Note to Feedback Providers:
Please note that startups are looking for in-depth feedback that gives them thorough, insightful and actionable input. A ‘superficial’ submission that does not add value, is not thorough (i.e. written in a hurry, with poor grammar, punctuation etc.) and does not offer any constructive feedback is not particularly helpful and will therefore be rejected.
Feedback tasks:
Note: You may not participate, if you have previously submitted feedback for this business.
1) Look around the home page for about 10 seconds – is it immediately clear what Movid does? What is your initial impression of what you see?

3) Imagine you are looking for Video Based Home Exercise Programs. Are you encouraged to sign up with Movid? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
4) Go to Google and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why?

I provided feedback last time. What an incredible difference. 10 seconds wasn’t enough time, though. I used 6 seconds watching a teeny bit of the video.
The home page provides all the basic information. Plus the video.
The one thought I have is: instead of “Throw away your paper handouts,” state the problem with paper handouts? Are they hard for patients to follow? Do they not use them? Do the handouts explain the exercise, but viewing the exercises make them much easier to do properly?
You see, stating the problem helps people to realize they need something they didn’t even realize they needed.

As last time, I wanted to see the videos. I don’t remember how easy they were to access then. This time, they were extremely easy to access using the navigation bar.
Suggestion for the videos: He does speak rather quickly. It could be very challenging for non-native English speakers to understand all of it. You may want to consider subtitles or even dubbed versions for at least Spanish and, maybe some other more common languages spoken in the US.
Additionally, this could differentiate you from the other physical therapy video companies, thereby, increasing your business.

Much more so than before. Certainly, the free trial helps hugely.
And even before signing up for the free trial, I would want to have a list of all your videos to see if it suited my needs.
4) Go to Google and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which one do you prefer? Why?
I went to https://www.cyberpt.com. It doesn’t seem to have any audience appeal. It has no life. There is too much information squashed on the home page. There also is a page that lists all of exercise videos.
I played one video. There was no therapist in the video. Rather, there was what sounded almost like a computerized voice over. It also was extremely short—less than 30 seconds.
Your site is much more inviting and informative while still having a lot of “white space,” which makes it easier to read and follow.
I also noticed a YouTube video channel that has quite a few physical therapy videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFE768E04EE34CC99. And https://www.moveforwardpt.com, which has a page of physical therapy videos from a variety of sources: https://www.moveforwardpt.com/resources/video.aspx#.U2J3yIFdUrU. Although these aren’t really businesses, they are providing somewhat the same services and for free. If you haven’t looked at the variety and quality of the videos, it might be something for you to check out.

All my comments were made above.
1) Look around the home page for about 10 seconds – is it immediately clear what Movid does? What is your initial impression of what you see?
The message is very clear with the name itself. Movid meaning video about physical exercise.
After going through the homepage for about 10 seconds, it becomes more clear that it is an initiative to help patients with their physical therapy exercises.
This is human nature to forget the small mentions by the doctors but with Movid, this scenario can change.
2) Think of something you want to learn/find on this website. Now try to find it. Did you find what you were looking for? Was anything confusing?
There were to two things I intended to search for, pricing and contact details.
It was very easy as it were at the top of the page where one will see it the moment the page loads. A sample video was a tribute.
The fact that they are providing 30 day trials are wonderful for all to try the service and experience its wonders.
3) Imagine you are looking for Video Based Home Exercise Programs. Are you encouraged to sign up with Movid? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
If I were looking for such a program, then I must have definitely gone for Movid.
There are two reasons for my decision, first they have free trials so it doesn’t hurt trying the service and secondly the prices are cheap compared to offline coaching.
4) Go to Google and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why?
I searched and found clinicient and they have similar offers but they seem to be in business for quite long as it is evident from their blog and testimonials.
Movid seems like they are new to the industry so after knowing clinicient, I will go after them. I will try Movid if they offer comparatively lower price.

Have a blog on your website with some great posts revolving around the website’s usage and simplicity.
Every blog post should highlight one good point of yourself.
1) Look around the home page for about 10 seconds – is it immediately clear what Movid does? What is your initial impression of what you see?
Yes, it is immediately clear what Movid does because of the two clear large headings on the homepage “Throw Away your Paper Handouts” and “Send your Patients Professional Exercise Videos”. In summary, my initial impressions are positive.
2) Think of something you want to learn/find on this website. Now try to find it. Did you find what you were looking for? Was anything confusing?
I wanted to find out how it works and how you would send the videos to the patient. I noticed in the footer the “features” link which provided helpful videos. I would not say it was confusing; however the “features” link was hidden at the bottom of the page. So it would have been more helpful if it was nearer the top, so I could have accessed this information more easily.
3) Imagine you are looking for Video Based Home Exercise Programs. Are you encouraged to sign up with Movid? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
Yes. The sample videos, accessed via the link at the top of the pages, were very useful to get an idea of the helpfulness of the videos. So I would be encouraged to sign up, which is easily done simply by entering my email address in the box on the main page.
4) Go to Google and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why?
ExercisePro Live (https://www.exerciseprolive.com/Home/Index) offers a similar service. I prefer this Movid company as the website is simpler and more to the point. The ExercisePro Live company website was a little confusing and had too much information on the homepage, which meant I found myself losing interest.

