I liked it but at first glance it was not eye catching. The tabs are easy to read. A one stop website for the consumer looking to rent, buy or sell property, look for a job or relationship.
Now go back to the site and comment on various elements of the site.
Once past the first page, I liked the easy tabs, however, I think once clicking on it, the most recent postings was listed. At first, I wondered if the recent postings were the only postings. The link to more postings should be more eye catching.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
The most bothersome was the just a few listings at first glance after clicking the tab. It doesn’t give previous postings a fair chance. I liked that everything was at one site other than relationships. Relationship searches should be on one website, in my opinion.
What do you think of the sign up process? Would you sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
Fairly easy. I would most likely sign up for a free account but probably not a free trial and then have to pay later. I think that added sponsors so that free accounts are possible would be the way to go.

As I mentioned above, separate the relationships feature into it’s own website, make “Previous listings” more eye catching and add more sponsors so that free accounts would be possible and I think you will have a better site.
