I have been looking for a service like this. About to launch a new web venture. However, your pricing structure is not clear / or aI have not been able to find it.
Do you have “set” packages that I can just pickup. I’d hate wait 24 hours to get a quote.
If you do not have set pricing structures, I’d strongly encourage you to do so. It will probably end up reeling in more customers.
Great service and goodluck.
Hi Jared,
Thanks for your comment.
Clear pricing structure explained on the quote page: “Price varies according to the number of people you want to survey, their profile and the length of your questionnaire.”
Could be frustating not to have price list but it is a tailored market research service so is the price. It sounds normal to me, we won’t ask the same to someone who want to survey basic individual profile than someone asking to survey single females aged between 25 and 30 years old who live in a particular area of a country.
“Price varies according to the number of people you want to survey, their profile and the length of your questionnaire.” – From your quote page, which sounds fair. But I am still not being able to roughly estimate how much it might cost me. If you could give some sample quotes or some examples or the price for the simplest form of request, that would be very helpful. There is no way for me to know whether you fall within my budget or not.
Take a look at this: https://askyourtargetmarket.com/pages/pricing – I have never used them but a friend forwarded the link to me. They seem to have some form of pricing structure. Can you implement something similar?
Let me know your thoughts.
I would definitely value the service to test/validate ideas before investing time and money. The concept of the company and product is completely clear from even a quick glance at the site. Some of the others mentioned the lack of pricing though it sounds like there are good reasons to not include it. Maybe you can set some high level expectations re: pricing and then mention the drivers of price. I think there’s also opportunity to upgrade the website UI, particularly to the extent that you want to sell to startups. Overall, it looks great!
Few websites like them can give a cost idea straight away but to me it is not precise enough as respondent profiles can be really precise and specific sometimes, you cannot plan any automatic pricing structure that would be precise enough. Besides, you will see that they often can’t give you a price if you ask a respondent profile with too many details.
