1) What are 3 things that we can do to improve our app?
Â
All bases are largely covered here. I see a possible need for more testimonials of people who have downloaded the ap and have had hands on experience with it. The testimonials speak volumes and add a huge credibility factor to a product. The social media seems well represented and covered here. could see another addition being trust badges. And a final addition being an 800 number in the upper right header, as opposed to an non-800 number deep in the contact page.
Â
2) Were you able to easily understand how to start a game and invite your friends to play?
Â
Yes, I went through and found no difficulty or concerns. Very intuitive and functional.
Â
3) After you played a couple of games are you engaged? Do you want to invite others and challenge them?
Â
Yes, it does give one that feeling, as if you want to let others know what you have found and would like to engage them with this kind of activity. Very cool!
Â
4) Does the game insight competition? Would you prefer to play on a category/content type?
Â
Yes to the first question, and would think category would be the best modality for easy of gaming and quickly going to subjects that interest you the most.

Â
Very usable site and app. Easy to navigate, easy to get up to speed on what is being offered. Good concept with good potential for growth. Nothing additional to add in way of improvements, as mentioned above, most bases appear to be covered here. Nice work!
1) What are 3 things that we can do to improve our app?
First, the music is very annoying! Â I did go into settings and turn it off but maybe you could have choices in there (ie: jeopardy, jaws, etc.) for people to choose from. Â Second, I found it hard to really find out how to play – after playing about 10 games I still am not sure how to pick a category or if they are just always so random. Â I would make this clearer and also allow a way to choose categories aside form the three that are randomly selected for me. Â A final suggestion would be to punch up the color and graphics on this ap. Â I know it’s silly that even as an adult I do like when the visuals are fun. Â This feels very generic the way that it is currently.
2) Were you able to easily understand how to start a game and invite your friends to play? Â Yes, that part was actually very easy to understand.
3) After you played a couple of games are you engaged? Do you want to invite others and challenge them? Â I got a little frustrated by the time it took for me to be assigned a foe. Â I also was confused by what the whole “power up” thing was. Â I looked around to try and find info on it but couldn’t. Â I assume it is to kind of increase the gain or loss but that should be more clear. Â I did have fun but certainly was compelled to stay there playing for much longer. Â I invited others (random foes) and they played once and never came back so currently I have 6 people that is their turn. Â
4) Does the game insight competition? Would you prefer to play on a category/content type?
5) Please share any additional feedback/comments you may have. Â I actually love playing online games and one thing I really like on Pogo is that you can create a friends list as well as block players. Â I know there is the area you can search for someone but would be nice to be able to save a players name that I enjoyed playing with or be able to block someone that is vulgar, a bad sport, etc. I would LOVE if you had a section for kids where I could let my kids play – for example – 4th grade math. Â I sure would feel much better letting them take my phone to play if it felt that it was educational on some level. Â As I mentioned in #3, I played a bunch of people but they would never come back to continue playing. Is there a way to set it up so you can play a computer?
