We take negative listings, bad reviews, and defamation articles online and bury them deep in the search engines so that potential clients do not see them.

I can tell what your site is about based on the sites name alone. Beautiful branding from the start by picking a great name. Your site is obviously about protecting the repputation of the users of your site.
Please comment on the various elements of the homepage. What do you like? What do you find bothersome?
Your site boast a professional look with vibrant colors, vibrant layout and awesome graphics. The logo is very with the semi cursive P and D.
It was a great idea to use a statement from such a well known financial guru. That sorts gives your site an edge with such a well known name. I thought the lamp with the spotlight and the video being on the computer were visually fantasitic touches.
I think that the homepage has a little to much information on it.I don’t find it necessary for a site to push so much information on the homepage. I think that the homepage should have stopped after the information just below the tabs. I like that you chose a different area to display yours tabs, being that they are at the top of the page.  I would like to have seen the as mentioned in section higher up on the page. Your homepage has great elements, style and information I find it uncessary to over load it.
I think that under the, who uses profile defenders section, the information is repeating itself but in different ways. I would like the idea have seen something like…
Individuals and Businesses who:
* have negative publicity.
*who need help cleaning up their negative publicity from search engine results and want to gain back that competitive edge.
I like how the section of information next to it was layed out and I think that might help the information not sound so redundent. I like that you use clear and concise language to briefly explain some of the elements of your site. I would like to have seen the font just a touch bigger.
This statement (below) seems to be a run on sentence that I think that once broken up would flow better.
One negative review or website can destroy the trust you’ve spent years building and drive away thousands of potential customers or even cost you a future job because anybody you do business with goes to Google right away and what they see may not be beneficial to you if you don’t have Profile Defenders Help.
On this stament (below) was there supposed to be punctuation at the end of the sentence.
No business is safe from attacks online. But there is something you can do
I really liked the statment at the very bottom of the page. It sounds very warm, caring, and real. It’s nice that you have your phone number right at the top of the page.
What are your thoughts on the video? Is it helpful? What about the fact that the video is on loop?
From oneset getting to the site I just assumed that I video was an how to/ about your site video but as I see it’s not and it works fine for your site. As I stated before you give some great info on your site and a adding a testimonial video is a great boost. I think that at times it was hard to understand some of his words and I say that probably because of his accent. I would like to have heards just a touch of what you did for his business personally. There are some little arrows on the side of the video that lead to some other video that I would reccommend not being able to be access from your site. Those animated video bring a low touch to your site. I would rather have a nice screen shot and be allowed to start the video at my own leisure. It sort of threw my attention that something started playing before I could even get a good look at your site.
How do you think we can help you defend your online reputation? Do you understand our strategy?
It seems your site tries to attack every source of negative information by: removing links, possible legal steps to remove slanderous info, revamped websites, new profiles, deleting or adding business promotional information, adding positive reviews from user of the services, press relases, biography change and more. Your site basically goes from the ground up to create a new face and the extent of your work depends on the level of work a person needs. So, hence that’s why you give users the option of select different plans.
Are you likely to use the service? Recommend it to others? If not, why?
Your site is loaded with so much information, nice testimonial and real time places to see you see info on your site I would higly recommend your site to other and for myself if need be. I find the prices to very reasonable for the amount work that is offered being that you could loose more than what your business makes. Â

