The first result that I see is Vizzop- Customer Support & Analytics SAAS. It is not immediately clear what the company does, just based on the title alone, but it does give me basic idea. Based on the title only, I would say that the company provides customer support and helps business websites with their search keywords for tracking customers.
The description states “Customer support with co-browsing & chat. Leap the gap and increase conversion rates. vizzop. What is vizzop? Vizzop is the definitive way of monitoring your ..” It is more clear to me what this company does based on the description. I would say that this company provides customer support for business, like virtual assistants type of support. They provide chat and co-browsing.
The only link that I see within the Vizzop is the “I can’t log in” link directly below it. There are no other links showing on the result page for this website. This link does not help me learn anything more about the company. I would have to click on the actual link to learn anything more than what the title and description state.
After googling Customer support with co-browsing & chat, I see a lot of different websites, they are live support sites. Livelook, Chat live person, and Verishow. I would be inclined to click on Verishow because of the description under their title. Their description is very clear to me what this company does based on some of the other descriptions.
Vizzop did not even show on the first page of results when I googled “Customer support with co-browsing & chat. Their title and description were not as easily understood to me as the other sites that showed up when I googled that description. So I would think that they could make sure they have a higher ranking in their search results based on a few of the above key words like “live chat, customer support, co browsing”. I would certainly change the description as well that shows up because I did notice the other sites were very clear but Vizzop was not as clear.
I provided feedback for VIZZOP before. Since this request didn’t state otherwise, my presumption is that you want to feedback from those who provided feedback before, as well as those who did not.

I see “Customer support with co-browsing & chat Leap the gap and increase conversion rates” as the title.
Is it clear? Yes and no. It is clear to those who know what the term “co-browsing” means. I understand it from the last time I provided feedback for you. I wouldn’t have understood it before.
I understand this to mean that you can see what the customer sees in order to provide better service. As I said, I understand because I viewed this before. I would be Googling the term “co-browsing” if I hadn’t.
If this were strictly for knowledgeable customer service managers, who were looking for a system that would enable co-browsing, then I would say it is clear.
If this is for anyone with a website, including neophytes at e-commerce, I’m not certain that they would understand.

What do you mean by the description? Do you mean the graphic?
It might be clear to some people. However, you appear to be expecting people to automatically understand that the second computer screen belongs to the company/customer service rep.
It would be most helpful if there were some indication of this. Maybe above the customer screen, it could say: “Customer screen” and above the company/customer service rep screen it could say: “Your screen.”

Are you asking us to use a search engine to see if VIZZOP is on the first page?
If so, then, no it isn’t. I went to Google and searched for several different variations for co-browsers and chat capability and did not see VIZZOP listed. For many, I went to the second and third pages and still didn’t see VIZZOP Sorry.

I would probably click several, starting with the #1 entry: Olark.com. However, in my previous results, I saw Firefly listed several times and it is listed here a couple of times—both its website and in an article on techcrunch.com. So, if I had to choose only one company to research, it would by Firefly.

Wow, that’s a big question.
I went onto several of the co-browsing sites on the first page of Google. Every single one of them provides some explanation as to what co-browsing is. Several have actual definitions, including Firefly. Moxiesoft.com says “CoBrowse Spaces™
Screen share for rapid inquiry resolution.” Screen-sharing has become a common term and this helps define co-browse.
If I were you, I would go view the top sites and see how they are clarifying the term co-browse. I also would view to see what other things they are doing that might clarify what they do.
Additionally, have you asked an expert in SEO? A friend of mine said that it can take a new website a year before it starts getting noticed by search engines. That is not my expertise, so I can’t corroborate that.
In any case, I wouldn’t depend on SEO as the only source for clients. I would do other forms of marketing, as well. This will increase the traffic (and your revenues) and, quite possibly, help you get noticed by the search engines.

