  1. 1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see?

I must admit that I loved the set up on this page it is both professional and caring. The homepage had a lot of information to dish out but the way it was jotted down made it seem simple as pie. I was able to understand what the website was about and trust that they were looking out for the customer…to make sure he/she understood why it was prudent to work with this company.
    2) Is miiCard useful, is it clear why it is needed and what problems it solves?

I do buy things online so having a website like this is definitely something I’m interested in, at the moment I have PayPal but it only works when it comes to finances while this service helps you use this identity verification in other venues and situations.
    3) Do you understand how miiCard works?

The homepage made it clear how this miiCard works, there was nothing that seemed out of place or confusing.
    4) Are you encouraged to (create a new account, subscribe, sign up for a free trial, etc.)? Can you tell us why (or why not)?

I was encouraged to create a new account because it is something that interested me, I a lot of business transactions but even more so I work with people online, network and having the power to verify makes “trust” issues disappear much quicker.
    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

I loved this site but there was one thing that I felt would help the site since it is something I always stress because it happens to help me when I’m indecisive about something and that is…customer reviews. I always think that they are unbiased and something I can trust but aside from that I was impressed and enticed by this useful website.

My initial impression is that the site is simple and easy to read, but that the bulk of the explanation is left up to the video that’s on the main page.  I love the video and the cute cartoon people!  It’s cute but not in the way it seems unprofessional.  I also watched the video on the “Why Use It” page.  It’s nice that on this page you have an actual person in the video, which makes things interesting – it’s not just a rehash of the first video.

I think the website makes some good points on why identity verification is helpful online.  I know there is so much information nowadays about identity theft and trusting who you meet online.  It definitely seems like having a miiCard would help solve these problems.  As a young woman who’s tried internet dating before, that is the genre that comes to mind first when I think about the internet and identity verification.

    3) Do you understand how miiCard works?

I understand that it takes information that is found in your online bank account in order to verify that you are who you say you are.  I checked out the “pricing” tab and under the “sharing” paragraph at the bottom, it lists some features that you can only get if you’re a paid member.  However, I’m really not sure what these features mean or how they work- for example, the digital image card with qr code, click to verify button, and secure share with other miiCard members all have me scratching my head.  I’m not really sure what those would do for me.  I would suggest a small popup when you hover your mouse over these items in order to give people more information on what these features actually are.

I’m not really encouraged to create one because I can’t think of a situation in my current life where I would need to use miiCard.  I don’t date online anymore, I don’t make high value transactions online, and my social network only contains people I know in real life.  Maybe if I was a professional who did a lot of social networking and needed to prove my identity – an actor or model comes to mind – it would be a neat way to prove to my fans and potential partners that I really am who I am.  Otherwise, for just a plain jane like myself, I don’t really feel the need to prove my identity to these proportions.

The site is clear and functional with plenty of information about the product.  I feel like I understood this concept well after my first time reading or hearing about the service.

  3. 1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see?
It is alternative way to get identity checked. Quite appealing.

    2) Is miiCard useful, is it clear why it is needed and what problems it solves?
Yes definitely, if it clears the hazzle to prove identify offline. It solves the problem of providing scan documents again and again for different websites.

    3) Do you understand how miiCard works?
    Yes, it is quite simple.

    4) Are you encouraged to (create a new account, subscribe, sign up for a free trial, etc.)? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
Yes i am encourged for a free trial and of it is effective and accepted by all websites then would go for it sure, or else not.

Just make it acceptale by all websites specially payment processers like paypal, payza, STP as it is a hazzle there to prove identity.
