  1. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
Market Financial Group is an insurance firm. You provide various forms of insurance for both individuals and businesses.
Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.
Design – Crisp, clean blue and white color scheme, consistent throughout the site. Stock photos at the top of each page help to personalize the site. Logo is simple and easy to identify. There’s nothing unusual or particularly eye-catching about the site, but it certainly looks professional.
Layout – Tabs across the top of each page are nicely organized with dropdown menus. Links to all pages are repeated at the bottom of each page for additional navigation options. This set-up makes the whole site very accessible. Left margin of each page features the “Get a Quote” button. This seems like an appropriate place for it. It’s clearly visible above the fold and big enough to attract attention without obstructing anything. A customer testimonial follows the “Get a Quote” button. I usually see testimonials at the bottom of a page or even on a separate page of their own, but this placement works well. Next, you have your social networking buttons and affiliations. Again, I usually see these at the bottom of a page rather than in the left margin. Their placement here is ok, but I find them a little distracting to the eye as I read the copy; they’re pretty large. Interestingly, some pages have quite a bit of white space at the bottom. Others don’t.
Copy – Your copy has numerous little grammatical, punctuation, and spacing errors. You should have a copy editor review it and make corrections.
Content – I really like that you go into such detail about all the kinds of insurance you offer. You provide fairly detailed summaries of your various insurance programs as well as convincing reasons why the visitor would want to purchase said insurance. This really helps to build visitor confidence and make the sale. Your About Us and Resources pages round out the site and help to personalize it.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
    1. I don’t like all the errors in the copy. When I see numerous errors in the text, I question the professionalism of the company.
    2. I think the home page is too long. Press releases should be confined to your Press Releases page under Resources. The home page isn’t a good place for this. Also, it looks like you have some sort of Flash presentation under your intro paragraphs, but I can’t see it for some reason. (I have Flash, so it shouldn’t be a problem.)
    3. I found what might be a glitch. On the page called Individual Health Plans Frequently Asked Questions, I wasn’t able to read the FAQ. Every time I clicked on one of the question links, I was taken to a log-in page.

    4. Oops! Another possible glitch. When I clicked the “Get a Quote” button and tried to get a quote for personal insurance, I was only offered a choice of auto or home insurance. I found that strange because you say you offer many other types of insurance programs as well. For instance, you say you offer individual health plans. How would I get a quote for that? Not only do I see nothing about it when I click the “Get a Quote” button, but when I go to the Individual Health Plans page, I’m actually directed to a broken link for more information.
    1. I like that your site is very well organized. On some sites of comparable size, it’s far too easy to get lost. Since you consistently display all your tabs–each one with dropdown menus–at the top of every page and links to all pages again at the bottom, it’s a snap for the visitor to navigate the site.
    2. I like that your site has a simple design. There aren’t a lot of bells and whistles, but you get right to the point. You’re very straightforward about who you are and what you do, and I like that.
How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like and
I like the Neis Insurance home page somewhat better than yours. Notice how brief it is. On the other hand, I think you make somewhat better use of space. They don’t have any testimonials or affiliations on their home page, and their quote button is almost hidden at the bottom. As I get deeper into the Neis site, I’m disappointed to see that they list the various kinds of insurance they provide but don’t go into any detail about their programs. Your site, on the other hand, has a page dedicated to each insurance plan you provide, sometimes multiple pages with FAQs. So I think you have the upper hand there.
Mars Insurance also has a home page that’s more concise than yours, so again, I like that aspect better. However, just like Neis, they fail to go into detail about their insurance plans. The visitor is expected to immediately contact them for a quote. What I like about MFG in comparison is that you make an effort to sell the visitor on the various insurance programs you offer. For each program, you have a dedicated page explaining why the visitor should purchase, say, renter’s insurance or wedding and special event insurance. These other sites are missing out on the opportunity to convince visitors that it’s a good idea to purchase insurance for these things.
So, in comparison to your competitors, I’d say that MFG has much better content but that you should take a tip from them and shorten your home page.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
I think you have the makings of a very nice site here. I’m particularly impressed with the organization, which makes it extremely easy to get to any page no matter where you are on the site. I also like the simple, clean design. You provide a lot of info about all of your insurance products, which is both a great sales tool and a good trust builder. The only issues I have with your site are: 1) The home page is too long. 2) There are numerous small grammatical, punctuation, and spacing errors in the copy throughout the site that need to be fixed. 3) You aren’t currently offering quotes for all your plans. You’ll probably lose a lot of potential customers if you don’t get that up and running by the time you launch. Otherwise, the MFG site looks almost ready to go! Good luck.