Vizzop is the definitive way of monitoring your…” From this description, I would think that Vizzop provides a SAAS for customer service which includes a chat feature and possibly the ability to monitor what the user sees on his/her screen (co-browsing).
3. The “I can’t log in” page is shown. And, no, that doesn’t help me learn anything more about the company. In fact, it’s kind of a deterrent. It doesn’t exactly make the best first impression when one of your very first Google results is a help/error page.
4. I see results for co-browsing software. Since I know nothing about any of these companies, I would probably pick the first result (Olark) to explore first. Then I’d go down the list, visiting each site one by one until I felt I had a reasonable selection of choices to compare with each other and make a final purchase decision.
5. Search engine ranking is based on a lot of different factors, and improving it isn’t as simple or formulaic a task as it used to be since the last few Google revisions to their search algorithms. But, first of all, you may want to reconsider your title tags. Notice that all your competitors in Google search results have “co-browsing” and “chat” in their titles. In contrast, Vizzop only has the rather vague “customer support” and “analytics.” Fix that. 🙂 Second, you want to build out your site. Right now you only have a home page plus the Create Your Account page. You definitely want to create a number of content-rich pages that explain and demonstrate what Vizzop offers. Third, you want to make sure that your site is optimized for mobile as well as traditional browsing. Finally, search rankings and traffic tend to interact with a spiral effect in which the higher you’re ranked the more traffic you get and the more traffic you get the higher you’re ranked. You can get more traffic by having a social media presence on Facebook and Twitter, starting a blog, or perhaps writing articles related to online customer support, web site analytics, etc. If you can establish yourself as something of an authority in that area, it’s a good way to attract business to your site. In any case, there’s a lot of information about SEO available, much of it on the web for free, so this is something you can look into in depth at your own leisure.

3. Yes, there are other links within the Google search engine that show links for Vizzop. There s a Cruncnhbase.com profile, which shows that Vizzop offers software, customer support with co-browsing. There is also a Youtube link, however it does not provide any details to that link description about Vizzop.
4. When I googled customer support with co-browsing and chat that first link that comes up is for : chatliveperson.com, livelook.com and bomgar.com (these links were Ads). The fourth link was for olark.com which I would personally click first due to the link not coming up as an advertisement.
5. Vizzop would need to subscribe to a search engine program that will allow them to come up on the first page on Google. They will also need to better describe the services offered in the description next to the link since the name of the business does not describe the services that are offered.

Based on the title only, it was not immediately clear what the company does. Only thing which was clear was that it is somehow related with support.

By looking at the result, the first thing I understood is that it helps with customer support. The description says ” Customer support with co-browsing and chat”, so I think that Vizzop will help share the client’s screen with the support team so that the support team can resolve the client’s problems or help resolve any queries that they might have. Like the result says, it will help the support team monitor the client’s actions on the website. It is not immediately clear what Vizzop does but it did help me form an idea.

No, the search results page do not contain any links to any other pages within vizzop. Only other thing which was helpful on the search results page was a YouTube vizzop demo video and the few image search results. The image results show pictures with a laptop and a desktop, with an arrow pointing from the laptop too the desktop. This reaffirms my idea that the support team would be able to see and monitor what the client does.

When I googled “Customer support with co-browsing & chat”, the results which were displayed in the search results page were Olark, Moxiesoft, Verishow, Egain, Netop, Usefirefly, Techcrunch, Bomgar and a quora page about the best co-browsing tool available in the market today.
The results which I was inclined to click on were usefirefly and olark. This is because Olark was the first results displayed and usefirefly because the quora page which talks about the best co-browsing tool available has talked about firefly. The quora page discusses three leading co-browsing providers and summarises each one. The first one which it talks about is firefly. So solely based on the search results page, even if firefly is the third best, I’d pick firefly.

In my opinion, the description should be improved. We only get two lines for description, why waste it with questions like “What is vizzop”. Instead of the question taking up so much of the space provided for the description, I think that it would be better if it is explained what Vizzop does. We already know that it helps with customer service from the title of the search result, I think now the description instead of saying “Customer support with co-browsing and chat”, can say something like “Vizzop is the definitive way of monitoring…and support with co-browsing and chat”. I think that it would be better is some new information is provided first, some information which helps understand what Vizzop is or how it is used or why we require it. I think that would be better.
