About StaffingReviews:
StaffingReviews.com exists to help you find the best staffing company for your needs. Whether you are an employer looking for new vendors or an individual looking for a job this site is for you. There are thousands of staffing companies that deserve great reviews from their customers and contractors. These reviews are your guide to using a credible company that is capable of finding you the absolute best talent or job. Employers and employees should make StaffingReviews.com their first stop before working with any company.
Site looks good. Makes good use of the space they have available. Writing is big and easy to read. However, the reviews do take over the front page. Maybe cut down on the reviews a little and list other possible uses for the site. Therefore, people can see other ways they can utilize what this company offers. I understand they are a staffing company and word of mouth says a lot, but half the reviews are jokes anyway. Maybe have another page that has extensive reviews that the funny reviews could be published there. That way at first glance the site shows in depth information about how the company values their business in finding the right staff for all needs. Then realistic reviews on the staffing this company obtains.

Is the site simple to use?

It appears simple enough, but the homepage needs some work on the aesthetics to look better.
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.

Well the upper right hand corner, the white border around Staffing Companies runs out of the dark blue into the light (and disappears). The Find and Find a state text start before the dark blue border, and Staffing Companies needs to be more on the dark blue too. The Featured Reviews text has the white border running through it. The Staffing Reviews text in crimson runs onto the dark blue side. All of these things take away from the professional factor. I also think you are using too many colors here. I see orange/blue (work together), but then you have crimson, teal, gold text under the teal SAP Staffing Consultants. I think you should stick with one shade of blue and not many.
Would you use this site?

No I have a job and do not need to locate a staffing company.
Am I missing anything critical?

