1) Look around the home page – what is your initial impression of what you see?
I immediately liked the color choice for your background. Its warm, inviting and its fits great with the rest of the contrasting colors on your site. I like how your clearly state what your site is about with bullet point, you have a eye level featrued video and that you have your strart trial button big and bold in color and size. I also like that you have real people featured on your site giving the appeal that anyone can use your site. I however do not like the duplication of people. I feel that so many ethinicites that there is not reason to repeat photos. I like that you have a tour and that your list big name companies on your site giving you more backing and professionalism. I like that you don’t jam to much information on the homepage using is merely as a showcase that the “all” sales page. Under the free trial box at the bottom of the page, I was not to keen on the phrase No like, No pay, it just sounds like poor grammer. Don’t like, Don’t pay would fit the the language style of your page better in my opinion. I loved the video. It was concise, eye cathching and engaging. The only thing I would change is to slightly lower the backfround music because at times it was hard to hear what she was saying.

With your sites layout you don’t have an exact search option so I just looked at the tour page, examples and pricing pages. The tour was touch longer than I expected but with that being said you did no bog your users down with to much information under each section. I also like that your incorporated videos under the necessary sections, making it even easier for users to feel that they can use your site. The examples pages was great and featured a nice selection of choices. Are users able to switch between the selections giving their site a nice change up? Will you be adding more examples? The prices seem to be right in the middle ground for a users to choose a package that won’t break the bank. I also like how each package has a great differences in what’s being offered in them. Often time companies ask users to pay for more while they are not getting much more in features. I would like to see a search bar the where the info will be flipped onto the tour page that has that info. Or just have the info pop up that fits most closely to what being asked. It may be daunting for users to going through each page and find just what they need. Â
3) Are you encouraged to (create a new account, subscribe, sign up for a free trial, etc.)? Can you tell us why (or why not)?
Yes, because you offer a free trial of 60 days which is more than enought time to see if this site is working for you. I did wonder for those companies which may be on the sly meaning. What happening in a company keeps trying to sign up just to keep getting a free 60 day free trial? Do you monitor which companies are signing up? If a company chooses not to sign up for a package is there any feedback sought by you to them as to what you could do to change their mind? It seems to like your site offers a wide range of features with an easy to use format so yes your site would be one to use if I was in realty.Â

I found a website called Rapid Listing. Their doesn’t have the same professional appeal as yours. You see no big names and videos to assist users with how to use their site. I like that they offer a free package but it’s very limited in it’s features. This company has a lower price packages but they are killing users in having a 99.95 dollar setup fee. The set up fee price does not even vary within the three packages they offer and it doesn’t seem to be much difference package that is available. I would prefer your site hands down.

I would just make sure users are able to find the info they need with out necessarily having to go through each tour page to find it. I would even go so far as putting a mock website together for users to see how it easy it is. Under the price pages I would consider keeping the additional options page down to that users don’t miss out on some of the extras that your site offers. The text is no small, and with no stand out font that I overlooked it the first time I was on the page. Under the set up and training I see two different prices which makes it confusing as to what I’m getting and for what price. I also find your preminum telephone support very pricey especially when you have limited hours and days. Paying almost 200 per month for phone support at that price should be 24/7/365. I would like to see that price lowered, I couldn’t see paying that much for such a feature. I also find the content writing to be a little pricey for such a small word count. I am not in the field of real estate so that might be normal pricing but for me that seems to be a budget bitter. All in All, great site!