I thought the “Handout Hall of Shame” was a good idea. In summary a very informative website providing useful information about the Movid service enabling me to make an informed decision as to whether the product was right for me.
Many thanks for this feedback opportunity.
Good luck!
Kind regards.
1. Yes. It’s clear to me right away that Movid is a service that enables physical therapists to send exercise demonstration videos to their patients. My first impression is that I like what I see above the fold. Your headline is simple and communicates quite clearly that your site offers “professional exercise videos.” Immediately under the headline, you address your target market, informing us that the videos are for “your physical therapy clinic,” and then there’s a very nicely done intro video to introduce us to the service.
Once I scroll down, I think the rest of the home page is a little lengthy and has a somewhat “cluttered” look. There’s just a little “too much” here. For instance, I don’t think you need two testimonial sections (“What people are saying” and “Patients Love Video”), and I think your selling points could be condensed. That is, you could reduce all the wordy copy to a bullet list that says:
–Helps patients visualize exercises and follow along at home
–Keeps patients motivated between appointments
–Facilitates communication between you and your patients
And then you could elaborate on those points on other pages.
2. I wanted to find out more about how the process would work. For example, would I integrate the videos into my own website? Would I sign my clients up so that you could send them videos? I had to go to “Features” to get these answers, but it took some poking around to find the link since it was at the bottom of the home page instead of up in the top navbar. Once I watched the demo videos on the “Features” page, I understood that I’d be picking and customizing videos to tailor an exercise plan for each patient and also to brand communications with my clinic’s logo, contact info, and whatnot. I do think the demo videos are useful, but I think they should be more accessible (i.e., from a tab in the home page navbar rather than a link hiding out at the bottom), and I also think that the voiceover narration needs to be slower and clearer and the volume louder. I found it a little hard to follow these videos for those reasons.
3. Absolutely. I think this would be very, very useful for any physical therapist. I know that when I’ve had to do exercises at home for various health problems, I’ve sometimes been confused by the vague printed instructions and diagrams I had to take home with me. Now and then, I’d even find out at the next appointment that I’d been doing the exercise completely wrong! Anyway, I think this is a fantastic way to make sure patients understand and remember what they’re supposed to to do, and I have to think it would help keep them motivated between PT sessions. It also encourages them to keep in touch with the therapist and ask questions or report problems as they come up.
4. I searched on “physical therapy videos,” and I didn’t find a single other service like yours! My results included a lot of physical therapy clinics that had provided their own videos for patients and sites where individuals could go to access exercise videos on their own initiative. But I didn’t see anything that would allow PTs to take pre-made exercise videos and customize a video exercise program for their own patients. It looks like you’ve come up with a unique idea!
5. I love the concept of Movid. I think it’s unique and could be extremely beneficial to both PTs and patients. On your home page, I like what you’ve done above the fold, but I think you need to cut down on the “clutter” below, as previously mentioned. I also don’t understand why “About,” “Features,” and “List of our Exercises” are at the bottom of the page instead of the top. You have plenty of room in your navbar, and it’s very important for prospective customers to understand how your service works and what exercises you offer. I think you have a terrific collection of exercise videos to show off, but your own Movid demo videos could stand to have improved narration, as mentioned previously. I have no issues with your “Pricing” page, which is easy enough to understand, but I think “Handout Hall of Shame,” while cute, might be better integrated on a page with selling points. Basically, I think you should do the following:
–Structure your navbar like so: “Home Page,” “Why Movid?,” “How It Works,” “Exercises,” “Pricing,” “About,” “Contact.”
–Shorten the home page as previously described.
–On the “Why Movid?” page, flesh out your selling points. This is the place for the Handout Hall of Shame, too. If you need two pages, put a dropdown menu under the main tab.
–On “How It Works,” put up your demo videos. You might also want some accompanying text in case people don’t want to sit through videos.
–Under “Exercises,” get a dropdown menu going so that you have one page for your “Exercise List” and one for “Sample Videos.”
–“Pricing” can remain as it is, and “About” and “Contact” are self-explanatory.
Again, I think your idea is terrific, and if you can organize the site just a little more effectively, I think this will take off for you!