The paragraph after StaffingReviews.com doesn’t work for me. I would never read it. You need to emphasize main points and get rid of chunks of text that most people will not read.
Also, under Business Categories, you have way way too many. The rule is generally no more than 9. You almost have 20. This is way too many for a navigation bar, and I doubt some of these professions would seek a staffing company to get employed.
Under Featured listings, I dont like how there is no space between header and text below, and honestly I don’t think you need descriptive text under these headers.
Why not move your Business Categories at the top of the page and trim the list down. I suggest you use a “drop down” box to select the category, rather than list out all 17 of them, and maybe a “Go” button to search.
Is the site simple to use?
I found the site simple to use, although I had to read the home page for a minute to get the gist of where to go.  I have an IT background, so I selected it, and thought it was completely straight forward to see reviews or link to the staffing company (example was SAP in this case).
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
Nope. Looked good to me. Eventually when you have hundreds or thousands of reviews, presumably they would be alphabetized by company or whatever, but initially, it was very straightforward.
Would you use this site?
Sure would. There is a definite need for a review site for staffing, as in the past it was all word of mouth about the culture, conditions and attitudes of staffing groups. This is absolutely great for IT consultants. I assume it is the same for the other fields listed on your site.
Am I missing anything critical?
Not that I saw. I assume you will be cleaning out the sample reviews that were actually quite clever (outsourcing to martians)! Any real staffing groups (again, like SAP) who want to be front loaded in would be useful so that something is out there to start with. I suppose Employers want to make sure that site is monitored so that no one is completely trashing them (like competitors!!) with out recourse.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
Great idea and I hope it is a huge success. Hopefully it is easily searchable on google so that when people are looking for reviews on staffing (or Employers) they find the site. I’d never heard of such a site so it wouldn’t come automatically to mind. Enjoyed checking it out.
Is the site simple to use?
The site has a simple layout, I’m able to find companies based on industry. I’m also able to type in a company name and if they are listed, find them that way too. The main page is easy to understand and readable, a visitor understands what the site is about right away, and how to use it.
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
I have not encountered any glitches so far, except for not finding a couple of companies’ names, but they just might not have been listed for review. My only other comment would be, there is a lot of space at the ends where there is no information. What I mean is, the information on the page is centered, and there is space on either side, that could be intentional, but it does take away from the look of the page.
Would you use this site?
I would most likely not use this site. This is mainly due to there aren’t enough companies listed yet, and I don’t know where the reviews would be coming from at this time. The site doesn’t have enough of a track record yet for me to use.
Am I missing anything critical?
The site needs more actual reviews and maybe categories to review before launch. If there aren’t many reviews or companies listed on the site when visitors start coming, it will drive away interested parties and they won’t come back. I would suggest adding more companies and putting other reviews on the site to encourage others for doing so.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
I think it’s a good idea, but there is a lot of competition out there for this type of website. It would be interesting to have actual employee reviews, as well as those who have gone through interview processes at these companies listed on site. The site needs to offer something a potential user can’t just find for themselves on Google or other similar sites.
Is the site simple to use?
I would have wanted to see the information about your company at the top of page. At quick glance you first see your tagline and box/tabs at the top of the page. I just had to jump right in and see if your site was what I thought it was. I was also a little thrown off by the fact when you enter a state the tab goes back to select a state and the information was at the bottom of the page. I must say that I put in my personal state three times before I realized the information was going to to the section just below. All in all your site is quit easy to use. Pick a state, find a company, and or add a staffing company and give feedback.
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
This is not a glitch but on your homepage you have a section that says featured reviews but you have nothing under that title, just a bunch a unused blue space.
Would you use this site?
Possibly, I think that feedback, good or back is essential for any company to either improve or stay strong on what their doing.
Am I missing anything critical?
When I was doing a mock rating for a company and clicked on the review this company tab it took me to an area where I had to list the name of the company and so forth. If I am reviewing that company why would I need to list the companies name again as if it wasn’t already in your database. Then when I wanted to reply to someones comment it told me to login or register but I didn’t see anywhere to do so. Also when I clicked on the Go tab under find rate and review it said page not found. Im still left guessing how to login or register.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
I think that the homepage needs to have a unified look. It seems like there are two different looks to it with one side being light blue and orange and the other side being dark blue. I would like to have seen the search information in a different area rather than being on the homepage. I also don’t quit understand why you have caterogies on the side of the page if the staffing companies are based on location. I find it uncessary to pull a long list companies in locations that are not relevant to me. I also noticed that some of the companies have star ratings but there’s no average rating in some of the boxes. An example would be Platonium Staffing. I think that featured listings section is way to long leaving all this dead blue space at the bottom of your page. Maybe you should put them at the bottom, limit the list or create a tab for them on its own page. I also see no contact information on your site. That would be helpful if someone needed your asistance or had questions about your site.
Is the site simple to use?
The layout looks simple enough to understand, but I have some concerns, which I’ll detail below.
Â
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
Yes. For some reason, I wasn’t able to use the search feature in the upper right corner of the home page. Whenever I clicked any of the fields or buttons, nothing happened. It was totally unresponsive. Also noticed that you have no featured reviews under the head “Featured Reviews” below the search box. In addition, many of the categories I looked at under “Business Categories” are completely empty. Those categories that have listings do not list them alphabetically.
Â
Would you use this site?
Not as it is right now, no. There aren’t enough staffing agencies listed at the moment to be of any real benefit to me. Perhaps as your listings grow, it will be more useful.
Â
Am I missing anything critical?
There are a few things I’d really like to see changed. One is your search feature in the upper right corner of the home page. Assuming that you fix whatever glitches it’s having at the moment, I’d also like to see you add the option to search by city and/or zip code. Most states are large enough that grouping agencies by state is likely to result in pages and pages of listings to sort through. If I’m looking for a staffing agency, I want to identify agencies near me, not four or five hours away in another part of the state. In addition, right now there are only three ways I can find a staffing agency–I can search by company name, I can search by state, or I can browse through categories. However, I’d like to have the option to browse listings alphabetically and by user ranking, as well.

