Q – Visit http://www.skill-capped.com. Upon first visiting the site, is it apparent what Skill Capped offers?
A – Very Clear, there is no question about what your site offers. 5/5
Q – What sticks out? What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
A – Honestly the website itself is very well put together. I have nothing negative to say about it. Adding a customer testimonial to the front page is a great idea. The only suggestion I have is that on the front page you might consider changing that picture of a video to an actual video.

A – I was able to find the video just fine. One thing that I really consider the only major problem of the website are the actual videos themselves. There are a few things I might suggest. I watched a video where you had a paly/war vs priest/mage and at the very beginning you talked for like 5 minutes and had this MASSIVE wall of text on the screen before the actual fight started. I would suggest adding some type of b-roll to the video when your talking rather than just that textwall. Consider visualizing the pros/cons of each side by showing pictures of the spell/ability icons rather than just writing their names. Shoot for more pictures and less text.
Q – What are some concerns you may have when considering whether to sign up?
A – With checkout the key is to make it as think-free as possible. You don’t want the customer to have to spend more than 10 seconds on anything, and in that respect, your doing very well. Two things, I would suggest either removing or adding a “no” option for the “Recurring?” option. Having yes only is no good and a waste I think. Same with payment method, either remove the “paypal” option or add google checkout as well so there actually is an option. I would actually recommend having at least two checkout methods (you could add Google Checkout) just incase one stops working temporarily or a customer has a strong preference for one or the other.
Do you have experience playing World of Warcraft? If so, how long have you played? Do you have arena/PVP experience?
Yes, been a WoW player since launch. Started with a 60 UD Rogue, then moved to 60 UD Mage, then moved to 70 UD Warlock, then moved to 80 BE Pally. Looking forward to Cataclysm.
PVP XP with all toons listed above.
Hope This Helps!