  2. Visit Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?

It’s an insurance firm website that protect clients from their loses and offer benefits for the clients.

Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.

The page layout looks very comfort. The drop down menu is categorized and convenience. The site looks simple, which is very straight forward to the topic. The video is also useful for the visitor to understand more about your company. You provide the get a quote feature which is very useful for the visitor who interested to search for person lines or commercial lines quote.

The contact page is very convenient for the visitors to enter any question directly to you. But the information you required before entering the comments is a little too much. Maybe you can exclude the fax and the address. When people found out that they have to fill many personal info before they can ask or give a comment, they might leave the page. Especially some sensitive information such as phone number and address.

What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

I like that the picture in the homepage with the four keywords listed makes it clear about what the site is about. You provided a very detailed information towards all of the four aspects you listed. It’s a very professional site. At the about us page, i like that you provided the location of your office, it will rise the confidence and trust toward your company. It make them feel that the company is real. Also they can directly contact you through the phone number given. I also like the instantly get a quote for the visitors. It is a great service for the visitors. It give a image of how does it look like. I also like that your site is connected to few famous social network site such as facebook. The video is short and straight forward, it give confidence to the visitors when they watch it. It’s a very good presentation from the video. It only takes about 1minutes, which will not make the patient feel bored watching a long video.

The homepage is a little too wordy for me. You can have a short introduction, as people don’t like to read a very long introduction when they just get into a new site. I don’t find anything bothersome, everything is very straight forward and pointful.

How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like and

Both of the sites layout makes me feel like unsafe and i don’t feel comfort when viewing it. What i like about neis insurance is they allow visitor to print the brochure for a better understanding. This is a very good technique in advertising and promoting the product and services. The neis site is too simple, there is many information they provided just in a keyword without description.

For the mars insurance, they provide many attractive feature such as refer a friend and win, their blog, vendors, and etc. All this could make the visitor feel more confidence as they want to see what they are into. A clear view for them will be a big advantages. It’s not just getting a quote and they will like it, they want to the what’s inside the company, how is the process. You can display the process in a slide shows for the visitors convenient. The mars insurance looks more professional with their services and activity. They suggest user to go for paperless which they will send everything via email. THis will make the visitor feel that the company is very professional and serious toward their business. You can have more activity and provide something that they don’t provide.

Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

I think i have mentioned most of it above. You can list down the insurance packages for the customers to compare to others packages. You should come out with more aspects of quote for the customers, so that they have more option.

Overall, im pleased with your site, as it is very informative and it’s a professional business company. I feel secured to do business with a company like yours. The detailed informative could bring lots of advantages for your business. Also, all of the aspects is well categorized. Just some minor things to improve and you have to come out more creative ways to attract customers. Well done!

  3. Visit Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?

Insurance, bonds, benefits and other related subjects.

Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.

What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

The big picture is comforting and attractive , but i don’t think the site , as a whole emanates that.
What i found bothersome was the amount of detail that just seem to overwhelm you  before considering even using your services , which can put off your potential customers.
I think portraying the “big picture” and general things in a compact way can make the site much more attractive to potential costumers. The amount of detail can still be used, but i think it needs to go in the background in a “more info” section.
Let’s face it, most people have short attention spans, they want the general idea and if that looks attractive to them they will go into further detail themselves.
Another thing that can put off customers is the “customers testimonials” section, it uses capital letters , a thing that can seem unprofessional to many.
Some bullet font service facts/characteristics would be nice.

How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like and

The first site is not very user friendly or transparent, you have to go through some lengths in order to see info about the various services, your site has dedicated and easy reachable sections for all services so it fairs much better in this regard.
The second site fairs better then the first on the easy reachable information point. One of it’s put-off’s is the big shiny car on the front page, it’s kind of tacky , in a pawn shop sort of way.
The site design is also shady , not inspiring professionalism.
They do handle giving you the general idea better, each section giving you a resume of their services.

Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

I think i covered the main points, the site is detail oriented , a thing that can put off most people that do not have the time or attention span when searching through many sites that offer the same services.
The aspect of the site on the whole is decent (a good thing for what kind of services you are selling), nothing shady or tacky , except for the testimonials that are shouting at you.

  4. Visit Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?

It is clearly a financial group that provides related types of services.

Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.

Initially, it looks good, but you have way too much textual content on your homepage. You need an “About us” Page for the first 4 paragraphs, and press releases need to be on another page as well – and completely remove them from the homepage. Should not be on the landing (homepage) and your homepage should not have a novel. It should have selling points that someone can read in the first glance and remember. Way too much text on homepage!

What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

Bothersome – explained above. I am concerned that people will gloss over your text on homepage and you will have lost an opportunity to convert a visitor into a sale.

While I do think brand logos add credibility, I do not recommend you keep yours scrolling on your homepage. First I don’t think anyone will actually make it that far to see them with all of your text (press releases), but if I look at this scrolling section, it gives me a headache.

    I like testimonials on homepage.

You have emails and contact info within the press releases. I recommend you keep these to a contact us page. Not in the middle of a novel, that very few visitors will read.

How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like and

Your page looks much more premium than mars insurance. NE Insurance was taking too long to load.

Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

Yes. I see that your motto is “Our passion is our client”  For some reason when I say this out loud, it seems like you should be using clients plural and reword it to say: Clients are our passion. or something to that effect. However I don’t see this motto on your homepage anywhere. Shouldn’t it be?

Bonds page – Why is “Notary Bonds” plural yet all of the other bonds singular? Not consistent with this.

  5. Visit Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?

I think this site is a financial companies website.  The company specialize in insurance, bonds, benefits, and risk management.

Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site. What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

    1. The home page looks professional, modern, clean and crisp which suits your market.

    2. It is easy to navigate with the tab bar and drop down menu’s along the top of the page. You can easily navigate to the exact page and information you require although it can be a little overwhelming if you don’t know what exactly your looking for.

    3. “Get a Quote” is highly visible on the home page and I don’t have to search through the site to find it.

    4. The video is good and not too long and drawn out. The narrator is easy to understand and has a nice tone. I think this is a good introduction to your company.

    5. Like the scrolling testimonials on the home page.

    1. The picture on the home page is only depicting one group, young professionals.  Unless you only have young professionals working for your company, then it could be a good idea to choose a more appropriate picture. Yes, the picture does look nice but it immediately makes me feel like your business is “straight out of college”. Maybe you could have 3 or 4 images that slowly scroll across or an image that represents your company clearer.

    2. The words on the video were a little fuzzy and at times hard to read.

    3. I think the “Press Releases” are great but maybe limit it to 1 on the home page or have them on a completely separate page. Users don’t want to have to scroll down too far to get to the bottom of the page. A lot of users won’t even bother scrolling down after they start seeing text, after text, after text.

    4. The text under your companies logo, “Insurance, Bonds, Benefits, Risk Management” is scrunched up and hard to read.

    5. Your logo is a little too simple and hard to identify with. It isn’t a logo that stands out to me and I doubt I would remember or identify it if I ever came across is again.

    1. All the pages stick to the same theme and color scheme as the home page. I like this and I feel your website has a nice flow about it.

    2. Pages have very well explained information and users can research within the site about what they require and what exactly a payments bond is or what captives are etc.

    3. Pages are simple and only have minimal text which is great as it doesn’t overwhelm or overload users. Your home page could be more like this.

    1. A lot of the pictures around the site still only showcase “young professionals”. I did see one picture with an older range of people and it was refreshing to see. The pictures look nice and young people send the message of fresh, modern, innovative etc. But an older range of people also send the important message of wisdom, knowledge, trust and loyalty which I think is also important for your company to portray these qualities. You don’t necessarily have to have old people in all your images but a range of age groups would be nice to see.

    2. I feel looking around this site without reading any text that this is only for professionals, businesses and companies. Although you do offer personal insurance your site doesn’t immediately portray that. I have to read and scroll through the menu’s to realize that. Maybe a range of scrolling images on the home page would help eliminate that myth. A family outside their house, professionals around a meeting table, worker at a laptop etc.

