  1. Visit https://schedulebase.com. Spend no more than 5-10 seconds on the home page. What do you think the site is about?
A system to enable companies and their employees to better schedule their hours and time off.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
    PROS
    – The home page is very attractive and well organized
    – Being able to see “WHAT CUSTOMERS SAY” above the scroll is perfect. Great companies to have testimonials from.
    CONS
    – You have selected a very nice picture. My question is: Is it an appropriate picture? Who is your customer? If it is the employee who can check in from anywhere, then it is perfect. If your customer is the employer, then how does the picture address the employer’s needs? I think that you might be better off using a photo that shows how much more efficiently the office is functioning since using ScheduleBase. Get the employer to thinking: How is this going to save me money or make me money. For instance: I have 20 employees, so this will only cost me $10 per month, which is half of what I pay my employee who does the scheduling per hour. She normally spends a minimum of 5 hours per week on scheduling, so scheduling is costing me $100 per week or $400 per month. This should reduce her scheduling time to only 1 hour per week, which is $80 per month. That’s a $310 savings with ScheduleBase AND it will enable my scheduler to spend time doing more productive tasks.
    – FREE is one of the words in marketing that attracts attention. And having it that large overwhelms the rest of the page.
Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
If I had employees where scheduling was an issue, yes, I would. Or if I knew of someone who was experiencing this, I would let them know that this is available.
Do you know someone who could use ScheduleBase? We have a Tell a Friend program where you can win an iPad. Is that going to get you to act?
Maybe. And I prefer cash referral programs.

    – Your site is very clear and simple to understand. This, in itself, is likely to encourage people to sign up.
    – I very much appreciate that your free trial does not require a credit card. To me, this indicates that you are confident that people will like using your app and want to sign up for a fee when the trial is over.
