    1) Look around the home page for about 10 seconds – is it immediately clear what vizzop does? What is your initial impression of what you see?
     
    In looking at the site for 10 seconds, Vizzop appears to be a website program/attachment that monitors a client use of site.
     
    The site is clean, easy to look at. The descriptions are brief but concise. Most of the relevant information is there that would pique someones interest to look further into the site and services offered.
     
    The video is pleasant and provides a fairly good idea what the program does. It could be a tad longer. A second video that also verbally tells of some of the features of the program may be a good addition (such as a demonstration/tutorial on how easy it is to install and manage). Downside to using YouTube plug-in is that some rather strange video suggestions pop up after (which may distract the user off to do something else, like look at youtube videos the rest of the day).
     
    2) Think of something you want to learn/find on this website. Now try to find it. Did you find what you were looking for? Was anything confusing?
     
    First thing I always look for are the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Links to these are usually found at the bottom of the landing page. However, they are not there. As such, I do not know what legalities are involved when it comes to personal information I submit, and what obligations I have to you as a customer, and what limitations and obligations you have towards me as a user of your services.
     
    3) Imagine you are looking for Customer Support & Analytics SAAS for your business. Are you encouraged to sign up with vizzop? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
     
    Unfortunately, I am not hosting or planning on hosting a business site–this makes it a bit difficult to comment on the subject. However, in looking at the service, it is intriguing to see how it works on the demonstration video. It would be something I would consider.
     
    4) Go to Google and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why?
    Olark.com is an online service that provides instant chat services. From their website, it seems that they provide a very similar service to yours–the ability to observe clients who are using their site, to monitor their usage, and to send them instant messages to assist them.
     
    Olark provides a deeper explanation of how their system works and the services it provides–this allows me to get a greater sense of how it works before using it, something that your service lacks at the moment (not much ability to observe through example how your system operates, outside of your short video). They also have a stepped plan system, letting me know what I get for a certain pay.

    Again–create and provide a Terms of Use and a Privacy Policy. Important Legal Stuff will help cover your butt if something goes wrong.
     
    Provide a greater picture of how your service works. The video is nice, but it does not provide enough to see what you are offering. Take a hint from the layout on the Olark.com web site in selling your product.
     
    Let us know what you have to offer in regards to plans before we provide you with our personal information. What is the free plan limited to? How does it compare to other plans/services you offer?
     
     
     
    Nice program, though, and hopefully you will find success with it in the future.

    Obviously, there is only so much that can be seen and understood in 10 seconds. Above the fold looks attractive. However, I’m not certain what “The Next Level in Customer Support & Analytics SAAS” means in relationship to your site.
     
    Then, I look at the graphic for answers, but my eyes do not focus on “Your Client Brower Screen.” It sees the whole and isn’t able to make sense of what this means until I see the line after: “What your client sees… Is what you see on vizzop.” Now, it is beginning to make sense but not completely.
     
    It doesn’t really start making sense until I scroll down and read “What is Vizzop?” “Vizzop is the definitive way of monitorizing your clients and help them!” really needs to be moved to the top.
     
    This also needs to be written by someone who has better command of English. My first thought was this is written by someone who’s main language is Spanish. In English, there is no ¿ at the beginning of a question and no exclamation point at the beginning of an exclamatory statement. The grammar and spelling are a problem. “Vizzop is the definitive way of monitorizing your clients and help them!” should read: “Vizzop is the definitive way of MONITORING your clients and HELPING them!”

    In order to find anything, I had to sign up, which I did. (These days most sites have a double opt-in. You apparently do not.) I wanted information about who you are, how to use the program, etc. It didn’t see it.
     
    3) Imagine you are looking for Customer Support & Analytics SAAS for your business. Are you encouraged to sign up with vizzop? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
     
    Not from what I’ve seen. I have done customer service and am quite aware that I cannot see what the customer is seeing . . . if, indeed, the customer is on the website, which they frequently are not. I have called customer service and realize that our seeing different things does hinder communication.
     
    However, your site does not appear to be ready to be used yet.

    I am having a challenge finding what I’m looking for because I not certain of the proper terminology. The closest I’m coming is remote viewing of a customer’s screen.
     
    However, I did find ww2.glance.net, which calls what they do and what I believe you do “co-browsing” and also provides the analyics. Just from the home page, it is much clearer than your site. If you haven’t seen it, you might want to.

    You’ve made a great start and there is still considerable work to be done before your website is open and, most likely, until you are ready to start working with your own customers. You are not communicating your message as well as you might.

    No it isn’t, my first thoughts are it was a usability type website. I don’t know what SAA means, I will have to look it up.

    There are no menus no navigation I can’t find any information without having to sign up. I am totally confused to be honest.