How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like and

I think your site looks much more professional and fresh. To me Mars Insurance looks like a gimmicky website and doesn’t look serious or professional at all. Although their home page is less cluttered and I like this even though I don’t like their design or color scheme. The Neis Insurance site is very simple and straight forward to navigate and find everything, this site is probably more user friendly for those not overly familiar with using the internet. I think overall your site looks and feels a lot more trusted and professional that these two mentioned.

Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

I think your site is on the right track and gives off the right “vibe”. However I feel with minor changes like the choice of pictures etc this site could feel more inviting.

  6. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?

Is a site for business to business marketing company who provide services to assist a company in finding  products for a companies employees such as various insurance products, investment products and reinsurance products for a business.

Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.

Nice home page, colors are easy on the eyes, and the picture of a group of a happy group of employees is nice to look at.  BBB symbol gives the viewer confidence that this is not a fly-by-night business.  Homepage appears simple to use. Nice large “Get a Quote” button is straight-forward.
The amount of choices for various products is a bit overwehlming.  I think the “Press Releases”
should be put on a different page.  Navigation of the site is easy.  Easy to get to the sites “Contact” information.

What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

Having to click twice to get all of a testamonial is bothersome.  I would suggest on the testimonial page to provide less testimonials and no “read more” clicking.

I like the overall look of the website.  I also like that the contact information is very easy to find and get to.

How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like and
I think the overall look of MFG is better than neis.  And mars I would consider a top of the line website with it’s automatic greeting from a 3-D woman that can’t help but grab your attention, that is of course if the person viewing the site has their speakers on.  Market Financial Group’s website in my opinion compares better with mars.

Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

At first glance I assumed that this was a strictly b2b service only.  I would suggest something in bolder print with maybe a picture of a family at home to let viewers know this service is for individuals as well.

  7. Visit Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?

People providing financial services, Specialized in insurance, bonds etc.

Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.

The overall design looks cool and colors are easy on eye. Here are my suggestions,

    >You may include more customer testimonials and give priority for them on the site, because there are many competitors for you.You may also try to show the credibility of users.

    >On Home page, emphasize on your specialties rather than what you do (I din mean you should completely avoid saying what you do!)

    >The video link is not working.

    >The twitter page looks cluttered, I mean the background.

    >There are many links on the page that looks inactive (Facebook, linkedIn).Also the partners list at the bottom of the page, they may be coloured when the user points them, i think that may be more better.

    >What you have to do with IIADA ? 🙁

    >In the About Us , you may give a page About the one you gave on the home page.

    >A suggestion to show the credibility of the people who write testimonial, With their name, give their TWITTER page. (Almost everyone have a twitter these days).

    >You may provide option to subscribe for newsletter.

    >On home page you may use a different font, the current one is not that appealing, this may also be a part of branding (kinda).

    >On the home page, on the left of the picture, there is notations of insurance, bonds etc, Make them hyperlink that may be more user friendly.

What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
Already explained.I din find anything much bothersome.

How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like and

You already have a lot of comparisons, mine is not much different from them.

Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

    Already discussed.

  8. Visit Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
This site is about a firm that offers financial services namely: Insurance, bonds, benefits, and risk management as per the firm’s name, horizontal main menu, and the footer.

Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.
The sites has a white and blue theme which is a cool color theme for a financial services website.
Site has a natural vertical flow from header top to footer bottom.
On the left, it contains the firm’s logo which consists of initials, name and services offered. On the right, there are three links – home, resources and contact and a Google Custom Search input text box.

Body begins with a horizontal main menu with dynamic drop down sub and sub-sub menus. The menu items are evenly spaced across the layout. Menu contains the main services offered by the firm in addition to the about and resources page links.

Below the menu on main page is an image with smiling, apparent happy people and listed on the image vertically is the services offered. Following the image is the main body content mainly consisting of black text in a white background. A single customer testimonial cannot go unnoticed too. There are also large social link logos in the body consisting the likes of Facebook and twitter among others.  Main page content also includes a video and a banner with linked moving brand names. Other links load into the main content area of page well.

Contains replica of the main menu but with sub-menus spread out vertically.

What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

    1. Although the drop-down menu slides down gradually, the sub-sub menus come as a surprise without warning. Would preferred if they contained an arrow of sorts to show progression. The sub menus also don’t seem to be in a block.

2.The Google custom search in the header seems to be irrelevant. It would be better to have a search of the site itself rather than Google.