Under the products tab the learn more section should be exented just a touch under showing more green because it looks like it was cut off a bit. I would also suggest using a different font as the one you have doesn’t look clear. You seem to use that font with the rest of your tabs also. It’s not as clear of text that is used on the rest of the site. I was little confused when I clicked on the my profile tab being I thought it was information about owner of the site and not just general helpful information. I just noticed that the quote changes on your page, nice!. If your company see’s that a person or company needs mroe help than the plan that they signed up for will you company reccommend an uprade to a client or do you just continue to work within the perimeters of the given package? Is the opposite the same if things start to get better for the user, will you suggest a downgrade or even suggest that you have done enough for them? Do you reserve the right to stops a users service? I find the animated characters on the business pricing plan to be very unprofessional and it seems to be bring down the very look of the site. I see that you might want to bring a little “life” to that area but it just doesn’t fit the flow of the site itself. In the as metioned section it would have been nice to click on the logo and be taken to the area where you site is mentioned. I think it would be a great idea to have a testimonial section with either short 2 minute video or a section to write in.  Great site just don’t lose the professional intergrity by ever compromising or lowering your standard of quality work.
Visit the site. Is it immediately clear what services we provide?
Yes, you provide a service which can help people to protect their reputation from bad comments/articles. But i am not clear about how it works.Â
Please comment on the various elements of the homepage. What do you like? What do you find bothersome?
The color for the layout is really nice and comfort to view. You have a customer service hotline at the top which make people feel confidence toward your site. It make people trust on it. I like your package listing which is also comfort to view on and it’s very clear about the detail and price. I like that you have a contact us feature which allow visitor to directly to any question they would like to ask to you directly at the right hand side which is very convenient for visitor. Your homepage for me is too wordy, which make me feel it’s not interesting and attractive. I suggest you can display the step by step of how it works at another page or only showing that on the homepage. The explanation above the reputation process you can display it at another page. Homepage is the key page to attract visitor to get interested in the product you selling. With a too wordy homepage, people might feel lazy in reading it. So, in the home page, i suggest you only showing the video and also the reputation process to allow the visitor immediately understand what your site about and the process. For the product page, it is also too wordy for me as i have to choose and click to view the package, i wish i can view the package right after i’m at the product page. This will save visitor time and also displaying what the visitor wanted to know directly.Â
What are your thoughts on the video? Is it helpful? What about the fact that the video is on loop? The video is boring for me, as im not visiting a site to listen for what people talk about the testimonial. I would prefer to see how it works with screenshot of the service in the video. i suggest that you give a option for visitor to play the video or not to play it instead of automatically playing it. i realize that different page have different video which is relating to the page content. This is a good explanation for the visitor. But make sure the video is summarized and it’s short. People dont really have patient in watching a long video. about 1mins video will be enough.
How do you think we can help you defend your online reputation? Do you understand our strategy?
I don’t have a website or reputation so i don’t think i need it now. But if i have one, i think you can protect me by removing or hiding those bad comments toward me and replace some real and truth positive comment about me. You’ll always make sure that there will not have any bad comments about me appear.
Are you likely to use the service? Recommend it to others? If not, why?
If i have a website and my site is been giving false comments by some people, i will definitely use this service. Yes, i would, i will recommend this service to my friends that they needed as this is actually the first time i hear this kind of service.Â
Please share any additional comment you may have.
For the homepage, i would suggest you add a slideshow displaying how the process works. In this way, it will be more interesting and attractive to the visitor. Also you can list the benefits of your service at the homepage, use the bullets to list it instead of writing in a long sentences. This will make people get straight to the point. I suggest that you can give people a free 30days trial. As this could make people feel more confidence in your service. There is no loss in giving a free trial as your fee is charged annually.

NO,here are my points,
positives

>Words by warren buffett
>eye catching colours and design
>
negatives
>try to use simple words throughout your website, avoid words like grumpy, disgruntled etc
>the live online help button looks like a little misplaced.
>under the heading, “who use profile defenders” all the bullets say almost the same thing, this is lil annoying
>your marketing strategy(how we do it?) is not clear, the description given at the bottom is much better,”reputation repair process”
>you say that you bury the bad feedbacks and Promote positive reviews and press releases about yourself or business, how is this feasible?
>And by the way, we don’t offer this service to unethical companies who want to bury bad press, how are you gonna know this?
>online chat din work fine.
suggestions
>name the thumbnail of the person near “Make Negative Search Results Disappear”, more than a mere photo it must be somelike your CEO or any dignified personality
>I am not sure how can i avail this service, and how much does that cost, make it more clear in the home page
>give more precise and clear description on the home page about who are you? what you do? How you do?
>try to provide testimonials of people whom you have saved so far, testimonials can help a lot.

