font size is also nice making it easy to read but when I my browser window to a smaller size, the grey text on the grey background was getting difficult to read.

I wanted to see more on how it works. The page was easy to find as all the links are in one place.
Browsing around more, I get confused at times on whether I clicked on a link under “Features” or under “Sales Process”. Maybe adding some breadcrumbs like “Features > Tagging” will help.
I also find having to move my mouse up to the nav bar to open up the next link on the menu breaks the flow of reading. I was kind of hoping that there was a “next” page link or something similar at the end of the text.
The page layout is great and the text accompanied with the images makes it easy to understand. The videos are also a huge plus.

It was pretty easy although I did get a “Processing registration … Please be patient as this process can take up to 15 seconds to complete.” message. I waited but had to refresh the page to be able to get through.
I think the process is simple enough. The only problem I encountered is the need to refresh the page.

I found salesforce.com. I prefer GetScorecard in terms of simplicity. Salesforce is feature-rich as well but I like the interface of GetScorecard better. It seems cleaner and more easier to learn and navigate in.
Salesforce’s site is much better in terms of provided info such as the pricing page and testimonials.

The colors and layout of the site is simple which I find appealing although I did have a problem reading the grey text on the grey background.
The provided info is also straight forward. I didn’t find anything complex and navigating around the site is easy. This gave me the impression that the app itself is easy to use well.
I was wondering about the Pricing but I didn’t find any info on that.
All in all, with a couple more improvements, I think the site offered by GetScorecard is great.