You’ve made an interesting choice to forgo informational pages and lay out everything about your service on the home page. Usually that doesn’t work too well, but in your case, it’s not so bad because the service you offer is so basic–just a searchable directory. Unless you intend to charge something for your service, it’s not as essential that you build user trust with an about page or an FAQ or whatnot. However, the more of those kinds of informational pages you include, the more professional a site tends to look, so that’s something you may want to keep in mind for the future.
Â
The home page itself has a rather generic color scheme and logo. I don’t think that’s a make-or-break issue, but it’s something you should be aware of. The page is also quite long. Do you really need that many review samples on the home page? It’s kind of overwhelming to the eyes. Also, the current sample reviews are confusing. They don’t identify the agency they’re commenting on, and they actually appear to be some kind of joke. (Martian staffing???) If you don’t have any real reviews yet, I suggest you either create a few or find something else to fill this space on the home page. The silly jokes don’t come off well. In addition, I’m not loving the “Featured Listings” in the third column. They look like ads (and maybe they are). One more thing: This is pretty minor, but I notice some little grammatical errors on the home page. For instance, if you’re going to capitalize your tag line, then the word “their” should be capitalized too. On the other hand, why is your “return to home page” link all in lowercase? Why is the “to write a review or submit content” link (which appears to be broken, by the way) also in lowercase?
Â
I’ve already commented on my problems with the home page search feature as well as on the minor issues I noticed with the category listings.
Â
My final impression is that your site is very basic but ok for the purpose it serves. However, if you really want to stand out, you should make an effort to better brand your site. Right now, it’s very cookie cutter. Ideally, you’d have a more unique logo and slogan, some images of smiling professionals to personalize the site, and more informational pages (i.e., an about page, an FAQ, a contact page, and so on).
Is the site simple to use?
Â
It is simple to use and understandable. The layout is perfect and colors are cool. The search box is clear to search a particular company and also options to add new company.
At first sight I felt to search about a particular company.
Â
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
I really wonder whether the search column on the upper right is working or not because I gave nearly 10 top most company names but I couldn’t find even one. Blank space appeared under “Featured Reviews†column. Featured Listings was bit confused and not clear as they were not in order and I observed that some one gave reviews without mentioning the company name.
Would you use this site?
How can I use this site and go on because I rely on many similar sites which provide accurate information in clear manner. May be in future I think so.
Am I missing anything critical?
The main search is not enough to search and I think they are some problems which you need to fix them immediately. By the way most of the search criteria are based on zip numbers rather cities and states. This may help the consultants to get exact location where they are looking for. Make sure that you make company name as a mandatory field while writing the review.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
Reduce number of reviews on the homepage because they made the page confusing, bit long and they appears as ads. I noticed that there should be proper text induction.
Better provide with contact us from, FAQ, about etc.
As they are many sites with similar stuff your website should me unique when compared for that purpose use some strong captions some unique features. List out the top staffing companies and I would suggest you to provide a feature regarding the market rate for the particular position or technology that would help the consultants a lot.
If anyone gave search for a particular company which was not listed just display a message “Be the first to write review†instead of not responding or displaying with some other error message.
Is the site simple to use?
Yes, the site is simple and easy to use. The colors are easy on the eyes and the layout is clear and concise.
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
I don’t know if it’s considered a major glitch, but there seems to be a lack of contact information. How are we to contact those that keep and update this site? A phone number, email and corporate address should be listed.
Would you use this site?
Yes, I would use this site. Provided that the information provided seems fair and verifiable.
Am I missing anything critical?
Contact information and maybe FAQ.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
Who monitors the site? Are there any links for a business to fight a negative feedback?(sort of like correcting a bad credit report) Does the company themselves know about the feedback left? How are they informed? Overall I like the look and the feel of the site, especially the simplicity of it. Too many times sites are overrun by too many things goings on. I like that I can focus on this site without all of the added “extras”.
Is the site simple to use?
Yes the site is simple enough to use. The layout is very good. The search tabs are on top of the page. It makes it very easy for the user to figure out what the site is about.
–search by state.
–Find staffing company
-enter feedback.
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
There are minor glitches as far not utilizing space is concerned. On the homepage, there is a section that says ‘featured reviews’ with nothing underneath. There is a lot of unused dark blue space on all the other pages as well. You can put lots of useful information there. You could also think off adding a ‘how to use’ page.
Would you use this site?
Yes. But in all honesty, i would look at other job search engines and feedback sites for a more in depth analysis of each company . As an employee , i would look at other serious feedbacks.
Am I missing anything critical?
Apart from the search by zipcode and addressing space utilization issues and other arrangement glitches, i think it’s vital for this site to provide valuable feedbacks for the companies and not just informal reviews. This site should consider creating a feedback form which asks generic questions and makes the user write more comprehensively about the company. The site doesn’t draw enough attention according to me.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
– The layout is good. except for some minor space issues.
– Include a how to use page.
– Include contact information and a faq page.
– Create a feedback form
– Provide more information about the company.
Overall the site needs a bit more work , but a nice job nonetheless.
Is the site simple to use?
Yes the site is easy to use. The lay out is very clear.
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
I don’t know if it would be considered a glitch or not but the address of the first featured company is not company is not complete. It does not look very professional. It was the only one I saw that way but I think that would turn me off a bit if I were thinking about using this site. I also think a set of guideline for the responses would be good. For example if it’s an employer maybe they should say, I have been using abc company for 5 years or this was my first time using abc but I really impressed because etc.. If it’s employee maybe they should also say how long they have been working that particular company. I’m sure it’s a necessity but the added info would be nice.
Would you use this site?
Yes, I think I would use this site because of the clean layout and because it’s easy to use.
Am I missing anything critical?
I don’t see an explanation of the start system. Does just one positive review with no other reviews earn a company 6 stars? I also don’t see a way to track new reviews. I think if I was an employer I would want to see what people are saying about me but I wouldn’t want to have to remember to keep checking the website because I would be busy with other stuff. An employee looking for an job might also want to keep updated with reviews for a company they are thinking about working for.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
Overall I like the site but I really dislike the black line on the left side of the page it makes the page look disjointed. I think with some info about things mentioned earlier would be good. Some way to make the site more authoritative would also add to it. I am an employer, I have used xyz because…., Maybe a suggested writing format would be helpful. That way hopefully people will be sharing similar relevant information. I know this is dumb but I think you need to say only people with real working experience with these companies should reply. I hate going to review sites and reading reviews by what are clearly disgruntled customers. Good Luck