    No I’m not because I can’t find any information other than what is on the home page, there appears to be no navigation and no other pages on the site, not even any happy customer recommendations there is a live support option at the bottom of the page but there are no support agents online. I watched the video demo but there was no narrative explaining vizzop just annoying music which was rather off putting.

    Ok I searched for ‘customer support saas’ and one company that popped up under google ads was https://www.salesforce.com/ a very similiar service I imagine that is if I could have found out more info about Vizzop. Salesforce gives me so much more information, it shows me an impressive list of satisfied customers and their success stories it shows me colourful graphs, it explains the business model in more detail, breaking down the products with the different pricing structures. The site has up to date copyright info which yours says copyright 2011 (little things like that are important).

    The actual look of the front page is fine it just needs a lot more substance to the site, and you need to be able to convince people why they should choose you as oppsosed to a company like Salesforce at the moment I can’t see any reason to.

    As I open up to your homepage I automatically assume that all vizzop is is a screen recorder so that one may see other people’s computer screens. But then as I scroll down, it becomes clear that vizzop is also focused on Customer Support and Analytics SAAS. That is probably enough information for business people, but people like me and people who are new to business may not know what Analytics SAAS is. I know I do not.
    The homepage for vizzop makes it sound like it is very simple to use and does not require any researching and will not take a long time to master. The homepage makes me want to try vizzop because I do not have to worry about learning a new program for hours.
    I can see a button that says that free accounts are available but other than that there is no pricing, which leads me to assume that the whole thing is free, but I have absolutely no idea if that is true or not. More than likely it is not free because the button says that free accounts are available.
    I wish there was some form of reviews on the vizzop because I do not know much about it or if it works or if it is credible and safe to give information to.
    I love the live chat feature and I think that will be extremely helpful to most people.

    I am going to try to find out what Analytics SAAS is. I am going to look for a FAQ section. I cannot find one. I am now going to ask the live chat person a question. I clicked on it and it says “There are no agents available to chat to you at the moment. Leave us a message.” So now I cannot get any answers to my questions immediately, which if I were looking for something quickly but did not want to try it without knowing certain things, then I would not use vizzop and I would go and find something else.
    Nothing was confusing though. It was very clear what was happening and it was clear how to ask a question and sign up.

    I am encouraged by Vizzop to sign up and get Customer Support and Analytics SAAS and I am encouraged due to the fact that Vizzop says that it is simple. But other that that, I do not want to try Vizzop because I only know that Vizzop is simple and would let me see another person’s screen. I have no idea about the quality or what the customer support entails and there is no FAQ section and no one to ask and get immediate answers from. A FAQ section and reviews section would help with this.
    4) Go to Google and find one other company that offers a similar service. Compare the two companies. Which on do you prefer? Why?
    I found Antenna Software and I prefer it because it very clearly tells me what it does with big font and animations. It also shows a few of its credentials. Vizzop does neither of these things. So if I had to pick between the two, I would choose Antenna Software because I trust it more and it looks better.
    Antenna’s homepage is much more full and not as bland and “blah” as Vizzop and automatically makes me like it more. They also have a LOT more on their site. Vizzop just feels kind of empty. Which discredits it.

    While Vizzop looks like a good product, Antenna Software looks much better. Antenna Software has a much fuller site and I could easily find answers to questions that I had. They also had credentials and reviews that gave it some credibility and let me trust it more.
    One of the biggest things Vizzop’s website could use is a Frequently Asked Questions section. It is very annoying having to wait for an answer to a question to something I could very easily and quickly find on another website. For instance, I cannot even find out exactly what Vizzop does or how it does it. I only know a few things, when I should know everything about the product that I am potentially signing up for.

    Well, I needed a few more seconds to really understand what is vizzop. SAAS was a term that I have heard in the past and I needed to remember. I was expecting a larger page, instead of that, I have found just an image and a YT video. I think that testimonials are really important and I was waiting to find ’em. Also, I’d like to see the price of the service, I’d like to compare and choose vizzop. But first, I need to know the price and exactly, what I’m paying for.

    I tried to find prices and FAQ. I think FAQs are really important in a webpage, and that you do not need to be a registered user to read it. If you ask me, I would include more information in your home page.

    I wouldn’t sign up. I don’t like to sign up in a web page if I don’t have enough information. I would prefer read all the information and testimonials, and then, if I’m convinced, sign up.
    I think that if I were looking for Customer Support, I would google for a similar service.
    If I were looking for Costumer Support, I would like to see why your service should be paid, how will my life be easier with vizzop and why should I choose it.

    With a few clicks I arrived to zendesk. All the points that I explained before, all were covered. If I were looking for Costumer Service, I would start reading their page.

    I would like to see more information in your page, prices, testimonials, plans. FAQs. What is SAAS?