Already provided in the begining.
Visit the site. Is it immediately clear what services we provide?
Yes it is immediately clear that you help companies manage, protect, and help clean up their online reputation/image.
Please comment on the various elements of the homepage. What do you like? What do you find bothersome?
Like: Everything you need to click on is right there in the middle of the page. I like that, sometimes links are way on the bottom or way up top. But those links are the first thing you see and I’d be inclined to go through all those links if I wanted to use your services. And if I wasn’t sure about something I could click on the Live Help icon. I also like how you put a summary of the repair process right there on the homepage.
Dislike: Warren Buffet’s name is in the middle of the page and I have no idea what it’s supposed to mean. The words “Call Us Anytime†up top and the words “Profile Defenders†underneath the video is cut off. The homepage seems a bit lengthy. Right after the “Are You Watching Your Online Reputation….â€, it almost gave me a feel of those website who are trying to sell their E-book and you just have to keep scrolling down.
What are your thoughts on the video? Is it helpful? What about the fact that the video is on loop?
I think that examples of your work are always appropriate for any company. The business owner seemed genuine, enthusiastic and very grateful.  If the all of the information on your site didn’t sell me, his video would have tremendously helped to sway my decision. When I think of a video on a loop, I think of it constantly repeating, and that would probably be annoying. But in this case, I would have to hit the replay button, in order to hear again and I have no issues with that.
How do you think we can help you defend your online reputation? Do you understand our strategy?
It seems that you’re in the business of putting out positive “thoughts†about the company by way of reviews, press releases, and social media. Yes, your strategy seems simple, yet thorough. Effectively search for negative information on sites, remove the information, replace with positive information, and continue to monitor that information. Seems simple enough, although I’m sure it’s time consuming.
Are you likely to use the service? Recommend it to others? If not, why?
Based on the information presented, I’m completely sold. The only thing is that before I’d buy I’d like to see more info about the packages you offer. Although there is a free quote button, maybe a small e-book or brochure would be helpful. But I’d definitely recommend the service to anyone. The testimonial helped a lot too.
Please share any additional comment you may have.
On the “Products†page, it tells you to click “Learn More†to see which package best suits you. I don’t a link for that. On the FAQ, the last 2 questions should denote some kind of numerical response. I’d be a little leery of the answer, “..no time at all.†And I’m sure that every organization you provide a service for is different, but maybe you could put…we can get started for within 48 hours of your submission or maybe something like, “Some companies start to see results within the week.†That way people have something to look forward to and you weren’t too specific about timeframes. Also, if you could include something about the price. Or at least if you want to quote the price, you could put something about in your FAQ section like:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â How much does it cost?
We design our packages to specifically to meet our individual customer needs. You’re a unique company and we’ll tailor our package cost just for you (blah blah blah). Call us TODAY or “Request A Free Quote†for more info.

Yes it is clearly stated what your sites intentions are. The video is an excellent way to help state what you do.
Please comment on the various elements of the homepage. What do you like? What do you find bothersome?
First off I like the first video, it is well done and not too long. The cartoon videos are very amusing and also really help to explain your service.
The blog is a great touch. I am amazed that in the one post you actually help to explain how to do your service for yourself …. free. With tips and all. Very impressive. I really like the blog here. It also helps to show how your service is important to good companies that get some misdirected bad press.
I think I would like to see the reputation repair process higher on the page like just below the quote area.
I like your logo and the table lamp lighting the quote from Buffett. I also like the location of the navigation bar.
What are your thoughts on the video? Is it helpful? What about the fact that the video is on loop?
I like the video’s I find them informative because they clearly state what your company does and how. I also like the cartoon videos i find they are amusing and informative. The video did not loop on its own for me. I had to manually start all but the very first one.
How do you think we can help you defend your online reputation? Do you understand our strategy?
Well you made me think of this already and I Googled my name. Luckily nothing bad came to light. Yes I do understand the strategy it makes perfect sense to me.
Are you likely to use the service? Recommend it to others? If not, why?
I am not likely to use your service because I am not in business yet but I do have friends that I will recommend it to because I think everyone that is “out there” in businesses need to be proactive with this sort of thing.

Not much else to discuss but thanks for your service.