3.Also the additional links in the header look out of place, they don’t follow any order, and seem as if they were thrown there about.

4.The image on the body occupies a large space. In my browser, I can’t see anything below it. Also, the words in the image seem like links but the are not. They are actually part of the image.

5.The black words in a white background of the main body are very plain and contains patches of different font size and style.

6.The social site logos are plain as can be.

7.Prefer a footer with date on it to show duration site has been in operation for.

Emphasize on services offered stands out and therefore site stands a chance of being picked by search engines. The blue and white color theme is evenly used; not too much, not too little. I like the way it is spread out in the header, the menu and the footer. Site is up to point and it doesn’t deviate from its main agenda. It is also well developed with the modern web technique of separation of main content of body from header and footer. The testimonials which appear on different links according to services offered are assuring.

How do you think the site compares to other similar sites/competitors like and
This site is too simplistic and intends to come out as user friendly. It accomplishes the user friendly interface but on close scrutiny it is quite low on content. Although it only offers insurance services as compared to Market Financial group which has a number of listings, the later is better ordered with everything placed at hand. The color scheme is also not as bold but the words are strategically placed with an even flow than Market Financial Group therefore a better read.
I like the compactness of Mars Insurance. They use space quite well and also have better maneuverability. Their drop drown menus gradually degrade better, are in a separated block and are as a result pleasing to the eye. The changing image with description of services offered is a good design than a static image which sticks to the mind even more than the firm’s logo(MFG). It seems to be a better established firm with referrals, career opportunities and external links. Mars Insurance show their willingness to interact with other at a social personal level by placing their social link logos accessible near the top.  MFG has a better spread though and the color scheme puts it miles ahead to Mars Insurance dark color. For a site that offers more than this other sites, MFG can definitely take the mantle with a few twitches hear and there.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
With the image in the main body content taking such a large space, it would be better to add more functionality to it. One can for example put the social link logos inside it together with the site search text input to Google’s custom search. Of cos there are places where Google custom search would be suitable, but in my opinion not here at MFG. Also, the site should be more compact and not scroll down to great depths. Uniformity is also important, a financial firm and with emphasis to insurance can’t be setting double standards by placing non-uniform text on its main page as MFG does. It shows that not much effort was put into developing it.  Main body content would also look better in columns rather than cramming up everything together. For example, the left column would be for main course items and right column for things such as the testimonials and external links among others. Also on loading links, only the page should load and not together with the main horizontal menu.

Visit Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
This site a financial marketing group assisting customers with bonds, insurance, risk management and benefits.
Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.
Your site has a very professional look to it with a nice color choice to match. the most eye catching feature on the homepage would just be young lady on the project, nothing else really stands out to me.
The general layout of the homepage is easy to follow with nice tabs and easy to read drop down menu. Some of the info on the drop down menu either overlaps or you can see it at all. There seems not to be a uniformed looked to the information.
Im not sure why you have the quotation marks the way you do on the left top side of the page. It’s look’s odd to have the quotes not be around the info provided. Your homepage needs to be proofread for gramatical errors. Quickly looking at the info under the tabs some of the pages seem to have alot of white/ unused space on them.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

I like that you have your tabs featuring on the most important info but I think that they are to close together. I like that you have the white divider line but again it’s not really accented well because the words almost run into each other. I would have liked to see the “home” tab placed in a way that I don’t have to search for it. The rest of the tabs are fairly eye level and you quickly see them. The way they are placed and the overall look to them doesn’t flow with the rest of the page.
I like that you place your serves on your site right at the top of the page but it seems to be an overuse of them. You have them list 3 times within an eye shot of each other. Instead of relisting them over and over I would like to have seen a short bit of info as to what you do. Sometimes that extra detail can be very helpful to the user.
I find some of the content on the homepage to be uncessary. I thnk that it’s quit overwhelming to have so much info placed on the homepage. I think that the homepage should only show case quick bit of info consisting of the most important features your site has to offer. I would have like to have see the award information listed higher up on the page. Again showcasing of the best attributes of your service.
I think that your site lacks that pop of color or that eye catching feature to it. Everything is so blue and a shade of the color. The business at the bottom of the page would have looked more lively if they were featured in there business colors. I find no need to have the social networking logo placed that high up on the page and again I think it would be nice if they were presented in their orginal color.
At the start of the video it was blury so that instatnly caught me off guard. I would liked to have seen who was introducing oneself on the video more clearly. I like that you feature some of your staff but at some point it would have been to see some of the faces. I get the whole poiont of show casing them hard at work but it doesn’t make the video look personable. I would also recommends taking the part of speech out of the video when you say “have a blessed day.” It instantly makes me think of a religious connotation which I think should be separate from your business life.
I like that you take the time to go into detail with the info under each column. It’s also nice that I can access additonal info at the top of each page without having to use the drop down menu.
When it comes to the testimoinal page I don’t understand why some of them are various lengths and then you have read more tab. Some of them are just one line and then it had read more after it. It doesn’t look to uniformed that way. I would like to have seen the “read more” capitialized. Again I’m not sure why the quotations marks are like they are, it just look strange.
Nice faqs and easy contact page.

