  1. The pages was well organized and easily to use. It even have to video of how the website work. The first thing i see on the website was the video. I immediately click on it to see how it work.  The registration was ease to do. It seem like a great website for the future of the children for them to get a good education. If i have a child, i would registered for it but i don’t have one. it would share this to my  friend and family about this website because it a good website to help out the children for the future. From my point of view, the website seem trustworthy for it.It even show review of the people using this website for their children.

  2. 1.The initial impression is that of professional service provider. The layout and information provided in the site induces one to click links for either sign up or more information.
2.The registration process is simple. Actually I feel way too simple. Some additional information like financial capacity can be asked.
3.If I was a parent, I would be inclined to sign up due to my requirements. The information provided on the homepage matches it.
4.The site seems trustworthy due to 2 reasons : a. The testimonials. b. The detailed contact options..even snail mail is included.
5.With good maintenance, the site will go a long way towards success.

Initially, I was impressed by this website- the idea and the layout (although I do think the graphic on the top left is a little bizarre for a site like this). It was easily readable, not at all confusing to newer web users or those for whom English is a foreign language.

    2) How simple is the registration process?

Couldn’t be simpler. Really, in a way I thought, “Oh my… do they already know stuff about me?”

    3) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free account? If not, why?

I’m not a parent, but I am an aunt to two 18 month-olds, and I plan on reccommending this site to my sister and my 2 friends who had babies in January.

    4) Does the site seem trustworthy?

Certainly- what would the ulterior motive be?

I’m a fan of webrings, lots of webpages connected, and blogs and people communicating with eachother freely. Also, this is another website which is inaccessable to persons with disabilities.

I was intrigued by the site when I first visited it and immediately clicked on the video to learn more about how it works.  The college cost calculator was also very interesting.  After viewing the video, I estimated the cost for my son and was astonished at how much I still needed to save.  I think the way you have the home page designed is easy to navigate.  I was inclined to click on those buttons due to the fact that I have a child and was very interested in learning more.
    2) How simple is the registration process?
The registration process is very simple and I personally like that.  Often times I get turned off when too much information is asked too soon.  Since I did not have my child’s 529 plan in place, I also like that you gave me the option to connect with someone in my area that can help me with that.  However, I do not like the fact that I cannot do anything else on the site until that information is entered.  Once I hit cancel, it takes me back to the home page.  Maybe offering some additional information or partnering websites that offer 529 plans would be helpful to those who might not be ready for a phone call.
    3) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free account? If not, why?
The site is inviting and I was very encouraged to sign up for a free account, especially after viewing the video about how the program works and seeing how much money I needed to save.  The registration area stands out due to the size and colors so that is also a plus.
    4) Does the site seem trustworthy?
The site does seem very trustworthy.  Like I mentioned before, it is inviting and looks very professional.  I was not too sure how the logo you have relates to college funds so that did throw me off a bit.

All in all, I think the site looks wonderful and you have a great, very much needed concept.  The home page provides a lot of information without overwhelming the site visitor.  One thing that really bothered me was the 529 information.  I would have like to been able to at least set up a profile or find additional resources once I registered instead of just being kicked back to the home page when I cancelled the option of a professional to call me.  I would also suggest adding a login link in your welcome email as well.

    1) I thought the page looks great!!! Just glancing down the page, the colors were inviting, and the picture of the little boy at the top was a great tool to use. It appeals to parents. They are able to replace their own child with that child and become more personal with the site. I wanted to immediately click on the play button to watch the video and that big lime green button right under the little boy in the picture.
    2) The process is pretty simple. It flows smoothly to me. It is not overwhelmed with 20 thousand questions on one page. That can be extremely intimidating and people just exit out of it, so I really liked that fact. I do not like the fact that I am not able to continue if i do not have the 529 plan in place already. I understand that this is needed. I think it would be a good idea to state that at the very top of the registration page. It should state that before you start this registration process please be aware that you will not be able to finish and set up completely if you have not previously created a 529m plan. Please do so first. Or allow us to have a save for now button and a pass code to get back into it later once we have obtained the 529 plan.
    3) Yes you are encouraged to do so. I like the fact that the buttons are large and bright, and there are more that one of them on various pages on the site. This is wonderful. This way we do not have to go back just to begin signing up. We can look around at all the information and right from there begin the free sign up. Great feature.
    4) Yes it does seem trustworthy. It seems well thought out and researched. It is has a great layout, looks very professional, and the testimonials seem to be very genuine and real. It has a lot of information right there on the site, and it gives you the option to contact them. All great mind comforters.
    5) I just want to say that this site is a great site. I love the idea of me and my family and friends being able to save for my daughter’s future all together no matter where we are in the world. A education is priceless, and we are able to start now giving her the gift of a better life. I would just change the 529 plan part like I stated in question #2. But other than that, I think this is a great site.

My first impression of the site is it looks really impressive and i also understood the concept that it’s about the site to save money for children’s education.
My immediate attention was towards to video What We Do? Because i want to know about how the site works so instead of reading instruction about the plan i found it very comfortable and effective to watch the video and it was great to get the idea about the websire.
    Nice Work.
Even look of website was very impressive and usable.

    2) How simple is the registration process?

Registration process was simple and easy and informative.
The thing which i do not like was about 529 plan without which registration could not complete. It should be mention about the same before registration or you can provide mechanism to save the information so once 539 plan obtained user can proceed with further registration with already saved information.

    3) Are you encouraged to sign up for a free account? If not, why?

I was really encouraged to sign up for free account after watching the video and would also recommend others to go through the same as it’s really useful.

    4) Does the site seem trustworthy?

After going through site it seems trustworthy. It looks professional , informative and user friendly and also testimonials seems good. Overall it’s really great website.