Upon entering the website and reading your quote that states, “it takes 20 years to build a reputation….” I knew that it had something to do with securing a client’s reputation. The first page of the site was unclear on how this reputation would be secured. I think that the excessive amount of information on the homepage made it difficult for me to comprehend exactly how my reputation would be secured.
Please comment on the various elements of the homepage. What do you like? What do you find bothersome?
The entire homepage is overwhelming for a first time visitor. I think that most visitors would spend less than 30 seconds on your website due to information overload. The addition of the marketing strategy on the bottom half of your website complicates things for a client. You also included a call us anytime number on your home page, which seems to be incorrectly placed. There is already a contact tab, so why have the phone number to the top of the homepage. If you would like to make the phone number visible at all times, maybe adding it at the footer of the website may be better.Â
What are your thoughts on the video? Is it helpful? What about the fact that the video is on loop?
The video was not helpful to me because it was somewhat difficult to keep track of what was being said. I always ask myself, “who is my target audience?” In this case, if your target audience is in the UK, then the testimonial will work. If your target audience is the United States, then showcasing a different individual on your homepage  testimonial, may work best.
How do you think we can help you defend your online reputation? Do you understand our strategy?
As a new business owner with a website, it is not clear to me on how you can be of assistance. The question that immediately came to me was “how can profile defenders help a new business owner without a positive or negative reputation?” The new business is just looking for ways to accumulate positive feedback to individuals interested in utilizing their services.
So, this may be something to think about and add to your home page for new business owners.Â
Are you likely to use the service? Recommend it to others? If not, why?
I personally would not utilize your services, because Profile Defenders appears to only assist established businesses. I know that one of the bullet points stated assisting individuals but I do not view your company in the saw way. I will not recommend it to other business because I do not know your fees. Any business owner I know, will first ask, “How much do they charge, and is it worth the money?”
Please share any additional comment you may have.
Overall, the layout of your website should be revisited. Including a price range on your home page highlighting your low prices would be a great way to keep visitors interested. I know that you are trying to sell a product and as a consumer and business owner, I always want to know the cost.
Request a free quote tab, may not be a good idea because most individuals and business owners want information right away. If you can’t ensure that the free quote will be delivered to the customer’s e-mail within five minutes (5), then do not offer a free quote.

Yes, I thought it was completely straightforward and I thought the quote from Buffet was convincing. Also, recent mistakes by a politician online make online reputation front and center. It seems online reputation can have a considerable financial importance for just about everyone.
Some others have mentioned that the home page is a little busy and I sort of agree – maybe a little more white space, but still, I was clear on the product.
Please comment on the various elements of the homepage. What do you like? What do you find bothersome?
I thought it was well-written – simple and clear describing a solution to a common problem and the results expected in a quick time frame (website said between 24 – 48 hours I think…my reaction is wow, really? that’s fast. It seemed believable but presumably ProfileDefender has experience it can use to act).   The only other thing I thought about was listing some example (not a real one) where I could see a before search engine listing with negatives and the after listing where the positive comes up. I can see how this might not be practical given the confidential nature of the effort.
What are your thoughts on the video? Is it helpful? What about the fact that the video is on loop?
The video is normally in the computer screen on the right side? It was not there (it was just blank green and double clicking didn’t bring it up).   If the video is available later I will attempt to take a look at it.
How do you think we can help you defend your online reputation? Do you understand our strategy?
I thought strategy was described clearly. Put positive data out on the web, challenge negatives where possible, create scenario where positives are continuously added by customers/etc, get negatives to come up later on search engines, social engineering sites and so on.  Â
Are you likely to use the service? Recommend it to others? If not, why?
Not personally, as I have yet to get a negative reputation, but I would if I needed to bury/manage something. I would recommend it to others. Would be especially appropriate in the case of someone purchasing a business but wants a fresh slate to bring in customers after previous owner may have been careless. Also all the other examples listed (many listed – great) make a great deal of sense.  Â

Saw the acronym SEO and at first I could not think of what it was, then realized it was likely Search Engine Operators (?)
Presumably this would be an additional arsonal for public relations firms to purchase on behalf of their clients as well.
