Well the website url was misspelled. It is  https://www.mysafeport.com/ . The homepage is cool with slides explaining the functioning of website. The different tabs for navigation should be at top, not in bottom.

    2) Think of something you want to find on this website. Now try to find it. Did you find what you were looking for? Was anything confusing?

Nothing is confusing. It clearly explains and I can find all the things I need to know with the help of tabs provided. There should have been a custom search button though.
    3) Are you encouraged to (create a new account, subscribe, sign up for a free trial, etc.)? Can you tell us why (or why not)?

No, I have an account at other website providing similar features. The storage capacity of your website for free user is less.
    4) Can you register and try to follow backup wizard. Is it easy to install client using backup wizard or not?
No it ain’t to install client.
    5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.

Yeah, make the free user capacity more so that more people take advantage and then upgrade in future.