Is the site simple to use?
Yes, I have to say that I was impressed with how it looked. I like the way it was categorized on the side so that individuals could go to their area of interest and find information on the staffing agencies that are out there in their area and what their reputation is.
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
This website seems to be well done, I can’t really find any glitches that I would find totally annoying. The only glitch I would think of is getting your service out to the public. Its a great service, and getting traffic to it would be crucial.
Â
Would you use this site?
Yes, definitely. I have been looking for work, and this service could tell me which staffing agencies are worth going to and which ones are worth avoiding.
Am I missing anything critical?
I can’t seem to find anything that I find bothersome on this website. In fact I look forward to investigating it further.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
Its key to get traffic to your website. You have a great service, that many could consider invaluable, I know that I do.
Is the site simple to use?
Yes the site is easy to use. The general layout makes sense.
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
I don’t know if I would call this a glitch or not but the address of the first featured site is not entered correctly. I plugged in MO and CO in the state search bar and no reviews came up. Also, wondering what is the difference between featured review and featured listing.
Would you use this site?
Probably, It will depend on the quality and quantity of back it gets.
Am I missing anything critical?
I think it needs some sort off posting guidelines. Employers should state how long they have been using abc company because it would effect my decision as to how much faith I should have in there views. I think employees should have to do the same thing. There needs to be a way to follow comments. The site also needs an explanation of the star rating system.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
Overall the idea is good and the site well layed out with just a few enhancements it will be a nice site. One general note is the black line on the left side make the page feel disjointed. Good Luck
Is the site simple to use?
Yes, the site is very easy to use. The featured listings on one side and the business categories on the other make it comfortable for the user to navigate. It is a bit busy and the home page needs some additional work. The top needs to be smaller, the blurb about Staffing Reviews needs to be rewritten into a more user friendly tone – I had to make myself read it. Play around with putting that paragraph on one side or the other under the name or the search buttons. It will go better there.
Have you discovered any glitches that need to be corrected before the mass marketing begins next week.
All of the links work, everything appears ready to go after the home page is “fixed.”
Would you use this site?
Sure I would use the site. Reviews of businesses are difficult to find and are useful for everyone involved. To have reviews by both employers and employees all in one place is not only a great idea but is helpful to many people.
Am I missing anything critical?
Log in page? I couldn’t find it and wasn’t even sure one was needed. I attempted to review a business but never could tell if the review was posted as I received no feedback.
Please share any additional feedback or comment you may have.
The home page bothers me. The links on either side are great. The reviews are ok in that they give an idea of what kind of things are expected. It is the top and the paragraph about the company that needs some revising in size, color, wording and location.
Sorry this a double. Please evaluate number 10. Thank you
