Landing page for the site looks clean, attractive, and nicely laid out. Images are nice, as are the colors. Events are easy to pick from.

First thing I looked for was a FAQ (didn’t find it, though I am guessing that ‘support’ is the place to go for any questions) and a Terms and Conditions (or other legal document) which is found at the bottom of the page.

Quickly found tickets for a Toronto Blue Jays game.
Â
Happy to see a fair bit of Canadian content.Â
Â
Finding things was relatively easy, both via the search engine and through random scrolling through topic and state/provincial searches.

At the moment, I am not overly clear on what the free account offers versus the premium account. I do understand that the premium account offers me ‘unlimited’ posting of ads. But what is my limit for a ‘normal’ or non-premium account? Is the normal account free? What do you mean by ‘as little as $25 a month’? It seems to suggest that there may be hidden fees or charges and I may be paying more. These need to be addressed in a FAQ section. Also, there is nothing that tells me what your service fees may be for purchasing tickets (again, something that would be answered in a FAQ section “Do you charge service fees?”)

Â
I have noted that there are other sites that offer ticket trades and sales–some of them for individual types of events (i.e.: concerts or sporting events) while others focus on an individual city or region.Â
Â
Ticket Liquidators is one that I went to. While not as attractive visually or as user friendly as yours, their offers are a fair bit larger, and their FAQ does a great job answering questions about the mechanics of the site and of sales, deliveries, and service fee rates. Also, their policies are a bit better spelled out.

My only concern with the site is, of course, with ticket delivery. While you address this in your Disclaimer, I think it needs to be something that is noted again and again (I am assuming that you place the disclaimer attached to each transaction/purchase).

While your site doesn’t seem to offer anything new, it does seem to do so in a bit more of an attractive layout. As noted, your lack of a FAQ section that explains such things as service fees, the difference between a normal and premium accounts, etc, makes it hard to decide if you offer anything at a greater advantage to anything already out there.
1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see? The layout is easy to understand but is unattractive. I like that it takes no thought, I know where to go to find what I am looking for.
2) Think of something you want to find on this website. Now try to find it. Did you find what you were looking for? Was anything confusing? I wanted to find concerts in PA. That category came up immediately and the method to find things was super easy.
3) Are you encouraged to (create a new account, subscribe, sign up for a free trial, etc.)? Can you tell us why (or why not)? Yes, in that you need to sign in to really do anything on the site. The login buttons are at logical places. Overall, I sort of felt ambivalent about signing up. I think the design of the site makes it feel like I would get a lot of spam after signing up. The layout is dated and feels cheap.
4) Go to search engine of your choice and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why? Looking at StubHub, they at least list a minimum price. The layout on individual events gives me more immediate and easier to read information about time, place, number of tickets, ect. Here I have to click a lot to get that info and then it is hard to read.
5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have. I think some redesign will go a long way to making this site more usable and competitive. The pages feel crowded and hard to read.