    Neis Insurance:
Your pic on the homepag is more inviting and doesn’t look dark like there’s. I like how they instantly go into talking about their company. I like your use of color better, that you add testimonial and affliliations to your page. I like that they have a short homepage but I think that you have better content listed on your homepage. I like that they have clear spacing in between their tabs however I think that you have better content listed in your tabs. I like that you have your quot button higher up on the page.
    Mars Insurance:
There pic is an instant attention grabber but there background is less than stunning for me. I think they tried to wow us with the talking agent but the fact that it kept buffering just caused it to annoying. I think that your consistent and quick video knocked there virtual agent out the park. I like that they have their number listed right at the top of the page with no need to search for it if someone wants to quickly call. I also like that they have a short description of what they do right at the top of the page. I like that they: leave room for more detials at the bottom of the page, they add the affliates but with color and that they have a shorter homepage.

Proofread. Add more color to the pages.

  10. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?

This site is all about financial solutions which is for persnol as well as for professional purpose also.

Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site? What do you find bothersome? What do you like?

First look is good as this is a financial service colour selection is good.

On home page idea of Customer Testimonials is good but i believe it must be more than one quote from the customer.

Idea of Press release is good  but  content looks very congested on my first look i need very strong reason to read the content of the press release.

At the bottom of the home page categorization of all the finacial products has been done i think this should be mentioned in vertical order instead of horizontal this would  highlight the basic information in a more better way.

Content on each page looks very congested may be font needs to be changed which looks good to the eyes.

On bonds page customer care number is not highlighted.

On Contact us page instead of using form i tihink it would be good if you creat a customer care email ID for the customers.

Colour selected by you is very good and it looks very nice to eyes.

Snap at the top of homepage is good in your case ascompare to them.
I think they have the better Contact us page than you as they are having the Customer care or Customer info ID.

Content on different pages is not congested which is an edge over you as on your website content is congested.

    Mars Insurance

First Look is good equal marks to both of you.

Information about the products is more detailed in your case as compare to them.

Customer care number is reflected on top of the home page is a good idea that is not there in your case.

Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

    Logo could be more attractive.

    >In order to gain clients thru your site. Elements must be done with fluidity and inconsistency, desinging, edditing and formatting of site details are MANDATORY.
    >Compatibility for different browsers are also needed since not everybody uses your preferred browser.
    >Language Support is also highly advisable since the target economy for this kind of service will not only be english-inclined citizens.

  12. At first glance I could tell right away from the four points that this was a service that deals with Insurance, Bonds, benefits and risk management. The first paragraph tells me the specialized service offered. The one thing that is bothersome is the picture on the front. I can understand the inviting smile of the women on the front although it does not tell me anything about the product. It only conveys’ that some of the people in the company may be friendly and at least one person will pay attention to me as a client, but the rest of them are not paying attention to me nor do i understand why they are clapping. I do like the look and feel of the website especially how fast the site responds when I mouse over the tabs. I like that the site is simple and easy to navigate. Comparing the websites given there is no comparison. I would shop at before I shop at the others because this one looks and feels more professional with more information. I spent more time clicking on links rather than mousing over them and getting results. The other thing that sticks out to me and may be a bit of a nuisance is the big block icons of social links. First it is assumed that I as the reader know and understand what these are because there’s no text to tell me what they are and they are so big they take away from the elegance of the entire front page
