What do you think the site is about? As a lover of word search games, overall when looking at the home site for the first 5-10 seconds, I recognize that it is a word search website and an interesting factor that you get to create your own which ive never come across before.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like? A couple of things that i find bothersome first is on the homepage the puzzle itself on the computer looks extremely overwhelming… Too big. It threw me off and just too much work at first glance. Maybe if it can be resized to a smaller size that would help. Another thing is the $9.95 Buy now. No where on the site except under the help tab does it mention that there is only a one time fee. That is what will sell your product is if you advertise it on your homepage and/or also mention it on the Purchase page where people will pay and give their personal info (for example “one time fee” of 9.95). Another suggestion can be where the “create your list of words” page is I dont know if there is a specific size the puzzle can be? or is there a maximum of words one can use? Or is it an endless list that you can create? It just allows me to input words. Remember not everyone likes word puzzles, but for the people who do it needs to be appealing. I do like the concept of the website, its simple to use and fun.
Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? Yes I would.
Are you encouraged to pay for an account? If not, why? With a few changes mentioned above yes I would purchase a one time fee of $9.95
Does the price seem reasonable based on what you can do with the software? If not, why? Yes it seems reasonable especially if its a one time fee. I would not pay if it would be monthly.

About The Word Search Maker: Im very big on customer service. I see that there is only an email address to ask questions. Although I know that a website like this doesnt require a lot of questions, however I did send an email asking them a couple of general questions. Normally with any company I would like to know that someone could reply back to me at a reasonable time frame. I did not receive any type of quick response or to assure me that my email did get to their destination. For example sending an auto reply email saying something like “thank you for your concern we will respond to your email within 24 hours” something just as simple would make the customer feel important.
Thank you for making me a part of your feedback program.

A site that provides an endless variety of Word Search puzzles that can be customizable. These are both education and fun.
What do you find bothersome? What do you like?
– The home page is simple and easy to follow
– Not visually balanced and maybe a bit choppy. Have you tried listing the 4 items vertically, rather than in two columns? There is a lot of unused space on the right side where the picture is
– If you want to use blue on blue, you might want the print to be in a darker blue
– There is nothing on here to GRAB my attention
Are you encouraged to sign up for a free trial/free account? If not, why?
If I were a teacher or parent, I might, IF I were already familiar with word puzzles.
Are you encouraged to pay for an account? If not, why?
Again, if I were a teacher or parent and was already familiar with the concept of word puzzles and were convinced that I would be using this on a regular basis, I would.
Does the price seem reasonable based on what you can do with the software? If not, why?
Yes.
Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have.
As I mentioned earlier, there is nothing on the home page to GRAB my attention. Show me in a clear, concise, and compelling manner why I need this. Tell me why this is important? What problem does this solve? Is spelling a problem? Is keeping kids entertained a problem? How does this make a difference? Do grade improve? Do children learn to spell more quickly? Does it keep them entertained on long trips?
